The maple toast was sweet, delicious and just what I wanted today. A cute place where you can sit out on the sidewalk or inside the cute little coffee shop you order at the bar. They call out your name for coffee and bring your dish to you. Everybody was nice and welcoming. Now when I walk into a building looking at me you can tell which way I voted and inside this place 99% of the people voted in a different direction. That doesn't bother me and it didn't bother them. They treated me with welcoming spirit and a wonderful meal. All I could think of is I woke up for breakfast but what did I care? Wonderful meal with wonderful people in a great little town. In the past, I have described eating cilantro as biting down on a piece of tinfoil, a sensation that says "run for your life!" overtime my reaction to cilantro has mellowed, and I don't really understand why. But? I ate every bit of that house sauce. I'm so glad I tried it, and tried it with the eggs, Benedict, because it added a perfect level acidity to cut through that richness, and really elevated the dish.
