Stopped in to this Starbucks since we were in the area. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the service was good and helpful. Our beverages came out quickly and my husband liked his refresher that he tried. I didn't care very much for the Sweet Cream Iced Espresso, not very flavorful. The seating was basic but plentiful. They cleaned very well while we were seated, including the restrooms. The music playlist was good but a tiny bit loud. Overall, it is a good Starbucks location. read more

7am drive thru on y way to work. Pleasantly greeted by a cordial order taker but unfortunately, met with a gentleman at the window who handed me my drink and food without saying one word! The extra special treat was getting to see him chew his gum with his mouth open (gross.) I had to ask for a straw and I had to ask for napkins. Again, he said never uttered one word. I went through the drive-thru here on 3/24/2026 around 1:40 pm and ordered a Venti Starbucks 1971 Roast. At first, the lady taking my order said something to the effect of "Sure, no problem." After a significant pause she then proceeded to tell me that they were having "technical difficulties" with their brewing machines at the moment and that they could do an Americano or a pour-over for me instead. I believe that lady was flat out lying to me because they didn't feel like brewing a fresh batch for me. 1971 roast is supposed to be available all day. At least inform the customer that you'll have to brew some more and then let the customer decide if they'd like to wait for it, instead of not providing the product when it's supposed to be available. It was a blonde lady at the window and I believe she was the one that took my order at the drive-thru speaker. I've had other Starbucks at other locations also not want to brew more hot coffee and iced coffee. It's a shame that some locations are doing this instead of doing the right thing for their customers. read more

My mobile order was ready to go but it sat for FIVE minutes before they called my name. I had been in the store for 15 minutes and no one asked what I was waiting for. This Starbucks is always so busy, line wrapped around the building. I wanted a quick drink/ snack after seeing the line I parked and went in to order. I felt so sad for the staff they were completely busy and yet only two of them were working! One take orders and the other making drinks. Maybe some others were on lunch but I waited about 10 mins and no one else ever showed. These girls were really working it! However, THIS location (and I've been to most every JoCo location multiple times - read: addict ) and this location consistently MISSES the mark. I order ahead. App says drink will be ready in 10 minutes, so I wait 15 or 20 to head that way so it will be ready (BLACK COFFEE only is the order, nothing time consuming or fancy) and I still have to ask for my order and wait. I am an avid Starbucks lover, I go almost everyday. With that being said, this Starbucks has become disappointing to say the least. I order the same drink every time. And for the past few months it has been DISGUSTING, chunky bits floating in my coffee, clearly not made the right way. And if paying 7 bucks for a drink, least they could do is make it right. Places a mobile order, arrived at the time instructed (which was around 10 min after order) still had to wait an additional 10 minutes . I am sorry 20 minutes for coffee is ridiculous. Visited this location today, I saw there was a very long line in the drive through so i placed a mobile order for inside pickup instead. I don't usually do inside pickup because it's always seemed more inconvenient, however today it was great! I placed my order and my drink was ready within 1 minute, the workers were very friendly! I was standing at the register for a hot minute while 3 workers walked right by, then when they make my drinks apparently they didn't have an order for 'Maddie' I told her my name was harmony and she kept calling me Maddie, then made us tell her our drinks and still made them wrong. I've come to this Starbucks for the last two weekends between 8 am and 10 am while my husband is trout fishing at Kill Creek Park (just to lay the scene lol). It is a pretty good sized location. Standard drive through, a couple mobile order parking spots, two handicap parking spots, and a good size parking lot for the rest of us. There is ample seating inside though I do wish the seats were a bit more comfortable (I am 8.5 months pregnant at this time so I am a bit biased against them). They've got a large staff which is good because this is a large location. I tend to come in and chill for a bit before I order and I have actually only ordered through mobile so I don't have to stand in line (though it does move quickly). They've never gotten my order wrong which I notice some other reviews say happens often. So if you plan on stopping in early on the weekend I would definitely recommend ordering through mobile so you aren't standing in the line. read more

