I came to the one located by tower 280 with my co-worker. There was a line and no one ordered after him. They somehow found a way to mess up his order of a buffalo chicken wrap and fries. He got instead another chicken wrap not even listed on the menu and fries. I ate some fries, they were decent - but would have been better if they had ketchup out for their customers. The wrap he got, he ate - but complained the entire time doing so.

I had the Pulled Pork Fries, which are also available on the food truck menu. They were so good that I wanted to leave a review both here and at the K2 Brewing page. The fries are perfectly crispy and hold up well against the slaw and barbecue sauce. I absolutely loved the sweet and slightly tangy sauce, and the addition of apple cider vinegar is excellent. The slaw is crunchy and provides a good texture contrast to the fries and pork. The pork was so delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I will definitely seek out the truck this summer to try more of their food, and in the meantime I'm glad they're available at K2 Brewing!

Awesome truck for the avid carnivore! while trying a little bit of everything at a local festival I…read moreran into this spot. Their menu is small and straight forward, but it seems like a lot of their menu items had big portions. I inquired if they served any of their meats a la carte so I don't stuff myself before hitting the next truck. Unfortunately they don't, however the staff member was more than happy to let me sample pieces of their pulled pork and brisket before deciding. Both of these meats were awesome but lacked the heavy smokey flavor I was looking for directly. No worries, because they were still so good that I opted for the Connor Plate knowing well that I couldn't finish it all. For $12 the Connor Plate was a heaping portion of meat, mac salad, corn and beans. The mac salad was not too heavy on the mustard and mayo (perfect!) and the bean medley was sweet and abundant. The barbecue sauce was added the savory and smokey flavor I wanted but was also sweet. The whole pallet of the dish is a little too sweet for me but for everyone else, this dish is still a solid choice! I think they might have other sauce options (hopefully something spicy), so I look forward to checking them out again and pigging out!

This is a very welcome addition to the Rochester food truck scene. Pakistani / American fusion is a…read moregreat way to describe the food - it packs vibrant, authentic flavors into familiar formats that are tasty, filling and (importantly) easy to eat in a public, non-sit-down setting. Speaking of vibrant, the truck itself has a great design. Through my first two visits I've had: Beef Kebab Burger with fruit mint chutney: The beef on its own carries a ton of bright, herby flavor in a lean but tender patty. When paired with the mildly sweet, cool and bright chutney - plus some red onion - it hits the next level. I could eat these every day. Chicken Makhani with basmati rice: Creamy, savory and spicy with a great balance of tomato brightness and a lingering heat that complements rather than overpowers the other flavors. Seasoned Fries: I couldn't tell you if fries are an authentic thing or not but frankly, I don't care. These are the thin shoestring variety and both times have been fried to perfection. The magic is in whatever concoction of herbs and spices the fries get tossed in. There is a surprising depth of flavor here that I imagine comes from the spices partially cooking down on the fries when they're still piping hot. Every time I think I have the flavor nailed down it hits me with a new layer. The Punjabi Plate: A spin on Rochester's Garbage Plate, with a kebab burger patty, seasoned fries, a very good tangy mac salad, and a meat hot sauce that is reminiscent of the Rochester classic but with enough of a twist to separate it from the norm. As you can probably guess from the prior descriptions, this thing is on point. I'm hoping to see the truck at a lot more events in the near future, because the food is stellar.
