He was prompt and at my home to pick up my bike and make sure she was taken care of all the way to his shop, he kept in contact with me through the whole time he had my bike. Anything the bike needed or any ideals Will called me to get my approval and run ideas by me. I would not trust anyone else to ever touch any of my bikes then this man. Then after getting it back a second time, more issues persistent. We took it home to fix the issues ourselves, only to find that there were now lore issues after he worked on it. All bolts that this guy touched were not tightened correctly, and we were missing parts that we know were on the bike before we took it in for the service. This is the worst work I have ever seen on a vehicle, and I recommend you never bring your vehicles here for service.

This place is beyond unprofessional. They had my car for almost a month. I tried to contact them…read moreseveral times via phone, tezt and email with no answer. We showed up at the shop to find the car sitting there but no owner in the shop only 2 employees who couldn't answer any of my questions, not only that but they lied and said technet was who ran everything , yet technet says they are individually owned and operated . I contacted Technet who they are supposed to work with. TECHnet couldn't find them in there system under the correct info, even the address on google isnt correct . They (technet) were finally able to find 2 numbers. One that was the one I had continually called with no answer and one that was no longer in service. We had another customer tell us that in order for him to get ahold of the owner he has to call from a different number than his own. So is the owner avoiding customers?? Don't ever go here if you dont want your car held hostage and no way to know if the work was actually done. I would rather give this place no stars

He has made promises and has plenty of excuses yet still no bike, now he has changed his number, closed his shop-or lost his shop!!!! I had to report the bike stolen, no pics, no proof of where it is, nothing worst communicator ever!!!! He was arrested and charged with grand larceny!!! At this time he he has at least 4 different customers that have charges and court cases against him. Please beware!!!! no matter how good it sounds, dont trust this man
