We came in and went straight to the counter to order. We received great recommendations from the nice lady at the counter. We were given multiple options on breads for the bun (white, wheat, sweet, etc..) The orders came out fairly quick and oh my Texan heart. These burgers are so freaking delish... the flavor was amazing. We both put them away if ya know what I mean, and didn't stop until we finished. This is a for sure gem! We loved it!

Found everyone parked on the back. Had a worm welco.e and seated right away. Staff is super friendly and attentive. We ended up ordering off the menu from the and had the Shawn's burger and Rodeo burger. Both of us kept it easy with a side of fries. I love the Sweet buns they use. Remind me of a yeast roll all our food was really good, balanced flavors. Only wish I could have asked for my burger to be cooled medium or even medium-well. The burgers were over cooked, but not to the point you couldn't eat them. I know ow some people like a grilled crust on their burgers. The fries were so crispy and seasoned just right. Definitely keeping Broaddus on our list to revisit

It took the waitress five minutes just to get to our table and another ten minutes to place the order. When the food did arrive, she initially forgot to give us utensils and by the end of the meal, wasted no time in handing us the check without bothering to ask us if we wanted anything else. At first I thought she was just having an off day, but when her friends came in, she made sure to immediately place an order for them. It also should be noted that the seats are low and uncomfortable so I don't recommend dining here if you are wheelchair-bound. All that said, the food at Fat Pat's was exceptional --from the well-seasoned crispy onion rings to the homemade queso dip. I also really loved the loaded nachos as it was laced with savory hamburger meat and not the grainy taco meat that usually ruins a proper nacho dish. The fried pickles and boneless wings were also well-done and exactly what you would expect from a greasy spoon. I was expecting more of a restaurant and less of a bar but this particular location is essentially a bar that serves decent food. 5/10 decent quality food but I probably wouldn't return!
