this place is ridiculous. says it closes at 11 p.m so I came in at 9:37 just to be told they won't accept any more loads of laundry because the "last load" is at 9:30 because it takes 30 minutes to wash 30 minutes to dry and then 30 minutes to fold. I had plenty of time wash and dry my clothes my fold time isn't a concern I can fold anywhere I don't have to fold in this place. then wanted to proceed and follow me to the door to inform me there's a sign that says last load is at 9:30. how about make the sign bigger I have way too much on my mind to pay attention to all these small ass signs. read more

Very clean laundromat, but the number of signs posted advising you as to what you can and cannot do is a bit mind boggling. Not sure if the attendant was actually the owner or employed by the owner, but he kept a close watch on everything that I did. Between him and the signs, it was a nerve-wracking experience. If I have to do laundry at a laundromat again, I will choose another one in the future. read more

Yes... nice and clean and the worker is so helpful. It's quite a distance for me but so worth the drive.

With colder weather approaching, it is time for your snuggly blankets to get a refresh! This place is competitively priced, has "loads" of machines, and easy parking. It's by tons of places, so if you need to grab a prescription, get gas, or grocery shop, you have quick access between the switch from wash to dry. read more

If you prefer someone breathing down your neck while you do your laundry, then this is the place for you! I have used this location for my my laundry services many times before and each time is cringe worthy. I came in with my 20 plus loads of laundry. Yeah it seems overwhelming. I would like to point out I am not like most people. I know how to use a washing machine. I know not to over load it. I understand physics. I electively choose not to own a washing machine. I was immediately approached by a lady that works there, she told me to not overfill the machine; this is before I even started to load the machine. I kindly explained to her I'm not not most people and understand the mechanics behind the machine. The second time i came to this location, I had my husband with me. We were immediately approached again and was told how to use the machine. Ok. I get it. The owner is particular, it his money invested, this is his livelihood. While my husband was pouring soap into the dispenser(it's a concentrated soap, you use like a Tablespoon per load) he just poured it in with out measuring, the lady quickly came up to us to tell us the owner prefers you to measure the soap, and pointed to the cameras.... ok, once again, I'm not most people. I know if you put to much soap in, it over fills with bubbles, and clogs up the drains for other machines as well. This soap does do that. But to appease the owner I smiled into the camera and poured each cap full. The third time we came it was one of the two women I always see here so we have an understanding that I know what I am doing. Now today, which will be the last day I ever use this service. I will tell you, right before pulling in today I said to my husband how I dislike coming here and why. I feel like I am being micromanaged by complete strangers. So we pull in. I bring my 20 loads inside. We start to unload; and what would you know, it's the owner and he is here, he immediately corrected my husband on how to use the machine. Then he noticed one of the machines we had already started had extremely dirty water inside of it. The owner asked my husband "if that was our machine?" My husband said "yes". The owner asked "what was in it?" My husband replied "rugs". The owner asked "from where?". My husband replied "the ground". Well, that's because it's rugs. And it's been raining. I only do laundry on my days off, so every 5-7 days. It was three basic sized bathroom rugs. Not oversized. Why is the owner breathing down my neck? Does he want to do my laundry for me? This place might be clean but it's definitely not worth coming here to be offended, or micromanaged. If it's that important people do the right thing then maybe he should have a better policy in place than harassing their customers! read more

I like it! The place is very clean. It's quiet and has snacks available as well as a soap dispenser for $0.75 per dispense. This place also has massage chairs- very nice. read more

I like the cleanliness of the facility but one does feel like a criminal being "watched". There are signs saying "no dog bedding of any kind". When people need to wash their items why are not all items allowed to be washed? Does it make them have to actually clean a washing machine?. Actually have to tend to the cleanliness of the place? It's kind of silly because I have never seen them clean a machine after anyone who gets done with one. We already PAY you enough do do the laundry which is way more to do the laundry. That extra charged should be your clue to work and clean the machines no matter what for the next person to use... read more

A great local laundromat. I stumbled upon Spin City a few weeks ago and I'm glad that I did. They have very friendly attendants. I came in for the first time and the gentleman on duty was very helpful, explaining how the different machine sizes work, where to pour detergent, etc. It may not seem like much, but I haven't had service like that at other laundromats. The prices for a wash are very reasonable, cheaper than the place I used to go to that's just two blocks from my apartment. For that reason, I'll gladly make the drive to Spin City every week to do laundry. Even the single load washers have a slot for bleach, which is another advantage that makes this place so convenient. The dryers run for $1.00 and that gets you enough heat at the high setting to easily dry 2-3 loads at once. I will be coming back here each time that I need to do laundry! read more

My washer broke so I had to find a place nearby and Spin City it was. They have clean laundromat fully working washing machines and dryers, and can I say inexpensive! The attendant was very helpful and making sure the place was kept clean. They have their own change machine and ab ATM and two massage chairs. They have games for kids, vending machines, and TV, also a Soap Center buying machine. read more

The absolute worst customer service. My husband came in to get our laundry cleaned. We paid nearly 60$ by the way. The lady at the front said they didn't wash his work clothes because "they were too muddy". Which is frustrating, i'll just go wash them elsewhere. Then she proceeded to say we wouldn't be refunded for the clothes not washed. The lady also complained about our dogs hair on our clothes. Won't be going there anymore. read more

Alway handing when I need to wash! Even though I moved to the south I still think it worth coming here.

