Thank you Scott Cleaners!! I love everything about this little cleaners, from the postage-stamp size building and the hours, to the prices and the service. I think Scott's prices are better than everyone else's. I have a Buffy comforter (that I love) and I was charged sooooo much to have it cleaned at Tide, I started looking around websites for prices. Scott's is cheaper by far that Tide, and just as convenient considering how often work or life brings me downtown. I also love how many local events Scott sponsors. I think half of the things I go to in this town have the Scott logo on the back the of the program. I've never been to a ballet or a theatre performance in OKC that wasn't paid for in part by this local business. When OKC comes back from Covid-19, we're going to need every small local business alive and well, especially those that put time, money and energy into our local arts organizations. I'll be buying cars from Jonathan Fowler and I'll be getting all my dry cleaning done at Scott's. #ThankfulThursday read more

Always running into this grumpy lady. She complains if I drop my clothes off 10 minutes before close because she'll have to stay 5 minutes late. I got a stressful job too and I'm not rude to my customers.. plus your hours aren't the greatest. Little expensive. Long turn around on laundry or dry cleaning. I would give Scott's Cleaners in Downtown OKC zero stars if i could. A friend suggested this cleaner because I work downtown. Scott's cleaned an expensive ($390) white dress for me after I wore it one time for an engagement party. Upon picking up the dress and removing the plastic, I discovered the white dress was now a murky brown color. I took the dress back to the downtown store and asked to speak to someone. I was referred to Scott's corporate office. The lady there told me they would not do anything despite the fact they ruined my $390 white dress. Eventually Scott called me and offered to rewash it. I didn't like this solution but allowed him to do that. After they rewashed the dress, it looked exactly like the murky brown dress they originally tried to return to me. We left the dress with Scott's and were told someone would call us immediately. We haven't heard from Scott's in over TWO MONTHS, and Scott's has now had my dress for THREE MONTHS total. I guess Scott's is holding my $390 dress ransom while also refusing to call me about the dress. Never, ever trust Scott's to clean your clothes. I now tell everyone I know to 1) NEVER use Scott's and 2), if they do, immediately find a new dry cleaner. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for any company but Scott's action in ruining my $390 dress, then holding the dress for three months without ever calling me to pick it up (at the least), is outrageous. read more

Living downtown was very happy to find a local spot to drop off my cleaning that had convenient hours and plenty of parking! Staff was very helpful and friendly and clerk told me when I dropped off my garments they offered same-day service at no additional charge. My clothing came back looking amazing and my wine stain on my favorite slacks was removed too. read more

I have been having to waste my time driving back and forth to this place. I dropped off 3 coats, one was a YSL and the other had pearl shell buttons. I received my coats in bad condition, a broken button and a missing one, and the YSL coat had the tag almost completely destroyed and very badly pressed with wrinkles all over and felt snug. I brought them back the next business day and was simply told to drop them off and wait to be contacted regarding my refund request. I am called 2 days later to come fill out a form. Then I am called again and told I now have to wait for the yellow jacket to be repressed instead of the refund I requested. I did not want to continue their services and preferred a refund as it is a lot of back and forth and increased wait time. Their plan for the other jacket was to offer to attach buttons that I PURCHASED after their mistake which would require me to go back, drop the buttons off and then wait another 2-3 days and pick up the coat again - they didn't even offer to reimburse for the button purchase which was even more waste of my time to try to find ones that could remotely match. I needed that coat for an event and in order to have it ready in time it was best if I sew them in myself. I am so disappointed and will not be returning and lost trust for this business. read more

I was in town for a wedding and noticed the day before that my cleaners back home had pressed a bad crease in the lapel of my suit. I took it to Scott Cleaners and on a moments notice without making me wait they did a wonderful job hand pressing it in front of me in 5 minutes. After they fixed the issue they refused to even take anypayment. Great people and I highly recommend using them. read more
