Only reason for 4 stars is I wish I had a better idea of what I was getting. The description is only "designer's choice" but doesn't give any examples of what varieties to expect, the size/quantity of plants, or what container they will be in. Luckily, the pot is beautiful and fits the decor of the house it will be living in. I do think for the price I paid there could have been a better selection of succs, the one pic on their site shows colorful ones, but they were sent what looks to be two kinds of green ones. It definitely looks nice, but I wish the website had more details/options. Overall though, I am very happy with the delivery and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need to send flowers/plants in upstate NY.

I wasn't home yet when Edible Arrangements originally tried to deliver the gift. When I spoke to the gentleman making the delivery, I mentioned that I was okay with him leaving it at my doorstep. He shared his concern that the wind would damage the product, which I appreciated and hadn't even considered. We tried to determine another delivery or pickup time, but in the end, he kindly offered to turn around to meet me since I was almost home. I'm very appreciative of this as I've run into similar dilemmas with other Edible Arrangement stores and they weren't nearly as accommodating. In addition to that, the fruit was obviously very Fresh and well-dipped in chocolate! I've had other Edible Arrangements gifts delivered from other stores and you can tell when the fruit was dipped awhile ago because the fruit juices will be inside the chocolate. Now I know if I ever need an Edible Arrangements gift, I will definitely get it from the Webster location! Thank you!

Really??? So you find it odd that a customer would replace the cheap pot and place the plant in a nicer one and just hold onto the garbage pot it came in. He was not going to let it go, so I said" fine, but ll be documenting this lack of customer service online. At that point, he said I could exchange it. I went to look and got some other kind of plant. The cashier then said to said manager " shouldn't she have to get the same kind of plant? " I was totally taken aback by the rudeness of the employees there. He ultimately allowed me to get the plant I selected. It will be a long time if ever , before I them give them any business.

I called my bank who advised Enchated Garden ran my card on 11/14 and then again the following day, 11/15 for the exact amount. There was also 2 attempted purchases in Dublin Ireland. Luckily they caught this and out a hold on my card and none went through. Enchanted Garden was contacted who denied that they ran my card again and claimed did not sell my information. My bank has no reason to lie. The shop should be researching their employees. I am in Rochester regularly and will never shop here again.

I was in a wedding there this past weekend and everything went so smoothly. The getting ready areas were very fun (the men got ready in the Firehouse toom and the girls got ready in the Marilyn Monroe room). The only issues we had were that the lighting was too dim for getting ready - we remembered to bring a separate makeup mirror with bright lighting options which saved us. The outlets were also difficult to find. It was a very cool and unique space to get ready in and the men were set up with a pool table in theirs. The wedding photos are not in yet but I just know that they are going to look phenomenal. We took photos in many different places around the venue (its huge) and I can't wait to see how they came out. Definitely more unique than youd typically expect for wedding photos! The bride had a positive experience with staff in getting everything ready and organized leading up the big day. Everything went as planned and it looked beautiful. Some exhibit pieces were in the way during the ceremony and they made arrangements to move them to make more space. The only issue we ran into was the heat. The AC was on but I dont think it was directed into the getting ready spaces, and when there were large groups of people around in the main room it was still too warm. Not a deal breaker but something to consider if being too warm on your wedding day is a concern for you.

It's already going back to the place it was ordered from and a receipt exists. I will not be returning here. I should not have been treated as such for something so tritrivialvail.
