We arrived a few minutes early, so as he was finishing up with another customer, we looked at the MDX in the showroom. We got started within a few minutes of our appointment time and he quickly pulled an MDX up to the door for us to test drive. We still had a few other cars to test drive and told him we'd be in touch. Carlos did follow up a few times over the next week to see if we needed anything. Ultimately, Carlos was nice and did a nice job showing us the pros of the Acura, but we felt the MDX wasn't worth the money - it's a decent car but there's a lot of competition in that arena that was a better bang for the buck for us. No hard feelings - just not the right fit for us. I'd definitely recommend Carlos to someone looking to buy an Acura though.

The service took two hours to accomplish. It was a bit longer than what I was expecting for having a reserved time, but I understand due to the day being a Saturday. There was complimentary coffee and snacks while I waited, and the lobby and waiting area were clean. Though it felt by design that the dealership was in the same building with signs to tell you that you could get more for a trade-in due to the market. It can be annoying since I just got the new car last year. But there weren't any pushy sales people there to sell you a newer car. The service was good. My oil change was free, and the tire rotation wasn't included in the deal of my new car. I also didn't get any pushy upsells of maintenance, which is good. But recommending this place for general car services, I'm not sure about that. I only went due to the free oil change and 8,000-mile inspection. You might be better off going to a regular mechanic. If you have an older and potentially run down car, I can see traps that could have you in a spot that you can be pressured into buying a newer car.

It showed in the email Scott family of dealerships. They said we will give you 18000 wtf 6000 less. Then they said 20000 and said my car was in a minor accident. So was the car I was looking at from them. But my car was worth less and their car was worth more than book value with an accident. Don't waste your time dealing with Scott cars. It's bait and switch you sit there 11/2 hours while they play ' let me run to my manager and see what I can do. I am trying for you'. What I found most offensive is they valued my car below the lowest just grade car of 21k. I do have scrapes on the rims and I do smoke but the rest of my car is great only 17000. And they say my car is below the lowest level of junk.
