From the moment I walked him, I was treated by staff as if I had purchased a new motorcycle every year - stellar and impeccable customer service and attentiveness. The guy who owns the dealer is one of the nicest people you'll meet and he just wants you to do what you love, go ride a sweet bike and get that grin ear to ear. Call sales, ask for Will - will is ultimately the reason I purchased my z900. Extremely knowledgeable and all around gem of a human being - he wants to make your dream a reality and he'll go to the end of the earth to make it happen. Everyone here is amazing - apparel, techs, service and sales - gem after gem of humans here who actually care about you. I will 1000% without a doubt bring all of my bikes here for service (yes they service Harley's too!!) and I'll be buying all my future rides from them too. MOD - y'all are amazing because you care. With gratitude, Kevin And ask for Will - stellar salesman and stand up guy

I was looking for a 2018 Indian Scout 60 and when I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by one of their topnotch salesman Quincy who was both chill and mellow and was focused on what he could do for me. I met the owner Frank who was mad cool and a fellow vet such as myself. I told Quincy that I was interested in a Indian Scout 60 and wanted to ride one so they pulled one out for me to test ride but they also had a 2017 Scout sitting outside waiting for a new owner to buy. Brandon and David were two of the guys from the service dept. who were part of the process and were very professional (like Frank and Quincy) and they brought out the 60 for me to take on a test ride. However, the 2017 was the same color (Black) which I was looking for and it had that throaty sound I was looking for based on the upgrade from the previous owner. I decided to go with the 2017 Scout versus the 2018 Scout 60 because of the increase in power and that's what I needed. Brandon took me on a 2-4 mile test ride and it ROCKED! The bike is boss and the test track will allow you to stretch the bikes out. They have curves, straight ways, hills....you name it and you will be able to fully feel these great AWESOME Indian bikes. Once we got back to the dealership there was no doubt that I was riding on my bike. The OTD price was already great but Frank sweetened the deal by lowering the price a little more for me and I couldn't have been more happier.....this is a GREAT guy who has a passion for bikes and bikers and IMO he wants to put everyone on an Indian and I'm proud to be part of the Indian family. Both Wendy and Jelly took care of me at the customer service center and after making my down payment, I will be taking receipt of my Scout within the week once they are done prepping the bike and adding my upgrades. I'm not a Harley "hater" but save yourselves a few thousand (which can be used for upgrades) and go buy yourselves an Indian or at least go to Indian of Fredericksburg and look at some of these great bikes.....THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL and kick massive butt! I look forward to upgrading next year to one of the bigger cruisers and was tempted to do so today but I have some more financial obligations at the moment. Go down to Indian of Fredericksburg NOW and get one or maybe two of these beautiful bikes.....you will not regret it and you will be happy that you did.....the Indian brand is just as good if not better than Harley and just because the price range is lower does NOT mean you are getting a substandard bike, it means that Indian wants to make and sell an affordable bike that the EVERYDAY hard working man/woman can afford....Indian is all about sharing the love and expanding the biking community to everyone......ride on and ride safe........Brooklyn Jay!

Quality Staff, Quality Service!…read more We moved to the Sterling, VA area this past June and since the move, my daughter Celeste has been aching to get another motorcycle. She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Mike, his wife and the entire team at MGMotorsports are fantastic!…read more I purchased a 2023KLR650S in July and the price was the best I could find anywhere in the country. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! The original service work was good in that all the issues were addressed, though it was in the shop for 3 weeks for it. Decided to go back for my first service (600 mile) and have a new aftermarket part installed (required removing the gas tank) and removing dust filters installed by original selling dealer. Ask that the computer be upgraded to KTM latest firmware for on screen navigation while in the shop. It was there for 2 weeks for this work to be done. Had already performed an oil change ($126 in parts and oil) so I told them not to change the oil given I had already performed it. When I picked up the bike I was charged for oil change even though I told them not to do it. The new bike had a scratch down to the metal on one of the protection bars, mark on the front fender, and scratch on the color instrument screen. They would only acknowledge the scratch on the bars and said they didn't do the other damage. On top, my bike had 50 more miles on the odometer when I picked it up. Bad overall experience and advise others to look elsewhere for KTM service.
