Another reasonable shopping experience at Acura. I made an inquiry on their website through the…read moreCostco program and Carlos got in touch with me to set up an appointment. We arrived a few minutes early, so as he was finishing up with another customer, we looked at the MDX in the showroom. We got started within a few minutes of our appointment time and he quickly pulled an MDX up to the door for us to test drive. We still had a few other cars to test drive and told him we'd be in touch. Carlos did follow up a few times over the next week to see if we needed anything. Ultimately, Carlos was nice and did a nice job showing us the pros of the Acura, but we felt the MDX wasn't worth the money - it's a decent car but there's a lot of competition in that arena that was a better bang for the buck for us. No hard feelings - just not the right fit for us. I'd definitely recommend Carlos to someone looking to buy an Acura though.

I Took my car to Pep Boys they detected no oil leak stated I had no need for a reseal. Spoke to Acura dealer, he stated those are recommendations, although the agent handling the issue warned me if I didn't reseal it, I would eventually damage the engine. Again, it turns out this recommendation wasn't needed! I will seriously rethink long and hard before I take it to this Acura dealer.

This review is for the auto repair and service and not buying a car. I had a 10:30 appointment on…read moreSaturday, 3/29, for an oil change, tire rotation, and 8,000-mile check-up. The service took two hours to accomplish. It was a bit longer than what I was expecting for having a reserved time, but I understand due to the day being a Saturday. There was complimentary coffee and snacks while I waited, and the lobby and waiting area were clean. Though it felt by design that the dealership was in the same building with signs to tell you that you could get more for a trade-in due to the market. It can be annoying since I just got the new car last year. But there weren't any pushy sales people there to sell you a newer car. The service was good. My oil change was free, and the tire rotation wasn't included in the deal of my new car. I also didn't get any pushy upsells of maintenance, which is good. But recommending this place for general car services, I'm not sure about that. I only went due to the free oil change and 8,000-mile inspection. You might be better off going to a regular mechanic. If you have an older and potentially run down car, I can see traps that could have you in a spot that you can be pressured into buying a newer car.

He was a short baldheaded little freak. And he asked me if he could help me today and I was like "yeah i don't know where I should go.. I have to pick up this car piece.." and this short baldheaded little freak has the audacity to cut me off and start being aggressive saying you came in at the wrong area. You need to go over there. You're not supposed to walk in here unless you're buying a car. Genuinely in shock. as a person who works in sales, this is disgusting behavior. If you see a short bald headed little guy coming for you when you walk in these front doors say no thanks because this man attitude needs to work at the local garbage collectors. Wish I got his name but I just wanted to get out of there.
