Do not order from this place. The manager Blanca is very rude and not professional at all. She does not believe in customer service. They told me an hour wait when I ordered my pizza and called and said 1hr and 20 min then a longer wait because the pizza was just getting out the oven. When I called back and spoke to the manager she did not allow me to get one word in and basically hung up on me. I asked to speak to her manager or district manager and she said shes the manager and i cant speak to anyone and to have a great day. Will never order from this place EVER AGAIN!! Wonderful place with great people. One of the FEW places you can get a good pizza in California. A sourdough crust is 2nd to none in SoCal. Haven't had a boring pizza yet & we have had quite a few. Their Beef Chorizo & the Thai Chicken ones are our "go-to" pies. The Pepperoni Roll-ups are a very nice "munchie". We have turned other friends into Converts every time someone tries their pizzas. Here for the first time, tried the jalapeno rolls. They are sooo good, soft delicious dough wrapped around melted cheese and spicy jalapenos, better than a popper! Very good warning though they are spicy but do come w Ranch dressing to cool it down a bit. Also had the a medium BBQ Chicken Pizza, also very good. Dough is soft and medium thick, I prefer thin crust, but their crust is very good so didn't mind a bit. Presentation is very pretty, ingredients taste fresh, dough is soft and fluffy. This review is for both the customer service and food and this is my first experience here: I went in for the Sunday special 2 Xl-1 topping pizza with 2 large sides with 2 sides of bleu chz, I got Asian wings and Caesar salad for my sides, total was somewhere around $28. First off This is my first time trying scratch pizza very excited to try it I heard mixed reviews about it but I wanted to try it for myself pizza I'm a huge food person. I ordered online which I felt would be a cool idea especially me being in the restaurant bizz I figured that's a good heads up I told them I would be there in 20 minutes. I get there go inside I see there is a 5 top of a family in there and that is it. 2 employees/cooks in the back verbally arguing over food, no acknowledgment or greet that I'm even there yet. One of the cooks goes to the table with some food, comes back to the kitchen and gets mad at his co-worker saying it was the wrong food. Quite embarrassing to see customers see and hear the drama going on over one table, it wasn't busy. Finally a nice lady comes out from the back sees me I tell her my order and she checks on it she says my order isn't ready they are only waiting on my wings. This is going on at 30 minutes now. I wait another 15 minutes, I see a customer walk in and wait at the small bar for almost 10 minutes before being greeted. I get my order finally, I get shown my pizza I got a chorizo and pepperoni pizza, pepperoni looked skimpy on the toppings chorizo looked good. They forgot my Caesar salad so I had to remind them. Tried the pizza, chorizo pizza was good however they forgot my cilantro I think that would have set it off to be better. Pepperoni was descent there was a lack of cheese and pepperoni ratio, it was disappointing. Dough is good, crust is a little too dry though. Wings were way over cooked I was really bummed too because I was looking forward to trying it with that Asian sauce but it was so over cooked the sauce was dried up. Caesar salad was good. I would give this place another shot again for the food, I would like to try something different again but cooked by different cooks who know what they are doing I was really turned off by the customer service though I think I will try the one in Norco next time Im sure they have cooks that are passionate about their job read more

Management is inconsiderate and believe that their pizza is just the best pizza in the world , i'd rather go with Pizza Hut or even little ceasars ! This review is my honest opinion, I was a customer who ate at this pizza restaurant on 9/11/2017. I am going to be brutally honest in my review here. I ordered a Calzone and one Xl sausage pizza so here's how it went. The Calzone was A+ excellent, plenty of cheese and pepperoni. The pizza came out looking like a .99c frozen pizza with small saw dust sized chunks of sausage sprinkled over the top. The cheese was almost non existent, spread so thin the red pizza sauce eliminated any trace of a white cheese topping. The pizza was virtually grease free not a trace something I do like when eating pizza. The dough was good at first while the pizza was piping hot but as the pizza cooled the dough became chewy like a steamed pretzel this was not appealing to me at all. In my honest opinion this pizza was no better than the cheap chain store pizzas. Last I decided I needed a side of ranch dressing for my pizza and plopped down the .65c for a container that was only 1/3 full less than a half ounce which I though was a little greedy on their part. I was convinced that the hype on the whole milk mozzarella cheese, family recipe dough with no oil or sugar added was going to add something and was sadly disappointed. I brought home the left overs and once chilled scraped the toppings from one of the larger slices and weighed it, I was shocked at the low gram weight of the toppings, I felt I did not get my moneys worth with this pizza in cost, amount of toppings and taste. Again the calzone was an A+ experience. I suggest the owners revisit the dough recipe and the amount of toppings used on their pizza. In my opinion skimpy toppings = not too much care for the customers. I expect a pizza that looks at least close to the pictures in restaurants advertisements not a watered down skimpy version. read more

The salad was nice and crisp and just the right amount of dressing and croutons and the Pizza was extraordinarily delicious, fresh toppings with high quality cheese and tomatoes. I order three of their pizzas one a white pizza with artichokes one Hawaiian pizza and one scratch classic with onions instead of mushrooms. I only tried the Hawaiian and the white pizza but they both were mediocre. The white pizza has red sauce on it and what they said was ricotta cheese was actually cream cheese. The Hawaiian pizza didn't taste that bad but didn't taste great or amazing. All three pizzas seemed undercooked as well. Also my mom and I felt sick the day after. order was to go and when I entered the cashier was busy on the phone which is fine but she looked very anxious on the phone and it did not sound like she was taking an order she didn't give a total or anything so it seem like a personal call. I notice also that there is no free refills if you are eating in so you have to buy a picture of soda instead of having free refills like every other restaurant. I wouldn't go there when there's cheaper just as good pizza right across the street. And actually I think Fast Five Pizza is way better. Don't waste your time at scratch Pizza. read more

Ordered extra large pepperoni and sausage during a weekday special. I like the large slices of pepperoni that just about cover the entire pizza. I wish there was little more sausage on it and sprinkled more evenly across the pizza. The crust is thin but has large doughy edges and is nice and brown. I'm used to other pizza places being lukewarm by the time they get here so this was a nice change. The toppings had a lot of flavor and the crust was awesome. I got the bbq chicken pizza. It was very delicious and full of flavor. I definitely will be going back to try different pizzas. The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the wings.
