It was a great place! I wish it was open. Customer service was great. Ice cream is delicious. Very clean

Came in on Halloween night with a decent sized group, we were all promptly served even though they had a good bit of customers in there. They decorated the building for the occasion including a "Lights are out" to create a trick-or-treat inspired time, they even dressed up which everyone in there enjoyed. When someone in our group accidentally dropped the bottom part of their cone and ended up on the ground cleaning up the spilled ice cream. The owner, Austin, came to our group to make sure everyone was okay. He helped us clean up and when he overheard the person in our group say she was upset because that was her favorite part of the cone, he pulled out a container of their broken cones. He just so happened to have the exact piece of a cone that she wanted and made her the "end of the cone" again for her to enjoy! We have been here many times and have always had a pleasant experience. The owner, and the staff, are incredibly kind and caring to their customers and I highly recommend this establishment. read more

Love that Milton has its own ice cream shop now and love that it's on Willing St., which suddenly gives the place a "downtown" vibe along with the nearby pizza parlor. It's only a matter of time before other businesses fill in and spruce up the rest of the street. With that said, the prices are exorbitantly high for what's premade store bought (Hershey) ice cream; you'll roughly pay for one person what you could have paid for an entire carton. However, what will bring me back are the games that keep my kid entertained and make it feel more like a family outing than just ice cream. I'll also be back because the flavor selection is large and includes many that either aren't or are hard to find in stores. The interior is well appointed and the service is friendly too. read more

Wonderful little ice cream shop. Each flavor we tried was amazing! Quaint decor. Jelly Belly beans for sale there as well as an assortment of hard candies. Only one person working at 330 today and that meant we had to wait but it wasnt an issue to me, I feel like we as a whole have gotten used to instant service and have lost the enjoyment and courtesy of individualized service, but thats a different post.
