I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with fries. The food came out quickly, and the fries were excellent. They were hot, crispy, and fresh. Having the truck parked outside my workplace was also a nice convenience. Unfortunately, the chicken Caesar wrap was disappointing. The shredded chicken had very little flavor, and the lettuce was wilted and bitter. The ketchup bottle was warm to the touch, and the ketchup itself tasted spoiled. At $18 for a wrap and fries, the meal just didn't feel like a good value. I really wanted to like this place, which is why I gave it a second chance. Sadly, the experience didn't improve enough for me to come back. Based on two visits, I'd give it 2 out of 5 stars.

But what can you do, I mean, come the f*** on, we're talking about Funnel Cake here. So the only times I've tried this truck, are when it has been parked at the Rochester Public Market. I have no idea if it's usually parked there or not, so forgive me if you can't find it. Also, of the 15-ish times I've been to the market, 11 or 12 of them, it's been closed. But the one time it was open, it was hot, greasy, yummy funnel cake. In retrospect it was actually fairly average funnel cake and a bit pricy, but funnel cake is funnel cake and if you want some, this is a good place to get some.

He decided that he needed some fried dough. He ordered the fried dough nuggets and the fresh squeezed lemonade. $7 for everything. I thought with the amount of people waiting it would take a while. By the time he was done eating it he was covered in powdered sugar. BTW - the also have a cinnamon sugar option. Would definitely hit this truck up again :)

The lamb gyro was everything I would want -- crisp veggies, creamy tzatziki, and yummy meat wrapped in a fresh pita. The falafel gyro was equally good. We'd been meaning to try it, but just never have. We will definitely return when we see this colorful, fun truck!

It had a lot in it. The spanokopita was strange, and not like any I've ever had. It was almost more like a dessert than food, which isn't what I'm used to. It was actually better reheated the next day. Overall, it was pretty good. I'd get it again if the truck was nearby.

They were so good that I wanted to leave a review both here and at the K2 Brewing page. The fries are perfectly crispy and hold up well against the slaw and barbecue sauce. I absolutely loved the sweet and slightly tangy sauce, and the addition of apple cider vinegar is excellent. The slaw is crunchy and provides a good texture contrast to the fries and pork. The pork was so delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I will definitely seek out the truck this summer to try more of their food, and in the meantime I'm glad they're available at K2 Brewing!

Their menu is small and straight forward, but it seems like a lot of their menu items had big portions. I inquired if they served any of their meats a la carte so I don't stuff myself before hitting the next truck. Unfortunately they don't, however the staff member was more than happy to let me sample pieces of their pulled pork and brisket before deciding. Both of these meats were awesome but lacked the heavy smokey flavor I was looking for directly. No worries, because they were still so good that I opted for the Connor Plate knowing well that I couldn't finish it all. For $12 the Connor Plate was a heaping portion of meat, mac salad, corn and beans. The mac salad was not too heavy on the mustard and mayo (perfect!) and the bean medley was sweet and abundant. The barbecue sauce was added the savory and smokey flavor I wanted but was also sweet. The whole pallet of the dish is a little too sweet for me but for everyone else, this dish is still a solid choice! I think they might have other sauce options (hopefully something spicy), so I look forward to checking them out again and pigging out!

I was on auto pilot when checking out, it's my fault for not noticing and saying something sooner, but the total came to $11.50. As they prepared it, I asked why the price was so dramatically different. The worker told me "oh yeah, the prices went up, I'm supposed to change the board but I keep forgetting." I was waiting for something more to rectify the situation, but nothing was ever offered. They also have the very frustrating "cash discount" system, but no mention of this was on any menus I could find. So I was charged extra for using a card as well. She blamed it on "the company" which didn't make any sense since the restaurant sets the price. The entire situation felt like a scam, and for frozen in a bag curly fries and Heinz sauce, it's not worth it to go back.
