I got the Argentine shrimp, about a pound and a half, and had them use half the butter. No one in my group expected it to be as good as it was. I set the plate down and it was gone in less than five minutes. I was lucky to even get three pieces for myself. We also purchased a whole grouper and had them fillet it for us. We seasoned it with their Everglades rub, and I have to admit it was probably the best grouper I've ever had in my life. The freshness makes all the difference. We grill often and have made grouper before, but it's usually been frozen, and it never comes out anywhere near this good.

This past weekend we purchased 35 lbs of live crawfish and the seasoning packets for the crawfish boil we had for a special family get together and they were so tasty.... there wasn't even one crawfish left. In our opinion, the prices are very fair and comparable to other seafood markets around town. We choose L & T Seafood Market because the Owner (Tommy) is a good family man that is also dedicated to supplying our community with the best products available. He goes out of his way to take care of his customer's requests. We have always received great service, excellent quality seafood and supplies for a good price, plus, we don't have to drive all the way downtown and bother with the crowds that tend to frequent other seafood vendors. I was not a fan of the alligator sausage. Now hear me out, I understand alligator is an acquired taste, but in my case, I ate the boudin sausage first, and the texture was somewhat similar.
