They then proceed to call other stores who tell them no, they do not have my order. They then call "Rick" who I can only assume is some kind of manager. . He says sorry nothing he can do and tells them to call customer service. However its after hours for customer service so they call Rick again and he says they will just have to leave a message for customer services and that there is nothing they can do. They never took my name or number. They never offered to help me duplicate my order or offer the 10% off for online purchases which is what drove me to place the order in the first place. Essentially they did nothing. I wasted 20 minutes of my time, never received the order I paid for ( charge shows on my credit card) and had to go to another pet store that was out of my way. Now I realize why I stopped shopping at Pet Supermarket. I knew items were regularly out of stock but the customer service is horrible. And now I will also have to dispute the charge with my credit card.
