I pass this McDonald's each direction to and from work. Have stopped several times, but don't always check in. On this occasion, I stopped by for one of my favorite McD's meals, a Quarter Pounder with fries. After paying at the first window I drove to the second window where a gentleman handed me my sweet tea and asked me to park in one of the drive thru pick up spots. I teasingly said, "What, my burger's not ready?" Without missing a beat he replied," it's on the grill, I make it fresh for you" I smiled, thanked him and did as I was told. This place plays a game to keep their order completion numbers low. You'll never have your food ready when you pull up to the window. They'll hand you your drink and tell you to park in a curbside pickup spot where you'll then wait 5-10 minutes for your food. It's in no way "fast food." read more

This McDonald's should have a ZERO rating. Lucky for them Yelp at least requires one star. This is the poorest managed location. They are consistently BAD. I thought a McFlurry was supposed to be blended but this sorry location keeps selling McFlurries that aren't blended. Can the management at this location please explain why I'm paying for an item that isn't prepared properly? And why your staff members aren't knowledgeable enough of your products to even realize how a product you're selling should be prepared? I'm including a photo from McD's website so you can start a proper training program. Also, the vanilla milkshakes at this location are complete TRASH. Service is awful. They spend more time on having drive thru customers pull up to a parking spot than they do on actually preparing product. If you're a Door Dash or Uber eats driver, steer clear of here. I've been here 1/2 an hour & they haven't even started the customer's order. Idk why because they have the staff to do so. We just had a snow storm & have ice & snow on the ground, so a lot of people aren't out & about. There are no customers inside & there's only been 1 come through the drive thru since I've been here. Nothing like driving across town to pick an order up, to deliver 5 minutes from the store, that pays $5, spend 30 minutes waiting, & then have to call Door Dash, & message the customer, that people at McDonald's won't prepare their order. I usually go her before work. I like it because I can order at home and pickup on my way to work. The other morning I ordered a very basic sandwich for breakfast and hashbrowns and pulled up and checked in as I normally do. I ended up waiting at least 6 minutes while I watched them clear out the drive thru and then someone parked and went inside and got their food nearly instantly. Now I could go in but I am usually in a hurry and I have important work equipment that I don't like to leave unattended in my car so I usually order and have them bring it out. Well 10 minutes goes by and I need to head to work and there are no other customers so I assume I'm just not getting my order. I drive away as two employees are cleaning and talking amongst themselves. So I end up contacting McDonalds corporate who referred my case back to this store. I promptly get an email from someone claiming to be the office manager, only it was through a personal email account. She tells me she is going to give me some credits or some faux currency to McDonalds instead of the refund to which I had asked for. Now I work in cybersecurity and I know what a complete violation it is to send personal PII to a personal email address and I know there is no way McDonalds company policy would allow this. Needless to say I am not sending personal information to a personal email address. I was hoping the GM or Regional Manager would have contacted me by now but they do not seem to care much either. Normally this would be nothing but I have given this location a pass twice before so I am officially done going to this location. They clearly do not follow proper procedures and it is clear no member of any level of management have bothered to make the necessary changes. read more

We eat McDonalds a lot. Probably too much (we have over 54k in points there). Todays visit to the one at the corner of Parker and Santa Fe was just plain disappointing. The food was old and luke warm. We actually went back in and got a new burger, but it was bad as well. Good news is there are lots of MCDs to choose from, so do yourself a favor and choose a different location. read more

They now have an AI ordering system. I do not recommend going here if you are on the road. I had to go through the drive through 3 times just for them to get my order right. It was a very basic order (Plain jane burger happy meal). They put mustard, pickles, and onions on this happy meal. My kids refused to eat it. Their fries where cold by the time we got our meal. I know these workers work very hard to provide great food and customer service. But I would ask them to have better ordering systems. read more

