Incredible staff and facility. I went there because my friend had a horrible toothache during our trip to Arizona. I called to see if they had any availability and they were able to schedule her right away. The front desk team was very friendly and accommodating. I had a consultation with Dr. Grover, great guy and very informative. Turns out she needed an extraction and were able to see her the same day. As a new patient, she was eligible for some promotional deals as well. Loved the quick turnaround. Though it was last minute, Dr. Grover and his team helped my friend right away. The dentist didnt show up for my 8:00 appointment - kept me waiting for 45 minutes to ultimately bail. They also tell you that your insurance will cover certain costs or push procedures/cleanings you dont need because insurance should pay. But when insurance denies their claim, they you send you a surprise billing of $199 months later. Stay away read more

*There are glowing reviews here for a Dr Dorris, but that dentist is no longer working here.* Do not go here for any cosmetic work. The staff is super nice, but the communication is somehow off. I went in to get a bridge made after 2 years of Invisalign. After the initial consultation, I got an estimate with my OOP at $1500. I came back in my next appointment to start the process. Dr. Grover was friendly and started working on filing down two of my teeth to get ready for the bridge. Then he left and a female dentist came in to finish. No one explained who she was / why he left & I was numbed up and couldn't ask. She was also super nice, but she kept asking questions of the assistant bc she wasn't sure about certain steps for my particular case bc no one communicated it to her. I thought it was odd, - but again everyone was nice so I trusted the process. When the bridge was ready, I came back to have it put in. I did not see how terrible it looked until it was too late and cemented in. It looks so embarrassing. But beyond the cosmetic problem, it's so crooked I had to get new retainers made. The ortho office remarked on how crooked it is. I also had my checkup with my regular dentist, and he remarked how the bridge has now altered my teeth alignment so that my back teeth do not meet any longer. $5k and 2 years for ortho treatment were ruined with this embarrassing bridge. I am having my insurance do an audit of the process bc the practice sent me a bill today saying I owe another $1000 after I already paid $1500 (their estimated costs were much lower than they billed me). It's been an absolute nightmare and I don't even want to smile any more. I'm beyond disappointed, and now I have to fight with insurance to figure out why they charged me so much. The front desk staff really were super nice; it's a shame my dental work is so completely substandard. read more

My experience with this dentistry was awful! I would definitely not recommend him! First of all, I feel that I got ripped off! My bridge fell off & I've had it a very long time. One dentist said they couldn't do anything. Dr Grover at Chandler Dentistry said he could. I also needed one tooth pulled at the very back of my mouth. Holy moly, was he rough! I yelled out due to the pain & he was pulling my tooth with all his might. I was practically through the roof! Did he stop to say sorry, do you need more numbing?! No, he never cared, he just kept pulling hard because he was frustrated & angry. Not only did he only 3 did teeth & charged me individually instead of the cost for a bridge! He was not able to do a full bridge, but never told me. I paid almost 6k for a 3-tooth bridge & one tooth pulled. I got ripped off! And the medical assistant pretty much did almost all the work! The financial person, Azusena, was mad at me when I first called about it, she was accusatory towards me. 'Didn't you see what was done?' It was done, what could I do? She eventually apologized. I requested my bill to be lowered, no response. Don't go to this place! He lied & I was ripped off, he's very pricey or maybe just to me! I was sent here by my boyfriend as he works with Dr. Dorris and Portia very often and spoke highly of them. Let me just say.... I have found my new dentist!!! Dr. Dorris was extremely knowledgeable and professional with me as I had a previous horrible experience with my last dentist and ended up here. And let me say... I'm so glad I did!!! Even though they are 25 mins from my house I will 100% always go here for all of my dentist needs and cleanings. Portia was super sweet and helpful in responding quickly to my emails and making me feel welcome when I walked in. And not to mention their office is stunning!!! High tech equipment and you can even watch Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned! - Location is really difficult to find on Google Maps for some reason. - I came in for a consultation on implant and veneers - the consultation was solely on Veneers and I did not receive the x-ray that was promised to me. - Cosmetically, I basically need a new face first - for 20k and then we can talk veneers. Yeah? No, thanks. Note: Luckily I am very secure with my appearance and my none of this stuff phased me. However, if you are even the slightest bit insecure you are in for a treat here, lol. Interestingly enough, even though I have the finances to afford everything that I was suggested - I walked out thinking, life is too short to care this much about aesthetics and I'll do what's only medically necessary (implants). I've lived my entire 30 years of life with my bottom jaw not .35 inches forward and am perfectly happy to continue to do so. I said no to the jaw surgery all together and that pretty much ended our discussion. So, it was a 20 minute drive to just sit and talk about my jaw not being forward enough and he's not happy with my orthodontics, wants to do them all over, and blah blah blah. I guess I'm a complicated case, but for me this facility was not a good fit and now I'm perfectly happy with living life with no veneers all together. read more

By all means run, don't walk, to see this extraordinarily competent dentist if you have any concerns.
