    EVERY staff member is so kind and always willing to help. The owner is super knowledgeable about all of the store products and always kind enough to do the heavy lifting and bring the 30lb dog food to my car! Love the dog wash station! 5 washes for $25 and the station is always so well kept. Definitely my pup and I's favorite place!

    I placed an online order for $135 the morning of 3/29/25. When I went to pick up my order I was…read moretold they had no record of the order. I show them my order confirmation which includes the store location #411 Towne Lake Parkway. Despite that, the employees try and tell me I must have ordered from a a different store. They then proceed to call other stores who tell them no, they do not have my order. They then call "Rick" who I can only assume is some kind of manager. . He says sorry nothing he can do and tells them to call customer service. However its after hours for customer service so they call Rick again and he says they will just have to leave a message for customer services and that there is nothing they can do. They never took my name or number. They never offered to help me duplicate my order or offer the 10% off for online purchases which is what drove me to place the order in the first place. Essentially they did nothing. I wasted 20 minutes of my time, never received the order I paid for ( charge shows on my credit card) and had to go to another pet store that was out of my way. Now I realize why I stopped shopping at Pet Supermarket. I knew items were regularly out of stock but the customer service is horrible. And now I will also have to dispute the charge with my credit card.

First, private messaging me last year, insulting me after I block him a year later responds to the review directly. Either that or he's just bored. So I'll just respond the way I did to the message last year before I blocked him. (Though it is funny the person that message me has the same name as the owner here but the message claimed they were a friend, not the owner... hmmm) Thank you for showing you don't care for the animals since ferrets, chinchillas and rats, ECT shouldn't be in temperatures that high. Maybe you could learn something. Still doesn't explain all the other horrible conditions, from the poop caked cages to the dust everywhere. Having prey and predators next to each other. My baby ferrets wouldn't have stood a chance against your macaws that can just pop heads of rats. This message, after 7 years, only proves how trashy that establishment is and how uncaring they truly are. Another time I was in your store, you had a hamster that had just given birth, eating her babies. Yet the employees claimed all the hamsters in that cage were female, they weren't there was a clear male in there. The male also went over and started eating the babies. If you were truly doing things the right way, you wouldn't have so many animal rescues, including reptile and ferret ones, even vets trying to buy you out. Telling you how to improve your establishment. You wouldn't make all your wrongdoings disappear when you're inspected. "Best in the business" my ass. That's why everyone I know in the area hates your establishment and wishes you would go under. You're doing no better than petsmart and petco! Actually worse! If you want to actually engage in a conversation and teach people things maybe don't insult people also if you want people to flop to your side you lose credibility. So, go properly educate yourself before you go around trying to act big. Just because you have been in the business for as long as you have doesn't mean you're doing it correct. Actually reach out to experts. I've lived in Woodstock for years and always saw this place and finally decided to check it out. I wish I hadn't... First off the store is so blazing hot it's amazing that any of the animals are even comfortable, I was sweating just being in there. I had my ferrets with me hiding in my messenger bag where they would normally stay but was greeted with "your ferrets will kill my birds." I really wasn't allowed to counter because she kept saying they would kill them. My ferrets have never hunted a day in their lives and most of those birds were twice their size. I wished I had left at that point, but decided to keep going. Dust was every where. Finally make it to the small animals and it seems the rats and hamsters have lost their minds wanting out and pawing and their containers. Bunnies and chinchillas kept in cages far too small. Then I saw it... a small little travel bunny cage with a hammock in it. I began to panic "please don't tell me that's what they keep the ferrets in..." I kept telling myself. My guess it was but they had just sold the last ferret. If I had seen any I probably would have adopted them right away. All of those animals deserve much larger proper housing not just the ferrets. Them having the animals on display like this just makes people think it's okay for their animal that needs room to play and run around can live in a cage like that. They can't and it breaks my heart! More so they have an employee that owns 4 ferrets I truly hope she is teaching a raw diet and a much large cage. I won't assume if she is or isn't but she was super nice. The lady behind the counter was nicer with the second interaction also when I could talk about my fuzzies. Just because of the conditions the small animals were in I can't give this place any higher it breaks my heart to see them like this. Petco and Petland have larger enclosures and that says something even if those aren't big enough.

    I wish there were an option to give less than one star…read more I left this establishment disgusted and deeply disappointed. It was immediately apparent that the staff at this location seemed far more concerned with making money than with the well-being of the animals or the families who come in looking for a pet. From what I was told by this attitude appears to start with the owner, Steve Gregory. I was shocked to learn that a deceased animal had allegedly been placed in an employee food refrigerator in what employees described as an attempt to conceal issues within the store. If true, that alone should alarm anyone considering doing business here. The employee turnover rate appears extremely high, and several people indicated it was due to concerns about an unsafe and unhealthy work environment. What concerned my family most, however, was what we discovered while considering purchasing a dog. After researching the dog's pedigree, we found evidence suggesting the dog was inbred. Further investigation led us to discover several other dogs with similar issues, as well as concerns about animals allegedly originating from puppy mill operations. The conditions of some of the animals in the back area were heartbreaking. Several dogs appeared to be sitting in their own waste, with feces visibly caked on them. It was incredibly upsetting to witness. We wanted to believe the negative stories we had heard about Petland were exaggerated, but what we saw firsthand only reinforced those concerns. Even the employee assisting us--Jenna, if I remember correctly--indicated that many of the concerns we had heard about the store and its management were accurate. My family ultimately walked away saddened for the animals and disappointed by the overall experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a pet here to do extensive research beforehand. In my opinion, this is not a business that deserves your time, trust, or money.

