I've used Rod's Cleaners (now Brite Cleaners) for 25 years, not because of price (they're not any cheaper), not because of quality, but because of convenience. That reason no longer works for me.

He had already taken my dress to their Yukon location. I asked him if they could bring the dress back or what I needed to do. He said "the dress will be back on Monday. Come back and we will measure and then send it back. You can pick it up on Wednesday or Thursday." So I show up Monday afternoon and the dress is not there. He tried to hand me two different dresses that were not mine. Wonder who else is missing a dress at this point? He then tells me that the dress is still in Yukon and that I can go there. He did not tell me where his Yukon store was located. They also do not have a working phone number. I finally got him to tell me where the hemming would actually be done. It was at a completely different location. This location was a little better. we got it measured and figured out. I will never be going back. I will never recommend this to anyone. Yes part of this was my fault for leaving the dress with them. But misplacing it, not doing what the customer is asking. And having them drive out of town to even find the dress is ridiculous. They have no order of what they are doing other than dry cleaning. I would stop advertising about alterations if they don't even do them. They send them to someone else.

The guy working appeared high as a kite. He couldn't even put together two sentences. I was there at 6:45, they close at 7. He told me I could not drop anything off because they closed in 15 minutes. He said that he usually locks the door at 6:45 because the "owner" doesn't want him helping customers after the time (their posted hours are until 7PM and the Open sign was on). He said it's not the store policy but it was his "personal" policy to lock the door at 6:45 and not help any customers after that time. He also told me that if I didn't believe him, he could call the owner who would tell me the same thing. Knowing he was lying and high as a kite, I said sure, call him. The guy went into some weird episode and I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I left. If you're alone - I strongly advise you don't go to this location. STAY AWAY. If you want your clothes to not be damaged, STAY AWAY. If you want a dry cleaners that operates professionally, STAY AWAY. There are way too many good dry cleaners within walking distance of this one. If you're the owner, you've got a problem on your hands. Good luck with that. When I grabbed my clothes, I should have inspected them more closely because when I got home, it looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. Some stains were still present on a gray button-down, and my white items still looked dirty rather than bright. I was able to remove the stains myself using Dawn dish soap, which worked better than their cleaning. Although the prices were reasonable, I won't be returning.
