I went this morning to get a Red bull smoothie and a sandwich and ordered a large and was given a medium. No worries at all and I just went back around. When I got back to the window she told me that she actually charged me for a small so I got more than I paid for. I remember ordering a large and my cousin who was in the car also remembered me ordering one. I just left no problems because I wasn't going to sit and argue. Stopped in for a coffee after getting my teeth cleaned at a nearby dentist. It's a little tricky to get into, especially if someone is driving from the other direction. There wasn't much of a line, maybe two cars ahead of me, but it moved really quickly. Whoever was taking orders didn't seem really friendly, not much of a greeting or cheer. If it was the same person at the window, they seemed more upbeat. I had a caramel apple butter latte (a seasonal drink), iced and with almond milk. It was surprisingly good, definitely a unique drink - sort of surprising for such a big chain. It tasted like some combination of a candy apple and/or caramel apple, but without being overly sweet. Overall the service could have been better, but I was really impressed with the drink. read more

Scooter's Coffee - I got the Matcha Green Tea smoothie - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Olathe, Kansas

Had to run an errand nearby so I decided to try Scooters for the first time ever. Now I know why I've never had it. All I wanted was an iced coffee with cream, caramel, and a shot of espresso. Maybe they just didn't understand that, but what I got was freakin disgusting. It basically tasted like water with the most artificial caramel flavoring you could imagine. Even with an espresso shot, this drink had zero coffee flavor. My wife ordered a hot coffee with the same ingredients. It tasted like cheap Folgers coffee with no flavor. Definitely learned my lesson! read more

Morning time is when they seem busy, but that is when i drive by and if they don't have a line I will stop by, the staff is always friendly I don't drink the coffee but the specialty drinks, I like the peant butter protein drink, that is my favorite, this place is next to pizza hut and for long time nothing was there but a lot,it just shows that if have a good product people will come read more

The absolute rudest employee I have ever encountered. I asked for a large Red Bull infusion and the lady asked me if I wanted a large and I said yes please. When I got to the window she handed me a medium and I asked if I could get it in a large and she replied "oh you wanted a large" and three proceeded to only say "well you can't have one". They don't have larges in that drink I found out which is fine but she did not need to be so rude. I also ordered a large iced matcha latte which while I was ordering I was being yelled at and scoffed at and when I got to the window it was hot. Which mistakes happen but when I asked for another one made correctly I got an eye roll and a "whatever". I will not be returning because this is not the first time I have been treated horribly by this exact employee. My mother has also had bad experiences with her, so much so she drives all the way to Gardner to get her coffee now. I will be doing the same. read more

I love Scooters coffee. It's my top choice over Starbucks and Caribou. There is always a line at this location. The staff is always nice but I have to say I went there all the time last summer and every time I asked for "No Whip" and Everytime they added whip. I don't know if their just too busy and forget or what but it's pretty displeasing when you ask for something and they say ok and repeat it back to you that they don't do it. One of the better Scooters in Olathe/Lenexa. They do a mean froth for cappuccino and have good baristas. The only drawback is getting into their drive through. read more

When this coffee hot spot first opened it was wonderful. Fast service, strong rich coffee, and great service. I don't know what happened but it's just not as good as it once was. Don't get me wrong, it's still good, just not as good. The service is slower, and the coffee doesn't seem to be as fresh and rich as it once was. I order the same drink everytime, and always order it with a extra shot of expresso. I'm starting to think I'm paying extra for nothing. It also bothers me that on a large size coffee, the cup is only 3/4 full. I've given up trying to give scooters another try, I've been disappointed too many times. Usually when I come to this location I get good service. The other day I was in the drive thru & when it was my turn to pay I remembered that I had a punch card. The young lady working at the window said that this card was counterfeit (which I had gotten at the College BLVD location) I was very surprised when she said this because it's not like I knew?? Anyways, she took my punch card and I never got a new one! I was very upset by this because I go to scooters quite often and I earned those drinks. I really love Scooter's coffee but this location continues to disappoint. I always go to Scooter's for the brewed flavor of the day coffee but if you don't get to this location before 9 or 10am, they don't have any brewed. It seems crazy to me that a coffee place would not have one of their signature blends brewed & available throughout the day. I have visited other locations where, if they don't have a particular coffee brewed, they at least offer to brew some or do a pour-over which this location does not.
