On our most recent experience on July 17, 2023, my one year old grabbed a cup down that already had a broken emblem sitting on top of it. The cashier attempted to hold my husband and child in the store while reviewing the footage and calling her boss to see if he would have to pay for it only to be told the item was already damaged- not to mention there is no legal you break it, you buy it policy anyway.
