How can you call yourself professional and ruin a shirt that says dry clean on the tag and they said that no matter where I take it, it would have been ruined. I have been a customer for over 3 years now, and I have been very pleased with the quality of the…read moreservice they provide and their customer service is quite impressive,,, I would like to give a special "shout out to""COURTNEY" who works at the front desk,,, I appreciate her positive attitude, her efficiency in carrying out her work.along with Her dedication in making sure my special requests for certain items are marked and communicated to the staff who carries out the actual cleaning...this is immensely appreciated, and it is one of the reasons I continue to give my patronage to this establishment. About 2 months ago I had shoulder surgery , and I couldn't drive for about four weeks. About 3 weeks post surgery, I received a call from "COURTNEY" ,because she was concerned that I hadn't come to the cleaners in a while and she knew that was not normal for me.. I explained to her that I had shoulder surgery, which left me unable to drive for 4 weeks. I could tell that she was sincere and truly cared about me. I thought that receiving this kind of call was so unexpected, but I was certainly grateful, for her concern about my welfare. Receiving her call, made a big impression on me..... I thought to myself, this person, who wasn't a close friend or relative , took the time and made the effort to pick up the phone, and make a call to check on me. In my book, to actually receive a phone call instead of a text message ... Is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this cleaners to anyone who is looking for QUALITY SERVICE, , and EMPLOYEES WHO ARE CARING AND KIND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

American cleaners is my go to no matter where I am at in the country. I travel a good deal, and use…read morethem for my clothes usually. I wanted to try and save myself some time by dry cleaning some hats, that were a bit nasty. Before drop off I verified the price and was told that it would be $1.00 per hat. Excitedly I dropped off about 17 hats with 2 shirts for pickup same day. Fast forward 8 hours to 16:45 and I return to get the goods prior to my flight the next morning. After my items were retrieved, I eagerly awaited for the total of around $30, "$137.00 is your total" the clerk proclaimed. A discussion ensues, and I was told to wait for a call from the manager, so I retrieve my 2 shirts for $20 and I wait.. No call, so on Friday as I am about to return home and pick my hats up tomorrow I reach out only to discover a call had been forgotten but a discount is going to be applied as "that was a new person who didn't know what they were doing, and that is all I am being allowed to offer" Bet. I share this only as a warning to you, that this is not the expected outcome from American Cleaners - however, it may be best to avoid this one.

I get home and inspect the dress as I have to wear this out tomorrow night (my fault for not doing so at the cleaners) and find what looks like a boot stain or burn mark all on the backside of my $220 dress.
