I simply stated I had never been there before and the worker asked a few quick questions about what i normally like and made her recommendations. I really like Dutch Bros so I wanted to try here. I requested a drink most like a shake and the order taker suggested a blended drink. I tried the Blended Caramelicious. It's tasty and I'm quite a fan of all the whipped cream on top. Unlike Dutch Bros, you don't have to request it added here, it's automatic. My drink was good but I was hoping for a much thicker consistency but of course it's a blended drink, not a shake. It's a small drive through so if you pull up in your big truck use your top notch driving skills because it's tight. Glad I went through in my car. read more

Convenient, Quick, and Easy! This place just opened up, about three weeks ago. I went here every morning for a week to test them out. The service is quick and the staff is super friendly. I looooove that they ask if I want an extra shot of espresso, because I always say yes, and never regret it! The only thing is that their flavored latte is too sweet for my liking. But everyone's tastes are different. I guess its whatever they're in the mood for. The staff at the office I was at, really liked the sweetness of the drinks. This place is the Shiznit, the bee's knees, the cat's meow. Seriously tho, Starbucks to coffee enthusiasts is similar to McDonald's for a true burger connoisseur. I was happy to see a new drive thru coffee place in springfield and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and service I received here. It seems like cars move through much faster than your average Starbucks or other coffee places. I have been here a few times now and I definitely give this place a three. I have always received good customer service here, the staff is always very friendly. They have a very good non-diary selection. I haven't had any of their food, but I will probably try sometime in the future. I definitely prefer their hot cappuccino's over their cold frappes, the frappes aren't blend well and I always end up with a full glass of blended ice. I like the convenience of a drive thru, but they do close earlier than I would like. If you're into frappes or the blended style coffee drinks I can say that Scooters hands down makes the best frozen drinks in Springfield. First off the drinks are actually made with espresso so you're not getting a drink that is sickening sweet and actual taste like coffee but the consistency of the drinks and how they are blended is what keeps me coming back for the Blended Caramelisious. I always order the small and it comes with a double shot which is perfect for a quick pick me up. My only complaint is the set up for the drive through can be kind of tight. read more

So just went to this place for the first time and was totally disappointed. I ordered an americano with vanilla and coconut milk and they told me no. That they had to put it in how it's made. I got a Snickers latte. The woman taking the order was great but the latte - not one I would go back for anytime soon. I can't place the flavor and it came out at a temperature a few degrees too cool when my husband's gingerbread latte helped me lose a few tastebuds. I wouldn't write it off. I would write and write AND rewrite this review over and over again if it got more people to this coffee shop. I LOVE THIS PLACE, and here's 3 reasons why. 1.) The baristas. oh. my. gosh. They are just the kindest most wonderful people. If you get the chance to meet them, and learn there name and talk to them DO IT! There so fun and there personalitlies rock. 2.) The drinks. If you like coffee then its a dead given this is a place for you. Amazing espresso and even better flavors. If you don't like coffee, good news. They've got incredible options. 3.) The effects. The sausage breakfast sandwich was pretty good. The coffee...I got a latte and it had a lot of foam. It's not creamy at all. Almost like a watered down latte. I normally go to Country Girls Esspresso located on E. Sunshine, but I wanted to try Scooter's to compare since it is closer to where I live. They were fast and I didn't have to wait in line long but the coffee was weak and not good. I ended up biting the $5.76 that I spent on my drink and went to Country Girls and paid $4.68 for the same exact drink, where the service was just as fast and friendly and the coffee was way better, where they also have great hand-made sandwiches, and there muffins and pastries are to die for. If you're a Scooter's regular or even thinking of trying it for the first time I highly suggest you try Country Girl's instead! read more

This is a new coffee place for Springfield but are well known in Nebraska and Kansas. This was a place I loved in NE. This place needs a lot of work! The coffee and drinks are still good and in supply. Every time I have been there they have been out of most foods. If you want breakfast don't go here! The staff doesn't suggest other options or offer a coupon for next time to apologize. If your wanting people to come back this is not the way!
