Great industrial size washers
Ilsa A.

Came here after a friend recommended this place to wash my duvet. I wish I had gone here first rather than try and hand wash in my tub! They have large CLEAN industrial size washers that were perfect for my comforter. Staff was attentive and immediately asked if I needed assistance upon walking in. Overall, great value- clean and safe.

We need to do a load for the second half of our trip.... It has been "decades" since I've had to go to a laundromat to do laundry. So I wasn't thrilled about going to some seedy laundry place. Spin City Laundry is by FAR the nicest laundromat I have ever used!! Sliding glass door entry, big screen TVs while you wait, no more quarters just a credit card, big screen TV's, vending machines for all your laundry needs, clean bathrooms and no "sketchy" clientele. Just a couple miles from the fairgrounds but so worth it.

New and very clean laundry mat. The staff we're disinfecting all machines handles and most touched surfaces. A plus! My home front load dryer went out one Saturday morning after washing and Spin city saved the day. I noticed you don't need dollars or quarters . All machines take debit and credit cards. Change machines are still avaliable. The laundry vending machine is reasonably priced if you forgot an item. I surely don't miss having to go to a laundry mat, But this is one I highly recommend right in the Asian district! There is a charging station for phones and tablets. Only drawback is if it's busy there may not be enough seating.

Snacks, tv, detergent, drinks and a change machine.

In town for work. Marriott Hotel had no washer or dryer. Staying in Nichols hills area. Went to 3 laundry mats. This one was amazing. Wifi, tvs, clean, very nice attendant (forgot her name she was from Sacramento), restrooms, pay by credit card, change machine. If u need a laundry mat in town this is the one to go to. They even have snacks and charging ports for devices. $9 for a super large load but drops down to $3 for small load. 25 cent per 6 minutes to dry.

The soap stuck to my clean clothes and soap on ground were it was poured in my laundry

location in mwc ok. Someone poured soap in my already washed clothes. Attended ran video. Which identity of the person. Her manager did not compensate me in any way. Refused to. Dryers don't work. Plus they charge for hot water

Towels and blankets washed, dried and folded.

Best in OKC! Always feel safe. Tones of TVs and vending machines to keep you occupied while you're laundry is washing

Nice clean washer and the dryers get hot. Staff is helpful. The price for the size of the washers is reasonable.

Clean large laundromat. Takes coins or cards. Large parking lot with east access for a bobtail. A short 5 mile drive from the truck stop.

Kelly Ave Coin-Op Laundry - Clean facility with machines for all my laundry.

It does the job, but this week we've had to head to the laundromat with a TON of clothes. It was…read moreok as far as clean goes (though it could have used some cleaning it wasn't horribly filthy). It's all coin operated, which is a bummer, the machines in our last town had ones you could do coin or use your debt/credit card in which REALLY simplified having to do a household of 7's laundry all in one day. There are coin exchangers (well, there were two, but one is out of order... which seems to be the theme of this laundromat!) The exchange did give accurate change for a $20 (will take all the way down to $1 bills, excluding $2 bills). Washers were efficient, though there are only 4 of the biggest washers available and they were in hot demand both times we were there. $6.75 as of this post for the larges washers and $5.25 for the next washer down... that's a LOT of quarters!!! The dryers... well, they left a LOT to be desired... Nearly, if not exactly, half of them were out of order!!! You can run the largest ones for 4 minutes per quarter, and they took $2-$2.50 per large load to dry (jeans took a bit more). but with all the machines being out of commission it made jockeying for a dryer a bit of a challenge. This location gets plenty of use, it was hopping both times we went there. I anticipate needing to go for a few more weeks yet too until our laundry room is put back together... if anything changes I will update... but for now, it does the job, but it's not a great experience. Next time I'm gonna do a little research and see if there is another place that might be a little easier to use.

