I have been a customer for over 3 years now, and I have been very pleased with the quality of the…read moreservice they provide and their customer service is quite impressive,,, I would like to give a special "shout out to""COURTNEY" who works at the front desk,,, I appreciate her positive attitude, her efficiency in carrying out her work.along with Her dedication in making sure my special requests for certain items are marked and communicated to the staff who carries out the actual cleaning...this is immensely appreciated, and it is one of the reasons I continue to give my patronage to this establishment. About 2 months ago I had shoulder surgery , and I couldn't drive for about four weeks. About 3 weeks post surgery, I received a call from "COURTNEY" ,because she was concerned that I hadn't come to the cleaners in a while and she knew that was not normal for me.. I explained to her that I had shoulder surgery, which left me unable to drive for 4 weeks. I could tell that she was sincere and truly cared about me. I thought that receiving this kind of call was so unexpected, but I was certainly grateful, for her concern about my welfare. Receiving her call, made a big impression on me..... I thought to myself, this person, who wasn't a close friend or relative , took the time and made the effort to pick up the phone, and make a call to check on me. In my book, to actually receive a phone call instead of a text message ... Is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this cleaners to anyone who is looking for QUALITY SERVICE, , and EMPLOYEES WHO ARE CARING AND KIND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

On top of that, the ones that are labeled as "working" either don't spin the water out of your laundry or the dryers barely dry. A couple of them actually function though. The worst thing about that place though was the "man" that runs the place. It was the night before my birthday and yes, unfortunately I was in there after closing time, however, I arrived with plenty of time to both wash and FULLY dry my family's clothes. See, I had to wait for a washer that actually functioned. That put timing back a bit. Well, when I get my clothes out of the dryer they were not completely dry. He stood there making fun of me and pressuring me to hurry up, hurry up, you still aren't going fast enough. I was sorting through what was dry and what didn't get dry to try to put things back in the dryer. He told me to "get my stuff and get out ". It was still pretty wet so I ended up having to go to another laundry facility once I found one that was open. So I was late for everything because of him and was still in a laundry mat drying clothes when midnight struck and it was my birthday. Not how I wanted to start it out. No one working at ANY BUSINESS has ever been as rude to me as he was and he's either the owner or the manager. He told me he didn't own it, but I'm pretty sure he does. I've seen his whole family up there before. As a side note, it is FAR from totally clean. The washers were pretty smelly and it's all torn up in there. And not just temporary construction kind of messy. It's looked like this for quite a while now. He shouldn't even deal with the public with an attitude like that. He made me so upset I cried a little and had to go vent to friends.
