    Have been using this place for 3 years, the ladies who work there are very nice, they've always done a great job, until there is a problem. On January 1, I dropped a brand new shirt off to be laundered and pressed in the night drop because they were closed that day, and in the bag I gave them back the hangers even with my business card to know it is my shirt. I went to pick it up this week, they lost it. The nice young woman went above and beyond to help me find the shirt on the rack, no shirt. I asked that the owner to call me, he didn't. I went the next day, still no shirt, still no call from the owner. I asked that they review their cameras to validate that I dropped the shirt off, the woman told me only the owner can do it. I went again today, still no shirt, still no owner. They still have not reviewed the camera footage, supposedly. Here's the thing, I run a company who installs cameras. The longer they wait to review the footage, the more likely it will be lost because it will be recorded over. The owner could have owned up to the mistake and kept a life long customer, I've found a competitor who will do it for a little cheaper down the street. I know this is a brand new shirt because I bought it to replace the one they ripped by the cuff, exact same shirt from Dillard's. It was a couple of years old so I chalked it up to being old and did not pursue damages. However, I know I did not rip it because I have a bad habit of always rolling up my sleeves two turns, there is no way something could have cut it while I was wearing it. Karma will bite you in the ass my friend, one day.

    Yes, that's an iron mark on my $50 Pleione Blouse from Nordstrom which I've only been able to wear once. Disappointed.

    I've been going here for 13 years. I've never had a problem. They aren't super friendly, but I don't care. They have the best prices.

I explained to her that I had shoulder surgery, which left me unable to drive for 4 weeks. I could tell that she was sincere and truly cared about me. I thought that receiving this kind of call was so unexpected, but I was certainly grateful, for her concern about my welfare. Receiving her call, made a big impression on me..... I thought to myself, this person, who wasn't a close friend or relative , took the time and made the effort to pick up the phone, and make a call to check on me. In my book, to actually receive a phone call instead of a text message ... Is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this cleaners to anyone who is looking for QUALITY SERVICE, , and EMPLOYEES WHO ARE CARING AND KIND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

    Not sure where to start. The staff lacks every single aspect of customer service. I took in a brand…read morenew dress - never worn, and got it back with white spots. When I went back the following week (obvious it was not worn), I was told that I had exceeded the 48 hour time. I actually think the counter girl was thrilled that I had exceeded the time. It was pure joy for her. I asked when the manager or owner would be in and she said they stop by every day, but not sure when. So basically, no manager or owner are reachable. Wow! That's some shadiness! Bottom line, don't waste you money at this establishment!! 2 thumbs down!!!!

    Very poor service. Not only did they permanently and visibly damage my daughter's flower girl dress…read moreby using a large safety pin to affix a tag at the front neckline, they filed our clothing under my husband's first name instead of last. That is not a big deal, except that they then argued with both my husband and me on our two individual visits attempting to pick up our clothing. The staff was quite condescending and insisted each of us was mistaken, and that we must be confused about where we took our clothes. We did not have our claim receipt, which is certainly our fault, but we apologized and provided our full names, ID's, phone numbers, address, etc. to help them find our clothing. They would not budge from their insistence that we never had any items there. It was not until my husband went up there after my first attempt, that he identified our laundry bag in the floor in the back, and they then agreed to search through all their racks. They found our clothing quickly after he suggested again that perhaps it was misfiled somewhere using something other than our last name. Not only was my daughter in tears all day that her dress was lost, but now we see it is permanently damaged. Completely unacceptable treatment towards us, a couple who remained polite and calm despite frustration. We both walked in apologizing for losing our claim ticket and offering any info they might need in return.
