Came here with my group of friends to celebrate two of our birthdays. We got seated in the corner due to the number of people we had, and we didn't have any problem with that at all. We came on a Friday so the ambiance was very lively. Our servers were very friendly and service was pretty good. I didn't get to hear the names of our servers, but they were super outgoing and made our dining experience very enjoyable! Throughout the night I also believe the manager (?) even greeted us which was nice of them. I got their chicken adobo loco moco which was pretty unique and it tasted good! I also got to try their escargot for the first time and I have to say, that was my favorite thing to eat that night! Our table also got a few drinks and our servers were really good about checking up on us with refills. Later throughout the night there was also live music! How awesome is that? Crispy Smashed Potatoes (original)- came out piping hot, lightly salted and crispy. 2. Crispy Brussels Sprouts-nicely browned, tender, sweet and just a little tart. 3. Grandma's Fried Pork Chop-boneless, breaded, deep fried and tender. 4. Lilikoi BBQ Short Ribs-tender ribs that almost fell off the bone, perfectly fatty!! Not lean and dry. I believe the ribs were pre-cooked, slightly warmed and then coated with the bbq sauce which was flavorful and worked well with the pickled onions. 4. Cider Braised Pork Belly & Apple Pasta-this I think was the highlight of the dinner. The pork belly melted in my mouth. Seasoned perfectly! I've always found pappardelle pasta to be heavy and thick, well NOT this one! Although not house made, the pasta is thinner than average and cooked al dente in a sauce with small pieces of blue cheese, thin slices of apple and slices of jalapeños. Our experience was pretty bad... we literally watched this man prepare our meals and touch all of the food with his mask fully below his nose. This was so unsettling considering the state of the global pandemic. If your mask is below your nose it completely defeats the purpose of wearing the mask at all. We had the pleasure of trying their adobo loco moco, braised pork Benedict, and salmon Benedict. All of them are well-rounded dishes, I don't have any complaints! If anything, I wish we all had more hollandaise on our Benedicts! A really reliable option, if you don't eat meats, is the Marsala roasted shrooms.. you won't be disappointed!