Store was not busy, it was about 8pm when I visited the drive through. Order taker mumbled, didn't give a total. Money taker yelled loudly while i was parked at the window "oh my god!" I used a deal for a free fry, i didn't get a receipt to know if I received the deal. Man at window handed me my bag and drink then shut the window. I waited for someone to come back and when he did i asked for the receipt and catsup, he didn't come back so I left. I got home and the sandwich box with the quarter pounder was sideways and leaking. This place has horrible customer service. The line was long and no one was being helped for about 10 minutes. when we were helped we were told the ice cream machine and smoothie/milkshake machines were broken. We pulled up to pay and the lady just looked at us stupid and walked off. Then we were told to pull up to the second window. The man at the second window was very rude had dirty finger nails and shut the window in our faces. We then asked for salt and buffalo sauce and the man said he could not give it to us unless we went back through the line. Horrible location and should be shut down honestly. read more

Ok, I can honestly say for the first time going to a McDonald's we might be getting somewhere. I was in the area and work related business and was really just wanting something fast and quick. When I saw the line in the drive-through, I was two seconds away from deciding not to but I saw how quickly the line was moving so I said OK I'll go ahead and I have to admit the drive-through line went pretty quickly even though it is consistently packed. This is by far one of the most packed drive through McDonald's that I have ever seen. I got through the drive-through in less than 15 minutes my food was hot and fresh and correct. Since I was a child I've always had this childhood nostalgia towards McDonald's but through the years different locations have killed that dream slowly. This location is resurrecting those childhood memories reminding me what made McDonald's one of the number one places that people used to go and get something to eat. This McDonald's is an example for all the other ones who are dropping the ball. Slowest drive thru ever. You don't expect much from McD's, but it's been 20 minutes or so and I'm too committed and too blocked in to quit. They lie and say they are 24 hours but aren't. I ordered through the app, pulled up to get my food and was told "We're closed" it was probably around 3am. It let me order just fine on app and there were 4 employee vehicles parked outside. The other day I can here ordering for Me and a few buddies. I ordered a spicy McChicken,10 McNuggets and a double quarter pounder. Well guess what 10 minutes later "hey we are too busy to complete yurt order". Which basically means "we are too lazy to care about you, and complete your order. You and all our customers mean nothing to us." In fact they didn't even start my order. And they were not busy there was barely anyone there. The founder of the company said "give the customers what they want and the business will take care of itself". Well apparently this location didn't get the memo. Well you'd think they would give me a refund right? Wrong! They said they would, they even took my debit card to the back to "refund me". Well I guess they thought I don't check my bank statements or something because that was a big fat lie. They never refunded me. Well after seeing that the next day I went back and spoke to the manager (who spoke terrible English by the way). And he just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and said he couldn't help me. Which was basically his way of telling me to F off. Also as side note this McDonald's has Just disgusting fries and it's the only place I have ever gotten food poisoning from. I can see why this place has such bad reviews. They need to fix it If they ever want my business again. But they won't. McDonald's is the delta airlines of the fast food world (fun fact: DELTA stands for Doesn't Ever Leave The Airport). But this location is the United airlines inside of the delta airlines. Not giving a crap about their customers and telling their customers to get lost. Also they never get your order right here. Seriously this place has a major improvements to make. I would not recommend ever going to this location unless it's to get a coke or something (if by some miracle they get your order right). So yeah to sum it all up this place deserves zero stars I Seriously think giving the one star Is me being too generous and feeling Pity for them. This place is terrible even by McDonald's standards. And let's be honest here, the bar is not too high. Also the service here is awful. No one here is even remotely nice. Any good portion of them speak terrible English or no English at all. It was a bad day at this McDonald's! The chicken tenders and fries tasted like they were over cooked in old grease. My Mocha hot coffee was the worst I have ever had. Not only was it lukewarm, but when I pulled off the lid about two inches of whipped cream came off the top of the coffee because it was stuck to the lid. The taste was horrible. I don't eat at McD's cause I care about what goes into my body, however I wanted to get a hot cocoa for my wife and I to "enjoy" while looking at Christmas lights. My wife's was average run of the mill. Mine was burnt steamed milk with the last of a can of flat whip cream. McDonalds has very few opportunities to impress me and always fall flat on the attempt! Garbage food garbage service "on to the next" approach and lets be quite frank you can get a fresh meal for maybe a dollar or two more at a local small business. "Value meal" about $9.00 that is ridiculous!! I can get gourmet food at that price! An average appetizer at most fancy restaurants is about that and enough to satisfy the same appetite as a #1 at McDonald's read more
