After my items were retrieved, I eagerly awaited for the total of around $30, "$137.00 is your total" the clerk proclaimed. A discussion ensues, and I was told to wait for a call from the manager, so I retrieve my 2 shirts for $20 and I wait.. No call, so on Friday as I am about to return home and pick my hats up tomorrow I reach out only to discover a call had been forgotten but a discount is going to be applied as "that was a new person who didn't know what they were doing, and that is all I am being allowed to offer" Bet. I get home and inspect the dress as I have to wear this out tomorrow night (my fault for not doing so at the cleaners) and find what looks like a boot stain or burn mark all on the backside of my $220 dress.
