I am from out of town and stumbled upon this laundry mat after reading reviews on Yelp. I am very…read moreimpressed with this place for many reasons. To begin it is very clean. Even as I type this review the attendant is walking around cleaning and wiping down machines. All of the machines appear to be newer and in working condition. (There is nothing worse then broken machines leaving you to have to wait on others to be done using the operable machines!) There is plenty of seating for guest to sit and relax. There are even a couple arcade games to entertain your little ones if you have to bring your kids along. The attendant had a very sweet demeanor and provided excellent customer service when she saw that I was new and wasn't knowledgeable with the cards they use to activate the machines. One review mentioned that the cards cost $3 , but that can be refunded to you if you don't want to keep your card. Think of it as a deposit for the card. Which trust me... I'd much rather use a card then deal with quarters. This location is in a decent area, I don't feel unsafe by any means. What I liked most is this place is open later than the other laundry mats that I was checking out.

The lady was very nice explained everything to me, and even washed some of my blankets by the pound instead of charging me extra since it was my first time. She told me it would take a couple of hours. Well, it took more like 4, but when I got there it was all neatly folded and I just went home and went back to bed. The next day however, when I hung everything up in my closet, I realized my closet smelled like dirty laundry. I started pulling the clothes down off the hangers and they all smelled bad. They smelled like JUST CAME OUT OF THE HAMPER! AND I PAID $82 AND CHANGE FOR THIS!!!! I have to wash every bit of this over again. I have Fibromyalgia and had a lady helping me but she has health issues too and can no longer work. I was looking for a place to help me out sometimes but I can guarantee you this place will never see another dime from me!

It was the night before my birthday and yes, unfortunately I was in there after closing time, however, I arrived with plenty of time to both wash and FULLY dry my family's clothes. See, I had to wait for a washer that actually functioned. That put timing back a bit. Well, when I get my clothes out of the dryer they were not completely dry. He stood there making fun of me and pressuring me to hurry up, hurry up, you still aren't going fast enough. I was sorting through what was dry and what didn't get dry to try to put things back in the dryer. He told me to "get my stuff and get out ". It was still pretty wet so I ended up having to go to another laundry facility once I found one that was open. So I was late for everything because of him and was still in a laundry mat drying clothes when midnight struck and it was my birthday. Not how I wanted to start it out. No one working at ANY BUSINESS has ever been as rude to me as he was and he's either the owner or the manager. He told me he didn't own it, but I'm pretty sure he does. I've seen his whole family up there before. As a side note, it is FAR from totally clean. The washers were pretty smelly and it's all torn up in there. And not just temporary construction kind of messy. It's looked like this for quite a while now. He shouldn't even deal with the public with an attitude like that. He made me so upset I cried a little and had to go vent to friends.

I went to another spot that was cashless, and I had just spent 30 minutes sorting out quarters so I wanted coin-op. Yes it's small, but the attendant is sweet as pie, the place isn't unbearably hot although I did sit in my car because I had calls to make. Only a couple of machines were out of commission and they do drop off service/delivery as well. If I need a laundromat again I'll definitely return. Side note- I owned a laundromat, and I didn't have a single issue washing here :)

When I grabbed my clothes, I should have inspected them more closely because when I got home, it looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. Some stains were still present on a gray button-down, and my white items still looked dirty rather than bright. I was able to remove the stains myself using Dawn dish soap, which worked better than their cleaning. Although the prices were reasonable, I won't be returning.

Some have been out for like a year now. Every time I go (which was about once a week) one or two more are out and they never fix them. They just put an out of order sign on it. Now it's accumulated to the point where MOST of their machines are out. I actually don't know how they stay in business with so few working machines. They don't even make an effort to fix or replace them.