Kelly Avenue Laundry and Second Avenue Laundry, sharing the same owner, are festering hellholes…read more The owner is evidently too tight with her mountains of quarters to allot some of them for new machinery, as a row of FIVE - ALL FIVE, machines on the rear side of the first row have been out of order for well over a year. Ownership needs to remove them or replace them! The chairs at both locations are horrifically uncomfortable, including the ones with hazardous cracked plastic which could easily crack a customer's buttock or leg and cause a nasty infection. Wo knows...it has probably already happened - more than once.

Fashion Cleaners Laundry - Front corner, off 6th, can miss the drop-off easily since it's in the alleyway!

I have no time to sit in a laundromat so I was lucky enough to find this place. When I dropped off my clothes early in the morning on April 6, I met the man who claim to be owner of the business. He was really nice and super professional. He gave me the lowdown on how the process works and the plan was for me to pick up my wash and fold clothes on April 7. When I left, I had such good feelings that I was going to give this place five stars however, I didn't realize my experience would be completely different when I picked up my clothes. I was behind a customer and I realize it's quitting time and may be a little busy but the woman who looked like she was in charge was completely rude. My clothes were ready and in bags but I couldn't see my laundry bag and I asked about it. She totally ignored me and talked to her employee about me and in front of me. I asked her what the proper procedure was and she ignored me again. I kept trying to converse with her but again she ignored me???? I took a shower that morning and I'm generally pretty smiley sooo idk what her issue was! When it's my turn for laundry services, I will try them one more time and I hope I am changing this rating to five stars next time

This is the only negative review I've ever written about a business on Yelp (i.e. Don't scroll past…read morethis thinking, "This is just another 'Karen'"). Generally, I let things go or give a business the benefit of the doubt...especially local ones. However, this dry cleaner has the worst customer service of any business with which I've interacted. The last straw was their rudeness with my wife who inquired about a missing item for me. She has used this place for over 20 years. In short, they lost a suit of mine. No big deal generally...it happens. This negative review isn't about losing the suit, but rather, their response. There had been a few instances with them where I was missing a shirt when I got home, but I simply showed up the next day, and they found it. They haven't found the suit, have refused to acknowledged that it happened, or that it's even possible that it could have happened. Instead, they insist that their ticket shows that I picked up the proper number of items, so that means I got it (as if a ticket proves that an item was actually received). Like many people, I generally pay what they tell me, and put the hangers of clothes in my car without taking inventory of all items as present. So, I didn't notice the suit was missing until 3 days after pickup. I immediately let them know It was missing from the items I picked up...they couldn't find it. I gave them weeks thinking it would turn up somehow or that maybe someone else got it by accident and would return it; mistakes happen. I checked in a few times over a 6 week or so period. I was never rude nor ever demanded they compensate me for it. I asked the owner to call at one point ...that never happened. When I came back the last time to follow up, a lady (who has waited on me for years) rudely said, "I was told you found it." When I pointed out that I clearly hadn't found it she just stared...I said I supposed the answer is, they hadn't found it either; she just responded rudely with, "No." Never once did they say something during any interaction such as, "I'm so sorry you can't find your suit." Or "we don't think we lost it, but let us reimburse you for the cleaning cost you paid at least." Instead it's simply been...this ticket shows you paid for the right number of items, so you got it (the same lady rudely reiterated this to my wife who asked about it a few weeks ago...my wife was told that I got it or I got someone else's suit that I need to bring back). Again...their position is that the ticket shows I paid for X number of items, so I got those items because they count them. By the way, the ticket isn't even correct. One of the items I actually did get, an long overcoat, is listed as something else. I am baffled as to why they would insist they are infallible in this regard and have decided to treat a long-term customer so unprofessionally. Guys...I don't carry dry cleaning around with me into places besides my house. I have an attached garage. If I lost it, it would have been somewhere between my garage and my closet...or someone broke into my house and stole just that one particular suit; Or, perhaps it could be...that I never received it. In any case, my family has moved on to another dry cleaner that has been great so far. Use this cleaner at your own hazard...be sure to always check your items before leaving...don't expect pleasant service if you have an issue. I hope this review saves someone else from dissatisfaction. Highly disappointing service Fashion Cleaners.
