My issue is the cost and still have not received an invoice after two attempts calling and stopping by their office. My AC went out and according to the technician, the pipes were clogged and needed to be cleaned. Since the pipes were backed up, it caused the drip pan to be full of water. According to the technician, to take a shop vac up to suck the water out of a 3' x 2' pan would cost me over $500. I asked if I could use my shop vac for free. He did not answer but gave a slight laugh. After all said and done, my total bill was over $1100. Again, I called them twice and stopped by the office to get the invoice and to discuss why it cost $500 to suck out water in a shop vac. Still no response from the 4 / 5 individuals I spoke with. They forwarded my information to Barbara in the Gardner office--let's see if I get a call.
