Everyone at the office was sweet and very responsive. Also, I got a couple quotes for gum grafts as a cash paying patient and this was the best deal. Overall amazing experience!

After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr…read more Miller was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist--honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

Both doctors are very knowledgeable and the front desk is always so kind and accommodating. They have 4 offices in the valley and it's been very easy to schedule and reschedule appointments when needed. Plus, they offer a rewards program where you can cash points earned for gift cards and movie tickets. I will be referring all my friends and family to Rollins and Petersen!

She refused to call me the right name or pronouns despite it being listed in front of her on the computer, and asked me "Is this still your name?" like I was being ridiculous as a child (I haven't come here in years). She then argued with me over changing it in the system despite it being legally changed. Additionally, she dropped something in my mouth. She panicked and called over someone else for help. I can feel it in my mouth so I lean forward to get it out and she pushes me back down, then five minutes later says "oh, it fell in HER cheek." I was terrified it was going to fall down my throat and cut me or something. I will never come back due to her intolerance and incompetence. A total embarrassment to not only this establishment but the entire industry.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Shreeve and his entire staff!…read more Dr. Shreeve has a very calm and caring demeanor about him. He listens to you and responds accordingly. When I had to have my root canal done, he made sure I was completely numb (and his numbing itself was almost painless), and that I was doing okay throughout. He even had his staff follow up with me the next day! Never had that after a root canal from any dentist! He thought he might have to do extra (aka more expensive procedures) twice and did not. This is how I come to believe he's an honest dentist. I don't fear my future procedure with him, and that matters a great deal to me! Tammy, the hygienist is also fantastic. I despise having my teeth cleaned and this was by far the easiest one yet (and I was way past due...so extra work for her.). She kept me out of pain and was very careful and listened as well. I very impressed. Plus, my teeth felt sooo clean when she was done!!!! Tasha, at the front desk, is so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling. I LOVE that I can text her, instead of call!!!! She's accommodating and doesn't get frustrated with my difficult schedule either! Courtney is super sweet too! She listens and makes everything easier. She is aware of what Dr. Shrieve needs, which allows him to get done what he needs quicker (which is always nice). She's very easy to work with and very likable. Overall, I've yet to find anything I dislike about this office. Now going to the dentist isn't a fun event for anyone I'm sure, so having one you trust is key. I'm glad we found Dr. Shreeve and his staff. Elite Smiles will surely bring smile to your face.
