I would have to agree with all of the other people that the customer service is severely lacking here. I don't expect world class, red-carpet treatment, especially at a dry cleaner, but I'd settle for even a half smile and maybe a "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" as I left, but the lady I dealt with just seemed annoyed that I was even there. I can't speak to the quality of their dry cleaning as it pertains to getting out pesky stains as I brought in 4 slacks and 4 blouses that were brand new, but I can say that when I brought them home, I had to iron 6 out of the 8 items that were still very wrinkled. It was obvious that they barely ran a steamer over them, and the pants weren't pressed at all - I had to work out deep wrinkles in the crotch area of my slacks. I hesitated coming here because of the poor reviews, but I figured they couldn't screw up brand new clothing. All I really wanted was to make sure they were pressed, crisp and wrinkle-free, but I don't even know if they were actually dry cleaned at this point. I am sorry that I came here to save a few bucks. I've read some of the other reviews so maybe things went south for them, but for me, my shirts are always done perfectly and for a great price. Terrible dry cleaner. Imagine taking in a white shirt and it returning pink only for them to blame the design. I also took a pleated shirt and they completely ruined it. How can you call yourself professional and ruin a shirt that says dry clean on the tag and they said that no matter where I take it, it would have been ruined. Worst dry cleaners I have ever been too !!! Everything was still wrinkled. Very expensive items were ruined cotton fabric looked all beaded like an old sweater. Pockets were still wrinkled and not even pressed at all !!! Everything that was white is now dingy. Literally just took everything in to be pressed as it was all clean already !!! Had an exact dress in a different color that was dry cleaned a year ago in my closet and it looked a 1000 times better than the one I got back from them. NOTHING was crisp and ironed like I would expect it to be. Looks like they poorly steamed out everything with pleats !! $150 wasted and now going to have to find another place to try to fix everything that is salvageable !! Extremely disappointed !!! Have been using this place for 3 years, the ladies who work there are very nice, they've always done a great job, until there is a problem. On January 1, I dropped a brand new shirt off to be laundered and pressed in the night drop because they were closed that day, and in the bag I gave them back the hangers even with my business card to know it is my shirt. I went to pick it up this week, they lost it. The nice young woman went above and beyond to help me find the shirt on the rack, no shirt. I asked that the owner to call me, he didn't. I went the next day, still no shirt, still no call from the owner. I asked that they review their cameras to validate that I dropped the shirt off, the woman told me only the owner can do it. I went again today, still no shirt, still no owner. They still have not reviewed the camera footage, supposedly. Here's the thing, I run a company who installs cameras. The longer they wait to review the footage, the more likely it will be lost because it will be recorded over. The owner could have owned up to the mistake and kept a life long customer, I've found a competitor who will do it for a little cheaper down the street. I know this is a brand new shirt because I bought it to replace the one they ripped by the cuff, exact same shirt from Dillard's. It was a couple of years old so I chalked it up to being old and did not pursue damages. However, I know I did not rip it because I have a bad habit of always rolling up my sleeves two turns, there is no way something could have cut it while I was wearing it. I picked up my comforter yesterday expecting it to be clean. I tried to put it on my bed last night and as I unrolled it the comforter was COVERED in hair. Human hair, animal hair, it was disgusting. It was like it had been dragged across the floor of the cleaners. I took it back today asking for my money back and for it to be actually cleaned. The owner stated he would clean it but not refund my money and was pretty rude. I shouldn't have to drive to the cleaners twice. I paid for a service which was not done. I don't write many reviews below 4 stars. In fact, I believe this is my first one. Yes, the prices are great and the deals are appealing. My review is directly related to the quality of customer service that they provide. I don't expect to be worshiped every time I set foot in an establishment but a friendly greeting or a warm smile is always a nice way to be greeted. Every single time I've walked in to drop off my clothes, I feel as if I've become a sudden burden to all employees. If you're expecting even a lukewarm greeting, don't even bother. You'll be lucky if they even acknowledge your presence. No friendly hello or head nod or wave. The lady didn't even make eye contact with me. I started using Super Dry Cleaners since I retired 3 years ago, as my previous cleaners are 20 miles away and located near my old job. Positives: they are cheap and get the work out, and they have done a good job on basic laundry so far, especially jeans. I haven't had any problems with shirts or pants being dry cleaned so far. They take care of business quickly and the staff seem efficient. Negatives: I recently bought several pair of new cargo shorts at Kohl's and I had them dry cleaned and pressed for my vacation. Upon receiving the shorts there were two pair with what appeared to be bleach stains on the shorts. (I thoroughly examined the shorts prior to cleaning and there were no bleached areas). I was told by the manager that it was because I ordered them online that the materials were cheap and faulty, and it was not anything they did. The manager suggested that I take them back to Kohl's for a refund. It is my opinion that some chemical at the cleaners caused the dye to bleach out on these shorts. In reading other comments it appears that if you ever have a problem with clothing getting damaged here, you are on your own. I wouldn't suggest taking a $1,000.00 suit here for cleaning - if something happened to it you would probably have to eat the loss. Secondly, regarding overall customer service, they can definitely improve. I read another critique on Yelp where it was observed that the staff were unfriendly-that has been my observation as well. The staff do their job and take care of business but it's as if they could care less to say hi or even smile at customers. I try to converse and they just seem to ignore any attempts to be friendly. Discount Super Dry Cleaners was our go to cleaners for several years with no issues until now. We took our company backdrop to them to be dry cleaned. It's was returned to us with our logo having bleed-through into other areas of the backdrop. They tried to clean it again but it was ruined. Having had it cleaned before with no issues we new something had gone wrong during this particular cleaning. They told me I was out of luck because they couldn't guarantee that something like that won't happen. They offered no compensation not even a small cleaning credit. The true testament to good customer service isn't when things go right, it's how you respond when things go wrong. This was very disappointing. read more

