We just randomly picked this one as we didn't think it was too far out of the way. Since we weren't sure what we wanted we went up and ordered at the window. Our group was pretty large so we had five drinks. There were a number of people in the drive-through line so we expected a little bit of a wait. However, the wait here was absolutely ridiculous. We waited through three or four additional walk-up parties, which I understand may have been online orders placed, but they also waited a while and got all of their drinks before us. The drive-through line also moved through probably 20 cars in the time that we were waiting so it was obvious that our orders were placed well before many of them had even pulled into the parking lot. When asked if they prioritize drive-through's, they said no it's just based on when the orders come in which didn't appear to be the case. As much as I was excited to try Dutch Bros again, this one left a bad taste for the entire company. Steer clear of this location- the extra 10-15 min drive to another shop will still probably result in getting your drinks quicker than the wait and this spot.

Have you seen the cost of things nowadays? Yeah, the pricing is on par with other options, but your selection of literally a zillion flavor possibilities gets kind of unique. The product is often better, too. And I don't see Seattle rolling out energy beverages too often, so there's that. I didn't see one anywhere and asked if they had any seasonal offerings from the barista. She looked puzzled and annoyed and said "here is our syrup list". I stated that I was looking for more of a seasonal drink menu or featured beverages not on the regular menu that most every coffee house offers. In an exasperated tone, she turned around and pointed at the main menu board with all the basics and replied; "This is what we serve". Wow! I politely ordered my go-to cortado for here and left a tip. I then hobbled over to the nearest table to the pick-up counter and waited. A few minutes later the same barista brought the drink to the counter, looked at me an entire 4 feet away and shouted "cortado" and walked away. Wow again! If I was in the business of customer service and receiving tips I would be damn sure to take the beverage to the customer when they're 48 inches away and the shop wasn't busy; regardless of customer mobility issues. I have never asked for a tip back, but I sure felt like it at that moment. My Cortado was tasty, but not enough to remove the foul taste in my mouth from blatant customer disrespect.
