Absolutely amazing service! My sister sent me an Edible Arrangements gift for VALentine's day. Since we live in different cities, ordering perishable gifts can be risky. I wasn't home yet when Edible Arrangements originally tried to deliver the gift. When I spoke to the gentleman making the delivery, I mentioned that I was okay with him leaving it at my doorstep. He shared his concern that the wind would damage the product, which I appreciated and hadn't even considered. We tried to determine another delivery or pickup time, but in the end, he kindly offered to turn around to meet me since I was almost home. I'm very appreciative of this as I've run into similar dilemmas with other Edible Arrangement stores and they weren't nearly as accommodating. In addition to that, the fruit was obviously very Fresh and well-dipped in chocolate! I've had other Edible Arrangements gifts delivered from other stores and you can tell when the fruit was dipped awhile ago because the fruit juices will be inside the chocolate. This was my first visit to Edible Arrangements and boy was it tasty, fresh and wonderful...I went in looking for something cool and refreshing that was also fresh and they didn't disappoint...It's not a big place and I don't think it was meant to be either, just come in and grab a tasty treat and move along...The menu is about all things fruit, like strawberries, banana, apple and pineapple, all cut up into bite size pieces and covered in chocolate, either white or dark...I had a mixed cup of fruit and boy oh boy was it to die for...I ate every piece and unfortunately when I got to the bottom of the cup it was all gone...Folks it doesn't get better than this if you want a snack or a treat that is not filled with preservatives or fried...Give them a try and enjoy the experience... read more

I had a great experience ordering from this location for delivery. The website is easy to use, just make sure to unsubscribe from emails after your order is complete, or you'll get a ton. I ordered the FruitFlowers Bouquet in small ($25), but my friend said it was big enough to share with coworkers. I added a number "4" (you can add numbers for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) which was cut out of pineapple and only $3 extra. Shipping was $14.99 (I'm not sure if this is different depending on where your order is going), and there is sales tax. I called the day before to ask about delivery times, as I was worried that the delivery would come after my friend had left work for the day at 4. I was told that business deliveries are done first in the day, and that they're usually done before 3pm. My bouquet made it by 1, and I got an email confirmation to let me know that it was delivered. My husband and I come here almost every week to purchase the fruit cups, the apple donuts and the chocolate covered strawberries. We highly recommend this location and also the fruit is very fresh. I ordered and arrangement that cost $125 for a friend whose mother passed away. she was not home the first time they tried to deliver the order. Th delivery driver called me and told me I had to pick it up. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me they would try to deliver the order again. I called back after a couple of days and it was confirmed the order wasn't delivered. I called the corporate office and spoke with Kathy. Kathy apologized, asked for my friends number and called her to set up a delivery. Kathy called me back with a delivery date. I received an email confirming that the order was delivered. Two weeks later, I was talking to my friends husband and asked if they received the delivery. He confirmed that they did not. I called the corporate office and asked for a manager. The manager told me she would refund me. I asked why my order said it was delivered when it wasn't. The manager then hung up on me. I was beyond thrilled for what Garrett and Linda did for my aunt Mary's birthday delivery!!! Due to a massive wind storm, they called me to confirm that she was home, since a lot of phones were down. Spent $80 on a "large" arrangement and it was so small. I'm not sure what they consider to be large, but I think it should be able to be enjoyed by more than 2 people. I will never waste my money on that again. Ripoff for sure. read more