This is a very clean laundromat mat. I dropped an item and the attendant came and brought it to me. It's as comfortable as a laundromat could possibly be. My only wish that wasn't granted was diet soda in the vending machine. That wasn't bad enough to make me not come back. Next time my washer or dryer breaks, I'll be back. read more

I literally hate washing clothes. It's just one of those things that I wish I could snap my fingers and BAM! DONE! This place makes washing clothes less of a hassle. Worth it to catch up my laundry. The attendant very sweet and helpful. Washing Machines start at 2$ bigger ones 4.75 Dryers 1$ for 30 min I will be back read more

Probably the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. I went in tonight to wash 3 large blankets. The girl working was super helpful and showed me how to use the giant washer. It was only $7.25 which I don't think is bad to wash so much at once. I told her I'd have to come back and put it in the dryer because I had my kids with me, and she offered to do that for me if I'd leave her the change for the dryer, so I did. I came back a little over an hour later and the blankets were dry and ready! I have no complaints! Nice place and great customer service. read more

The large washers don't spin out very well, my clothes came out way too wet.. I wasn't impressed. People working here didn't seem too concerned with helping customers, and no refunds either. I will say this, the place is clean... little pricey though read more

Just Wonderful. My first time to do laundry here and I am so very pleased. The owner is really a gentleman. He carried in my laundry and started the machines for me. The manager, Lionel helped me load heavy clothes in my car and when I started the wrong dryer he helped me fix my mistake. Wow. I am so impressed with the cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere. A very good experience. I met the owners wife and we were fast friends from the start. Always a plus. Thanks for being here for us. read more

This facility is clean and has a lot of washers and dryers. They have different sizes of machines. So if you have large loads you can get it done fast! There is a ATM on site and a bill changer as well. Vending machines with food and drink. Also with a soap and softener vending machine. As a bonus while you wait they have massage chairs available. I would recommend this location to anyone!! It's fantastic!! read more

Terrible customer service. One of the washers didn't have any water coming into it and at the end my clothes never got wet and they had soap caked on them. The lady working the place said "too bad". Cleanest laundromat I've ever been to! Employees are super nice and helpful every time I've been here. We travel for work a lot, been in a lot of laundromats, but this one is excellent. Washer and dryers are clean and work well. read more

I would not recommend this laundry to anyone. The attendant is respectful and does a good job keeping the place clean; however the owner is very rude and very disrespectful to the attendant (his employee) and to the customers. I used the extra large machine. I did not notice the limit restriction on the extra large machine. When I returned to the take my items out of the machine, the owner was standing in front of the machine, blocking my way to open the machine. Not knowing who he was, I said, "Excuse me". He was standing in front of my machine, admonishing the attended in a rude matter about one of the machines that was loaded past a line. I did not realize that he was speaking about my machine. When the owner turned my way, he began yelling at me about loading my machine past the line. Long story short, I told the owner, that I did not see a line of restriction on the machine and at the same time, I am a paying customer and he should not be addressing me with such disrespect. His answer to that was, I had disrespected him first by overloading his machine; therefore he does not owe me any respect! He did not seem to care of how much that did not make sense. Before, this incident, I had went to the office to ask for change. The owner was exiting the office. Not knowing who he was, I asked is he the person that gives change. The owner rudely waved me off and said he was not the one. Needless to say, I did not dry my clothes there. I went to another laundromat that has very helpful, respectful and warm in serve. read more

We had to wash 2 loads over, because the washers didn't spin the clothes. Then we had to dry in several different dryers at least 3 different loads. This place is nasty and rips you off. We ended up spending $40 for what should of been a $20 or $25 worth of laundry. I don't RECOMMEND this place at all! read more

Most pleasant experience! Nicest staff that even held the door for me! Clean and safe!

I too had trouble with my washer at home and a flood in my house that I had to take care of on top of everything else. I was in dire need to do laundry. I researched laundromats and this location had a good rating so I thought I would go in and check it out. Chelsea greeted me and was extremely helpful in telling me about the machines, load sizes and cost. All was very reasonable. She also mentioned that they had a drop off service and she offered to weigh my laundry to see if it would be something that would be beneficial for me. I chose the service and Chelsea called me when my laundry was complete. I was amazed at how neatly folded and stacked and packed my clothes were. Chelsea did an amazing job!!! I left her a tip for her services. The owner has a wonderful employee working for the laundromat. That is just the kind of service and assistance that keeps people coming back! Thank you Chelsea! read more