    I've taken my dog here Lily for the last nine years. This is the second time I've had an issue at…read morethe Kennesaw location 282. That's the store of Cobb Place. I wish there was a way to leave a zero, a German Shepherd four months ago was brought to you guys. I was called about an hour later to come get her because you didn't have anybody to bathe her. That's the first issue that I have it was extremely inconvenient. Let's talk about December 21, 2025 I have an appointment at 12:30 PM. Will you bring her in about 12:15 PM and we get a call at 3:30 PM that Lily is having a bunch of issues and barking through the cage they put her in she had an appointment I'll say that again at 12:30 PM. I was told by the bather that because of so many Walkins and so many dogs there I guess it was a complete circus that Lily was starting to get antsy and I said well we had an appointment. They instructed me to come pick her up. She was soaking wet with cold water and she smell horrible. She sat wet for close to three hours. I was told because she was barking that they would not do any more services with her. I then spoke to the bather she said that she was being antsy and barking, and that she didn't feel comfortable proceeding, this isn't a groomer by the way. Then I speak to a groomer. I guess the groomer that's over the grooming department she said I need to come pick up my dog. I asked to speak to a manager. When I was talking to the manager, I said you know this is the second time that this has happened the first time you guys said that you were gonna give me like a 30% discount for the inconvenience of having to come get her and nothing was done she then proceeded to say that don't worry this one is on us. They didn't even wash my dog. They put her in the tub and pour a cold water on her. She smells like that expression, wet dog. I had to hand dry her and blow dry her for about an hour, she wanted her cage and peed in her cage. She was so stressed out. I don't appreciate talking to the manager because I said I think this is a bunch of BS. Then she's gonna start telling me how I'm being disrespectful and using the whole self entitlement thing against me I never cursed directly at her. I did say it was BS and I did say that it wasn't fair to my dog. That's like my child. She's doing better now so it's 11 PM. She just ate her food. I would not take any dog to this grooming facility. This is like one of my children I've had for the last nine years and when I asked the manager what they could do to make it right she said she wasn't gonna do anything. That's when I told her it was BS and they have absolutely no customer service. I would not take your dog up to this Petsmart. They left her in a cold water. She was cold when I got her shaking they were argumentative. They didn't even try to calm me down when I was upset, and then they said that I will not be talking to them a certain way the whole entitlement factor came right out of that manager. You know, we treat our dogs like our children. This is not only unfair to my dog, but this is the second time that she's been brought up there to be stressed out and now she's had to be cold and the younger girl that was bathing them. I don't think had that much experience. I guess they get younger people to bathe German shepherds may seem intimidating, but mine is a love bug. She is extremely loving and sweet. I have four kids. She's never been aggressive. I've never had no issues at PetSmart but I would not see the Kennesaw location store 282. I will never go back and I will never buy anything from them again. I get things happen but the way that they were talking about walk-ins and all the dogs they had maybe it upset her. My dog had an appointment she should've been first. And with an experienced groomer, they know how to deal with dogs that get excited because their animals, but telling me there's absolutely nothing you're going to do and the fact that you just came to that store and you don't know about the past experiences with them sending my dog home that had nothing to do with her being aggressive over getting excited that was they didn't have a bather that day now they're going into a totally different stance of now she's getting too excited. I have nothing else to say I will never be back. This is the longest review I've ever written in a second me it makes me sick to my stomach. If you value your little children, your little animal, I would not take it to PetSmart and I see some of these reviews that are you know five stars I wouldn't be surprised if these people didn't work for PetSmart the way they treated my dog was just it was very not acceptable. Customer service was horrible and Tamika or Annalise or whatever her name was was extremely unprofessional.

    This is my go to Petco for my cat's food. If you have ever owned a cat then you will know that cats…read morenot only are notoriously picky eaters but they will suddenly stop eating a particular food that they have been eating for years. Just so they can irritate the heck out of you. This is one of the reasons I shop at Petco. (To be fair Petsmart has the same policy as well) But what sets Petco apart from Petsmart is they carry more higher quality brands than Petsmart. Brands such as Canidae, Solid Gold and Whole Earth Farms. I think Petsmart for the most part has good customer service. (Although as I have mentioned in one of my Petsmart yelp review I did receive terrible customer service at one location. I found what the sales associate did so offensive that I wrote corporate office and reported it to the store manager.) I've been to 3 Petco locations so far in the metro area and at all 3 locations I received consistently great customer service and met some very knowledgeable staff. So I think it's safe to say Petco may be doing better than Petsmart when it comes to customer service. There is another Petco but that's on the other side of East Piedmont (which later changes names and becomes Barrett Parkway) That location is a new Petco and is located near where the new Whole Foods location is currently. This Petco has been here for many years and is located in the corner of Bells Ferry and East Piedmont Road. There is a Publix, Barnes and Noble in the same shopping strip.... 904th review 12/9/2017

As customers are expected to pay dollar for dollar for the container with x amount that is supposed to be in the containers. ...
