The customer service here is obnoxious. The head crew leader is bombastic the minute you open the door, not giving enough time to gather your thoughts compose oneself. I approached the counter and hadn't yet logged my phone to obtain the app. She was already asking questions when one of her crew members was already going to take my order, and I was still trying to get my app uploaded (crazy phone sometimes) amd the member was already asking me questions too. They need to informed how to pace their over eagerness. Additionally, I wanted cream for my coffee and they wanted to charge for it. No other Scooters does this! read more

To the offsite owner of this establishment. Clean your store and stock toilet paper and napkins - these are operating basics that you continue to neglect. My wife and a friend of hers have coffee every other week at your store. They complain every week that the store management neglect the basics here. Every week they have to ask to stock the bathroom with toilet paper. And it usually filthy. Today they had males using the women's bathroom because the men's was either disgusting or out of order. They have tolerated this disgusting service for way too long and have finally decided to take their business elsewhere. Perhaps you should visit the store yourself and see what a mess it is. I visited this Scooter's location for an afternoon meeting and it met my expectations. Since it was an off time there was plenty of parking, and plenty of seating inside the cafe. I've stopped drinking a ton of caffeine later in the day, so I opted for an unsweetened green tea and it tasted as it should. TBH it's very hard to mess up an iced green tea, so I was satisfied. After my meeting I moved to a booth and worked for about another hour before heading out. The wifi worked great, it was quiet. No complaints. Would I travel back here for that tea? Probably not - but also it's a green tea so it tastes about the same anywhere you go. I think next time I try scooter's I'll try to come in the morning so I can see what kind of coffee drinks they have to offer. read more

Terrible cold brew coffee, visibly dirty work station, threw it out because I didn't have time to have them make it again. Visited 12/9/26 at almost 11:00; store was not busy at the time. I ordered 2 flavored cold brew coffees with cream foam. It took 15 minutes with no other customers waiting. I watched the two employees make the order and it was clearly incorrect. Straight concentrated coffee, no flavor added, and the employee seemed inconvenienced when I asked for the cold foam. I told her to forget it because it would take another 5-10 minutes. Tried the coffee in the car and it was disgusting. I threw it away and drove straight to 7Brew for more coffee. I am a frequent customer at Scooters, but will never visit this one again. Their work space had gallons of milk, cartons of cream, open containers of Matcha and peanut butter that has likely been out for a while. I've gone to this Scooter's 3 times and that's 3 times too many. They have a drive thru and that's where the pros end. Their drinks are WAY TOO SWEET. I was even pro active the 2nd visit and asked what kind of chai they use and if they could go light on the syrup. My drink still tasted like a cup of sugar. Their muffins are dry and stale and the "veggie" burrito had all of 1 sliver of pepper in it. 1. Not a big sliver, a tiny, tiny one. The convenience of the drive thru just isn't enough to keep me coming back any more with so many other fantastic coffee options around 135th. read more

Your main job is hot coffee, handed through a window. After getting the order made correctly one would think that priority 1 would be making sure the LID IS ON TIGHT!! I'd like to thank this Scooter's for their super nice and quick staff ! My first drink that I ordered today just wasn't what I wanted, and I hate taking stuff back but I did today. I got a blended coffee but ended up getting the mango cream smoothie. Can I just say that brain freeze didn't stop me. This smoothie was so good and the perfect balance of sweet, fresh mango taste, and cream that I'm thinking about when I can get it tomorrow. I was bummed because I normally get the pina colada smoothie on my ventures to scooters.(This location doesn't make it ?) BUT I like to thank the smoothie gods for sending me mango signals today because I have found a new favorite ! We also got a mango vertigo smoothie. What's a vertigo smoothie you ask ? Well it's a smoothie that they blend with a Red Bull of your choice for a refreshing pick me up. They also give you the left over that doesn't go into your smoothie. I'd say that's a win win ! When I go out to spend extra money on coffee I tend to get the ones with all the sugar and the milk and everything. Maybe that's because I started out drinking at starbucks. Have you ever had a starbucks coffee plain? Just don't. They need all that sugar to hide the awful taste. Scooters was great. I got the hot carmelicious. Haven't tried it plain, but There was enough coffee in it to actually taste it! So they weren't hiding anything. And they didn't need to! It was good! Kinda tasted like coffee flavored icecream. It actually had a good amount of caffein too. I think I've seen these around a lot, even right across the street from all the starbucks I've worked next to. When I walked in, the restaurant was clean and well organized. The barista at the cash register was pleasant and professional. I looked at the menu and asked if their "caramelicious" drink was a caramel macchiato. The barista in the back runs up and informs me that a "caramel macchiato" is a vanilla latte with caramel. I said can I get one of those please. So my orders placed and I am waiting. My drink comes out and I hear the barista say "vanilla latte". I walk up to the counter and ask if this is the caramel macchiato that I ordered (my bad didn't think it was that big of a deal to call it that) and the barista again informs me that she can't sell me a caramel macchiato. I realize there is some copyright stuff going on, though I highly doubt that there were copyright attorneys in the establishment or Starbucks moles looking to sue competitors. So I asked if it was "Caramel macchiato-ish?" I was then asked to not be rude...really? At this point way too much energy had been spent arguing over a coffee, I said ok and walked out.