Terrible. The entire staff was preoccupied, and seem bothered to answer evenly simple a question posed by the customer in front of me. It was a senior citizen who was simply asking about lids, and she was basically chastised by a male member of the staff. I followed the lady into the parking lot and got her information. I'm in town visiting family for 10 days. This location is just around the corner from where I'm staying. I've been here 5 times this week and I must say this is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. The shortest amount of time I sat in the drive thru was 21 minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Nothing I've had here tastes right and one time they didn't even put the coffee in my niece's iced white chocolate mocha, so we had to go back. Management is seriously lacking here. They need more staff and the current staff needs more training. read more

I have had more than 1 bad experiences here. First off they are super slow all the time. They never have enough help. Second they short your drink. I always order a skinny vanilla latte and at least 3 times I have come to pick up my order and the grande cup is half full. It's almost like they do it on purpose. I get there is a bit of foam but to have half foam and half coffee and only filled up half way is ridiculous. Third they always seem to be out of something that should be high quantity items. Today my wife said they were out of almond milk and she waited in line for 10 minutes just to hear they didn't have it. These are staples for any Starbucks so the manager must not know how to order. These employees need more help! They seem to be very understaffed and are always drowning in orders. Every time you go to this location it's at least a 25 minute wait - no matter if you go through the drive through, order online, or walk in. You could be ordering prime time breakfast or in the middle of the day during the week. It's always busy. It's the only Starbucks in the area so it's unfortunate. We had an order messed up came back around to get are drink fixed. The girl who made are drink and we meant at the window was very kind and understood what was wrong and went back to make the drink. The worker who came to give us are drink was very rude, she acted like we bothered her and took her time up for asking for are correct drink order. Are drink we got back tastes just horrible as well. Can I just say that if you go to any Starbucks during a Thursday happy hour from 2-7 and you expect to get your drinks quickly...you might want to rethink your desire for a free beverage. For every person in the lobby and every person in the drive thru there are twice as many drinks. Don't get me started about the groups of 10 teenagers that come to get 10 Frappuccino for the price of 5 and you want an iced coffee with cream or an iced tea. Those orders get made in the order they hit the paid button. That also includes all the mobile orders that got placed while you were in line. I guess what I'm trying to say is...those barista could have to make 25-30 drinks before you get your drink. So be patient. Give them plenty of time and gratitude. We can all see how hard they work to get you your drinks quickly and correctly. And to all you Starbucks barista out there. Job well done!!!! I've come to love this Starbucks as I'm able to work there and all the employees are very nice. They all wanted to get to know my name and my preferred drinks. Further they have added suggestions to my make my Latte better. They were right every single time. I also created my own Frappacino drink out of the Nitro Beer which was so delicious...they were always happy to make it. I was working there one day and went to the Loo. I locked the door, and when I was going to the bathroom a big guy walked in on me. He was mortified and I was mortified. It wasn't his fault, it was Starbucks. And this alone would warrant a zero star review. I was hell bent on taking this issue up the chain of management. However, I came in to talk to Amber the manager. She was really upset by this because the non-locking bathroom doors have probably happened to multiple people. Immediately there were signs on the bathroom doors to knock before entering. She also created an order for the locks to be changed so that people can be safe in the bathroom. Honestly I didn't expect this amount of attention to be given to this problem. Ordered my coffee at 7:40am as an online order, I arrived at 8:18am and had to wait 12 minutes for my coffee. During the wait I was going back and forth with the barista that my order was hot not cold. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She may have been new which I understand, but there was about fifteen people waiting inside and the drive through was packed. Past few weeks the mochas have been tasting like hot cocoa. I started coming to this location because it is the closest to work and home. I come a couple times a week to get an Americano and I use the mobile order. It always say it will take approximately 3-8 minutes until my order is done. Every time I wait no less than 15 minutes from the time I order to the time they finally have it ready. I used to be a Starbucks barista so I know this is unacceptable. I know they're a new store, but please get additional training or hire more baristas.
