Communication with this company left me beyond frustrated and incredibly disappointed. I don't know about other people but I keep my backyard gate locked with a padlock so people can't just open my gate and waltz right in. To that end, I needed to have a heads up on when people would stop by to service my yard so I could have the gate unlocked. I had my lawn serviced 3 times and NOT ONCE despite *multiple* emails and requests to receive notice at least a day in advance did I ever get notified. Instead I would get a text message that said "hi I'm from scoop soldiers I'm 15 minutes away". There was no consideration as to whether we were home or not or anything. On the fourth time, I told the person not to come and I've emailed the account manager and told her to cancel my account effective immediately. It was a hassle even getting the service initiated as well because we were told service would begin on one day and then we were no showed twice until someone came later that week. We were initially excited and grateful to begin our service with Scoop Soldiers because we are currently going through some things that make home and yard maintenance a real hassle right now, but trying to communicate with Scoop Soldiers has been like pulling teeth and it's absolutely not worth the stress when we have things going on in our lives. read more

I have been using this service to help me manage the yard behind my 3 dogs for quite a long while. I am extremely grateful for such a service. My service has been under the management of Brandon for the whole duration, and he never lets me down. He assigns the service people for my appointments and I can't say enough good about him. My current service person is Ashley. I'm am so appreciative of her care. Ashley always calls before she arrives. She's friendly and thorough. If she misses something the first time around, she will work with Brandon to circle back and try again. Also, it helps a lot that she likes dogs. I recommend them. read more

Anyone who scoops the poop, willingly, gets 5 stars automatically! They make sure the gate is closed everytime and send a pic to prove it! Service is consistent. I have 3 large dogs and it was getting a bit out of control in the yard. Scoop Soldiers fixed that. I have weekly service and they are very careful making sure the gate is closed after (sending pictures after each visit to confirm). If they are unable to make the scheduled date for any reason they are great at letting me know they won't make it, and when they will be there (usually just the next day). read more

Brandon does an awesome job at our house. We have a Dane and a Bassett, neither of which leave ...small presents per say, and Brandon dies an absolutely thorough job every time. He is quick, efficient, super friendly to us and always has a treat for the pups. I was getting tired of cleaning up the yard and a friend told me about this service.. very well priced with options for add ons, or just the basic scoop. Like the option also to have it removed or have it bagged and put in the garbage ( hot summer months the flies are nuts, so we opt to bag and go) also sprays a freshener on the spots the landmines were at , to help freshen the area :-) quality customer service and a great local company. Signed up for weekly service back in March. First, they auto assign you a day of the week, so I contacted to change to a day that best fits my schedule. I then got a service delay email the second week I was signed up (subscribed to weekly service). The next weekly service was also delayed, but did not bother to email me (actually happened twice). The icing on the cake is the past 16 days. I should have been serviced April 29th and was not, and again did not receive an email. Every time they miss you, they then send you an email to see if you still want to be serviced (instead of simply auto rescheduling you for the next day. I mean do they think people just want to leave piles of poop in their yards for another whole week??? Well, they said they would finally get to service my yard 14 days after it had last been serviced (yet again a day late from what was scheduled/promised), but had the nerve to send me an email that they attempted to service by BACK YARD (which is not even on the service directions I provided and has never been serviced, it is only my front and small side yard which is easily accessible) and lied saying they tried to knock on the door when I had been home all morning. Check my doorbell cam as well, and the tech never even came into the front yard or onto the porch. So, now I am sitting at 16 days without any service and have sent them yet another email. read more

I have only just signed up with this provider after more then five years with my prior pet waste disposal company. My prior provider, after all of that time, had gotten lax about coming to our property on schedule or frankly at a all. They only admitted it when we "caught" them several times not showing up on our outdoor cameras. Well, from the moment I reached out to Poop Troops, they were extremely responsive, which provided a great deal of confidence in them. The first service was on schedule, and they even provide a photo of the backyard when they are done to prove they were there. I was very impressed and pleased. They are more expensive, but if they actually do their work, and do it well - who cares about that! read more

A truly wonderful company to work with. They cone out every 2 weeks and scoop the yard thoroughly. I am moving and I reached out to forward service but wanted them to come out to the old house one more time. They confirmed the dates for last and first service. They respond quickly and are great at communicating any scheduling changes. I receive an email with a picture of the closed gate once they are done scooping. Im giveing them 1 stars im sure they are a great company buy Trying to get employment through them is almost like pulling you're own teeth I waited a week almost for a job offer and still waiting for the paperwork so I can fill it out and start working im not going to bad mouth a company I know nothing of im just trying to start work I just a little disappointed I put a week of my life on hold time with my family wasn't family time I was to worried sick about missing an email I put my daughter on the back burnner and neglected my family as a bread winner when i turned down employment for this employment I was trying to establish employment but now I'm told I'm not getting the employment due to an email I didn't receive this is crap so they wait til I turn down employment elsewhere to tell me sorry your not getting the job due to processing error seems they need to get their stuff together funny I can email the office and get a response but them sending me something from a different email never arrived why couldn't they just attach it to the office email why couldn't I meet up and sign the documents something seems real odd read more