They stained dress slacks that belong to a Tommy Hilfiger suit. When I returned the slacks the young Indian girl stated that it must have come from the lining in the slacks. Really? OK. So they accepted the slacks and stated they would correct the problem. Well... they certainly did by washing wool silk lined slacks! So you can imagine the results. Ruined! Absolutely ruined. I've been dropping off my clothing for 6-7 years. Simply because they are inexpensive compared to other cleaners. I finally had it when I requested if they can be more careful when pressing my blouses because they keep melting the buttons onto my clothing, or the buttons are not there when I pick up my clothing. The owner, or manager said they could not do anything to help my situation. He just shook his head and said , sorry, can't help you. In addition, some of my blouses were stained/burnt, or when I pointed out the makeup still on my collar, they said I needed to wash them before bringing them in. This is the first review I have ever written in my life. The service is awful and good luck speaking to the young Indian girl who runs the front desk. I think she is boarder line crazy. They are cheap for sure but if something does go wrong good luck to you getting it fixed. I have witnessed the girl at the front desk actually fighting with customers. They always had a bad attitude when I entered their store. I have also witnessed the "Uncle" who is the owner and the young girl I am speaking about fighting in the store. Yes, the dry cleaning is less expensive than other places. Button broken, items returned with stains, and items lost make one question the value. Recently lost an expensive Pendleton Wool men's 2xl Tall wool shirt. Staff has been totally indifferent and suggested that I call the management. When calling management I have reached a voice mail with no response from management. The loss of the shirt probably makes up for all the money I supposedly saved over the year. I am currently looking for another dry cleaner. This is one case where the money saved winds up costing more in the long run. read more

My first review. I have to agree with Daryn L. This place is very cheap and the deals are great. A warm welcome or hello is a rarity. I had one girl that would help me regularly and she was polite but there was never anything to go above and beyond. Customer service should be held a little higher standard. Without customers there will be no income. I will no longer be using this Cleaners. This is why: They will dry clean your suits for $4.99. I had a suit jacket that I need for a wedding on Friday and the pants were being altered. I regularly mix and match suit pants and jackets which should be of no concern to the business. We were told for the jacket it would be the price of the full suit. We took an additional pair of pants (that did not match) and they would not accept them because they did not match. My pants that matched the suit were being altered and the next day and when my wife went to pick up the jacket we asked if we could get the pants cleaned since we already paid for them. We were told no. It had to be done at the same time. I can understand policy but you have to be lenient to your customers. I have spent the last couple of years using this location because it was cheap and easy. I will no longer be using them. I will be moving my business to a place that appreciates my business and is willing to work with the customers. I would not recommend this place to a friend or enemy. read more

Girls behind the counter receive your clothes and literally throw them across the room into baskets on the floor. Some make it in the basket, while others land on the floor. My dress shirts were returned to me looking like they had not been laundered or pressed at all. I had a pair of suit pants hemmed and were ruined in the process. After 4 conversations and lots of arguing with various managers I was offered a 'sorry' and $20 in cleaning....only problem is the pants were part of a suit that cost over a thousand dollars. By the way, they claimed they had never heard of a suit costing over a thousand dollars. I made the mistake of not trying the place out with a couple items before I handed over more nice clothes to them. Two trips here got me poorly ironed shirts and a ruined suit. Completely ruined my pants! Drop them off in perfect condition and picked them up with like bleach stains all over one pant leg. Although they don't use "bleach" a cleaning product they do use destroyed my pants. But of course they denied it and wouldn't refund me or give any compensation for ruining my pants.
