Motorcycle Owners and Riders. BEWARE!!! Do not take…read moreyour Motorcycles to TIME TO RIDE in Fredericksburg VA. I took my ATV to ED the owner and was told that my bike would be fixed in two to three hours and out the door for a simple fuel problem. This shop had my ATV for over a month and fixed absolutely nothing. They fucked up everything they touched. I called to check on my bikes progress several times over the past few weeks while they had it in their shop and it was always an excuse or bullshit lie. They have no quality knowledgable help ever around in their shop available. The people answering the phones when I always called are clueless about bikes and no mechanics were ever able to be reached when calling. When telling the owner ED to STOP working on my bike that I was going to come get it and take it elsewhere Ed stated no one was going to be able to fix my ATV. I told him to get my bike ready for pickup ASAP! I know differently. When showing up at the shop for pickup he told me my bike was in the back of the shop and had me and my small child put the bike out onto the trailer without helping. No customer service. When looking at the bike while loading it I noticed that many bike parts were missing. They were unable to be found in the shop or over the phone by contacting his so called half ass mechanic's that are never on duty or show up to work. When asking for a printed receipt of my shocking 400.00 bill for absolutely nothing being fixed and the missing bike parts, Ed the owner had no available printer for providing a paper receipt. I hung around his shop for almost an hour looking for my ATV parts and waiting for a damn paper receipt. The ATV parts were never found nor did I ever get a paper receipt. Before exiting the building Ed the owner stated that my bike had major electrical problems. I told him that he didn't know what the F**k he was talking about. No employees or mechanics showed up for work today I asked... Ed replied good help is very hard to find... Then after being charged an additional 3% for using my credit card on their machine I decided to leave. TIME TO RIDE will not be in business much longer. The word is already out on the streets and bikers are talking about their bad experiences with this shop... It should be named TIME TO RETIRE... The good news is that If you are looking for a Good Professional Bike Mechanic reach out to Will Clark at BOUNCE BACK CYCLES LLC. in Fredericksburg VA. 571-991-8727 This guy was awesome he heard what I had been through and took my bike in immediately after taking it from TIME TO RIDE Will Clark diagnosed the problem with my ATV in the parking lot and had it fixed and loaded back onto the trailer to go home within three hours tops. No electrical problems were found at all like I was told from ED the owner at TIME TO RIDE. My gut instincts told me to quickly remove my bike from ED's shop. Bad experience!!! Will's secretary, his shop and his equipment are all top notch. quality and professionalism like Will's is hard to find these days. He is a humble one man mechanic that owns a bike shop and very knowledgable. Will doesn't mind teaching or informing his clients about the progress of their bikes. He calls you with up to date findings or progressions made on his diagnosis's. Thanks Will Clark for your services. It was a pleasure meeting you. I hope that this post brings your business in Fredericksburg VA more bikes than you can fill your parking lot and garage with. My hat goes off to you sir. I'll definitely spread the love..

I will never have anyone in my family come back to this shop to have work done on our bikes. We…read moretook our bike to this shop to have a new part installed, to have to take it back once more because he didn't do the work correctly. Then after getting it back a second time, more issues persistent. We took it home to fix the issues ourselves, only to find that there were now lore issues after he worked on it. All bolts that this guy touched were not tightened correctly, and we were missing parts that we know were on the bike before we took it in for the service. This is the worst work I have ever seen on a vehicle, and I recommend you never bring your vehicles here for service.

It's been a few years since I had my own bike, but when I heard about the new Honda Rebel 1100, I…read moredecided it was time to get back on two wheels. I contacted a couple local dealerships to ask about the availability in mid-February, since I knew the supply would be limited once the bike was released. John emailed me right away when one hit the showroom floor, so I traveled down to check it out. I immediately turned around as soon as I stepped foot in the building, as so many of the staff members and customers were not wearing any masks or had them tucked under their chins. (Again, this was in mid-February 2021, before the majority of people had access to a vaccine.) However, we had our N95s, so we decided to try to keep away from other customers and ask any employees who would be working with us to mask up. Thankfully, John put on his mask when we reentered, so we met with him. Originally, I thought I wanted the black Rebel, but the one they had in their showroom was already sold, so I took a look at the available red one. The deep merlot color really started to grow on me the longer I looked at it, so I checked out all the aspects of the bike. Since it was such a new model, everyone was learning about its features together, including the phone charging port under the seat. As I had not planned to buy the bike that day, I had to go home to get my checkbook after putting down a deposit. (They don't have options for credit or digital transactions if you aren't financing your purchase. It's cash or check.) However, they did a great job of getting the bike prepped in the meantime so we could take it home. I was also able to pre-order accessories, like heated grips and a front fairing. (The fairing is still on back order, but I know there are supply issues throughout the country right now.) I'm really thankful to John for letting me know about the bike as soon as it was available and being respectful about wearing his mask around us. It would be great if additional payment forms were available when paying outright, but I know many people typically finance. It's a nice showroom floor and they seemed to be very knowledgeable about all the items they sell.

Came by to check out an MT-09 SP. I was not aware this dealership existed but it is nice to know…read morethey also carry popular brands such as Honda and Yamaha. Definitely will keep an eye on their inventory to see what else they can procure.
