However, recently my shorts started coming back with broken buttons, the staff have become less friendly, and they don't have a repair service even for the buttons that they broke. The young girl had me pay on Saturday and said she would have someone look to see if they could get it off, I didn't want to pay then because the purse wasn't cleaned but she insisted. Then when I go today to pick up the purse they tell me they can fix and they can't refund me because I paid more then 48 hours ago, when the girl on Saturday told me I had 48 hours from when Ipicked up the purse, not when I paid. That's completely wrong. You mess up someone's purse and STILL expect them to pay???

I have a question. Who are the most likely customers to need dry cleaning services? My guess would…read morebe people who work for a living, perhaps those who wear dresses, suits and pant suits, dress shirts, etc. on a daily basis. Brite Cleaners, in their infinite wisdom, has revised their hours to 9 AM to 6 PM, forcing those customers to take off work in order to take their clothes to the dry cleaners? Count me out. I've used Rod's Cleaners (now Brite Cleaners) for 25 years, not because of price (they're not any cheaper), not because of quality, but because of convenience. That reason no longer works for me.

If I could give it negative stars I would. I took my wedding dress to be hemmed on Thursday, to…read moretheir Weatherford location. I only needed about 3 inches off the bottom. Simple. My dress was ordered online and wasn't expensive. There was only one man there and I had to try and measure what I needed done. He was no help at all. I left my dress there and I shouldn't have. That was my mistake. I went back the next morning, because they do not have a working phone number, and told him to not do anything with the dress that I would be back that afternoon with someone to help me. He had already taken my dress to their Yukon location. I asked him if they could bring the dress back or what I needed to do. He said "the dress will be back on Monday. Come back and we will measure and then send it back. You can pick it up on Wednesday or Thursday." So I show up Monday afternoon and the dress is not there. He tried to hand me two different dresses that were not mine. Wonder who else is missing a dress at this point? He then tells me that the dress is still in Yukon and that I can go there. He did not tell me where his Yukon store was located. They also do not have a working phone number. I finally got him to tell me where the hemming would actually be done. It was at a completely different location. This location was a little better. we got it measured and figured out. I will never be going back. I will never recommend this to anyone. Yes part of this was my fault for leaving the dress with them. But misplacing it, not doing what the customer is asking. And having them drive out of town to even find the dress is ridiculous. They have no order of what they are doing other than dry cleaning. I would stop advertising about alterations if they don't even do them. They send them to someone else.

The guy working appeared high as a kite. He couldn't even put together two sentences. I was there at 6:45, they close at 7. He told me I could not drop anything off because they closed in 15 minutes. He said that he usually locks the door at 6:45 because the "owner" doesn't want him helping customers after the time (their posted hours are until 7PM and the Open sign was on). Mind you - the guy was so high that I could barely make out what he was saying. I told him that I've often come in to drop stuff off at 6:45 and have never been told they shut down early. He said it's not the store policy but it was his "personal" policy to lock the door at 6:45 and not help any customers after that time. He also told me that if I didn't believe him, he could call the owner who would tell me the same thing. Knowing he was lying and high as a kite, I said sure, call him. The guy went into some weird episode and I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I left. If you're alone - I strongly advise you don't go to this location. STAY AWAY. If you want your clothes to not be damaged, STAY AWAY. If you want a dry cleaners that operates professionally, STAY AWAY. There are way too many good dry cleaners within walking distance of this one. If you're the owner, you've got a problem on your hands. Good luck with that.
