She responded that they did and gave me the password. A man behind the counter who I assume is the owner or manager then stepped in and berated her right in front of me. In a super harsh tone, he said to her "don't ever give the Wi-Fi password to anyone. We need to collect their email." It was super rude and unprofessional for him to yell at her in front of me (or at all). I felt awful for her. She apologized to me and I apologized right back to her. Needless to say, this put an awful taste in my mouth and clouded my experience at this business. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries.
