Seriously give them a raise because I've never left a chain coffee shop feeling so supported. My friends and I have a terrible experience of ordering coffee at another chain coffee place- but receiving no coffee. So! went to another unnamed chain coffee place prior to our visit today, and they messed up our order by forgetting to add the espresso, like literally gave us only milk. So, naturally, we went back home, to Scooters, and our girls Reagan & Bella did us sooooo good by remaking the same drink but somehow made it even better? Not only did they provide us with exceptional coffee, but they turned a negative experience from a different coffee chain into an unforgettable one from our regular & most favorite place, Scooters. This location isn't even closest to where I live currently, but I would return solely to see those girls because they just brightened our day entirely! read more

Amazing service. Tried the iced autumn caramel swirl with sf syrups and it was really tasty. The staff was super sweet and were fawning over my dogs I had with me! They even offered extra napkins in case their pup cups were messy which was really attentive of them. Ordering was quick, drink was made quickly, and I was out of there! I usually don't go to this scooters, but I've been going the past few weeks because it's closer to my house but let me say I'm not impressed. You guys have definitely lost a customer. I always order the protein cold foam and every single time I get it at this location you guys give me regular cold foam. I pay extra so please get it right it's very frustrating when i pay 10 dollars for a drink just to not get what i orderd. read more

I am a new convert to Scooters, because my normal morning coffee shop discontinued all their sugar free options. I was forced to chase around looking for alternatives, as I started driving into the office again circa January 2022. I landed here one early morning to be pleasantly surprised by their wide variety of sugary free latte flavors. My first experience at 6:00 in the morning involved the person in front of me cutting me off in the parking lot and then buying my drink to say "sorry". You can't beat free :-) The staff was amazingly personable and helpful in my investigation of the new possibilities of flavor. The drink was hot and ready quickly. The sugar-free mocha had a sweetness to it that I was y used to, but I'd like to grow accustomed to it! The espresso flavor was slightly overpowered by the mocha, and going forward I added an extra shot. This makes the price very similar to nearby competitors, but ups the caffeine :-) I came back the next day over lunch to get a better idea of the place. I was shown the ingredients and carb content to the mocha syrup spontaneously when I mentioned how sweat it was. It was like visiting a friend, who was excited to show you what they had available in their own kitchen. Less like a business and more like "hanging out" :-). I'm sure the fact that it was not busy played into that experience, but I was glad for it! Their available sweats and such was pretty slim, but I wouldn't eat them anyway. But I must say, I am bringing the kids by for one of these giant cake pops to get their reaction to it! They have breakfast sandwiches and such, so you can grab your breakfast right here and eat on your way into work. An important use of a commute, if you ask me :-) I downloaded the app so that I can earn point and have an easy payment experience. You may also order ahead. Hot day outside and was craving a smoothie as I do get them often. I ordered two on this day. I get home and sipped on mine, it was matcha powder tasting. The other person tasted theirs and it was the same. YUCK. I called store and she stated to drive back in the heat, wait in line so she "can add the peach flavoring". No ma'am. read more

The service and quality of drinks is awful. The cashier spoke quietly, messed up my order. They gave me a small drink but charged me for a medium. They put no whipped cream on my blender, even though I had asked for it. When I asked for more they put a little on and then shut the window. They did not provide me with a receipt when I asked for one. When I tried my drink I could tell they put extra shots of espresso even though I asked them not to. Overall a bad experience. read more

i love this scooters so much! it's right across JCCC, which is super convenient. i go here maybe once or twice a week, and i never regret it. the staff is SO friendly and easy to talk to, i love having conversations with them and they're always helpful. my go-to order is a medium iced caramel latte with oat milk and it's better every time. their food is very average and only tastes good if you're super hungry. i've only had their egg and cheese biscuit and it HITS with ur coffee. i also tried their iced sea salt caramelicious and it's so so sweet. it's not my type of drink but i don't regret trying it. one thing that scooters does - not just this location, i think it's just a part of their brand - is they don't tell you the price of your order until you get to the window. not really sure why they do this?? it's not a big deal it just makes me nervous when i get to the window to the staff here: love u all so much thank u read more

So I frequent this location a lot. The staff is always super nice. The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because at least 1 time a week, they mess my drink up. I specifically ask for the same thing every time, I ask multiple times, no sweetener no sweetener no sweetener. At least 1 time a week they put sweetener into it. It's really irritating at this point. To the point where I felt it necessary to write a review about this. To the management, please fix this. I shouldn't have to take a drink to find out if my order was right or wrong. Especially when I say no sweetener no sweetener. read more

The owner is not Customer Service friendly. I purchased a pound of coffee, Regular coffee. I was given a lb of flavored coffee. I just moved from Independence to Olathe. I had NO coffee pot. Coffee Pot got lost in the mail, with Kohl's. Finally purchased coffee pot, made a cup of coffee and realized the coffee was flavored. I've been living on QT coffee, I'm a night owl for work. I have 2 bank cards. I bring the coffee back & the owner refuses to a. Give me the correct order and he TAKES the coffee, slams the window SHUT because I offended him calling him an asshole. Customer Service is # 1 idiot. Really over $9.81. Keep your CAWFEE I'stick to StarBucks, QT, Dunkin' Donuts. It won't be long before the owners customer service will close the store. Okay, I gotta come clean. I am a Starbucks purist. I want the logo tattooed on my behind. I think the entire world needs a Starbucks. Starbucks would be the answer to world peace. That being said, I was prepared to not like Scooters. I was running late, as usual,. and there was not a Starbucks anywhere near me. There was, however, a Scooters with a drive-thru that had my name all over it. I popped in and ordered what I normally order at SB. I was prepared for the worst. When I got my order I was pleasantly surprised. My drink was fantastic and so yummy. It was even better than my SB usual in many ways. The barista was very sweet and well informed on their products. She took my custom order without rolling her eyes or questioning me. She was speedy and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. There was no long wait in line and the establishment was bright and cheery. The outside was well maintained. I thought their prices were comparable with SB and the local market. They did not seem overpriced. I was pleased with the value I received for the money. Money talks and I always judge places in terms of value. Scooters delivered in quantity and value. My horizons have been expanded and I am going to start rotating between SB and Scooters. I am happy they proved me wrong. Scooters is a nice coffee shop! read more

This is one of the easiest places to grab coffee and breakfast on this side of OP. They have a drive thru that always moves pretty fast and the carmelicious is always exciting. Definitely a good breakaway from Starbucks as the wait is consistently much less. read more

I LOVE this scooters!!! I prefer it over Starbucks or anybody else in town because of their Caramelicious, coconut lattes, and don't forget the awesome customer service.
