Excellent tailor who did a lot of garments for us in one week. This was quite faster than any place we've tried since moving here last fall.

I've gone to this cleaners for years and I've had plenty bad experiences so I stopped going. They've had new owners for sometime and I've tried them here or there and no problem. So today I go to drop off two shirts (linen) I'm told that one shirt is a dress not a shirt and it doesn't matter what I think. Okay, listen call me ole school but good customer service means everything to me and also consistency. A dress is a dress and a shirt is a shirt. I know it's a shirt because if I wore it as a dress my ass and bellybutton would be exposed. Anyway I continue to hand him my money, but that comment " it doesn't matter what you think" made me retrieve my clothes and $20 bill. Owner: you have the right to charge prices that aren't consistent and I have the right to spend my money were I feel respected and valued as a customer. Never going back!!! Do not use this place!!! They lost my expensive suit. They claimed they called me but never did. I argued with them for a while and they kept looking for my other clothes and magically found some of them, but the rest is just gone. read more

Manager (Scott) VERY RUDE. MY apparel was not done on time or starched correctly and when questioned concerning both matters the manager (Scott) treated me rudely and yelled at me. I've been bringing my cleaning to this store for 10 years. I plan to talk with the owners who have always been kind and great to deal with; however due to this manager's conduct I feel that they may have lost me as a faithful customer. UPDATE: just spoke with the owner - Really nice person. He apologized and said that the issue with the manager/employee has been addressed and resolved and that he appreciated my business and assured me that what I experienced will never happen again. I will continue to patron here since I will not have to deal with (Scott). read more

I have gone to this dry cleaners(the one across from Walmart NOT the one at Edmond Rd.) for probably 10 years now. I think a lot of people get confused that the two cleaners are owned by the same people, but they are not. I have always had great, friendly service. I think I might have gotten someone else's clothes one time, but that was no big deal. I just took them back. That's not bad for 10 years. Great service and prices! It's actually not close to where i live now, but i don't have a lot of dry cleaning, so it's worth it to me to go there. read more

Never before have I had to use a dry cleaning service but my guy needs his items looking nice. After quickly discovering that I didn't have the time to make this happen for him I stumbled upon the Dry Clean Super-center because it was right across the street from one of the area Walmart locations. Everyone that works here is super courteous. They have a drive-through window where you can drop off items and pick them up. They are always fast and efficient and they will even put your clean items in your car for you during pick ! Anything that I drop off is always ready right on time. If you drop it off by 7 am it will be ready that same day by 5pm. Don't forget... they will recycle their hangers! Also if you feel that you may be a regular customer simply ask for one of their bags to make dropping off easier. I think their prices are extremely reasonable. I'm very thankful that I found this place when I did. read more

I took my brand new tux in that had never been out of the garment bag that it came in and when I picked it up there was holes all over the pants. It was 2 weeks when I was able to take them back in after we got back from our honeymoon and the manager was not there so I had him call me the next day. So while talking to the manager on the phone about the issues with the pants he told me there was nothing that they would do because it was past there 3 day policy now I understand that they that policy in place for a reason but I was not here and could not take them back in. Then after telling me the same thing over and over again the it wasn't there fault the manager hung up on me. read more

I've been going here since they opened, which is at least 5 years ago. They have very kind people working there. As well the owner / manager is very nice and always stops to say hello. They take good care of my clothing and once we had an issue which they fairly compensated me for. They are wonderful! And have the best prices!!!! read more

This cleaners has problems. The clothes are never ready when they say. This last time they were in a hurt and gave me someone else's shirt. One of my shirts have been lost. We have to keep calling to see if they found. They said they would call last Tuesday if still not found and make it right, but no call. read more

I dropped off items for my church at a location in my neighborhood on Tuesday. I called on Thursday as they advertise "Next Day Service" they report that my order is complete. I arrive on Saturday, my local store does not have items the contact them and they report not having them. After 30 minute at local store they're found but not clean. After explanation that said items are vital for church service on Sunday, they tell me I can drive 30 minutes to retrieve the items in the condition I gave them to them. Their explanation: Poor communication between locations and a credit for the unclean items. read more

Gave me someone else's white dress shirt back when I needed "my shirt that I bought and paid for" back so I could have it for family pictures. They could not locate my shirt and I did not have the shirt I needed for family pictures. Will never use this company again. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED IN AGES. Monday morning dropped off 2 men's dress shirts, 2 men's slacks, and a regular comforter. Was told the men's clothing would be ready the next day by 5. Went around 5:15 when I got off work and was told the items weren't ready and to come back "in an hour". So I ran an errand and went back, and honestly it looked they didn't even WASH the shirts, just maybe sprayed some starch and did a quick ironing job. I was really disappointed and frustrated but in a hurry so I just took my clothes and went home. Ourcomforter was supposed to be ready Wednesday by 5:00. I figured I'd give them an extra day and go Thursday evening. Did that, and they said it was "still drying". By this time I was really pissed but decided to just be patient, go home and come back the next day. I went back on FRIDAY and figured I'd just have to swing by since supposedly it was "drying" the previous day. I waited and waited and waited for them to find it...they asked me several different questions between them trying to find it (what color is it? what size? down, or regular?...the list went on and on so much that I called my husband to see if by change HE'D gone to pick it up already). Eventually they came back and said that it still wasn't done. Well I wanted proof they still HAD the thing in their posession so I asked to see it. And you know what?? it was wadded up in the bottom of a huge laundry basket and it hadn't even been STARTED. So on top of lying several different times about the stage it was in, they didn't seem to understand why I was even frustrated. I asked for a refund and the ladies up from (one Hispanic, one African American) started LAUGHING at me and said they didn't do refunds and that they'd start on it right away. I told them they better figure out a way to refund my money to my card or just give me cash. After a full blown argument (and other customers witnessing this) they finally decided to refund my money, I took my dirty comforter that had been sitting in their laundry container for FIVE days and headed out the door.
