The dogs DO NOT GO OUTSIDE. They play and POTTY inside all day. We were concerned, but were reassured they pick up immediately and are always cleaning. We should have listen to our guts. We boarded our dogs for 1 week while away. They were both healthy. When we picked them up, one dog's eyes were runny. By that evening, they were so puffy he could barely see. Took him to the vet and got some eye cream for an infection, as well as irritated skin around his paws. After a couple of days, he began to have this deep hacking cough. Back to the vet! As it turns out he also caught a respiratory infection while there. And yes, the other dog began to show symptoms not too long after for the eye infection and the respiratory infection. Luckily we caught his quickly and he is not suffering as much as the other dog. It's been over a month (and approx. $2000 in vet bills) and we are still dealing with it. Another thing that has happened is the pooping inside did not immediately go away and we had issues with that as well as poop eating (coprophagia), something they have NEVER EVER done. That has been extremely hard to break. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST sending your pet to this facility. UPDATE: the owner is not telling the truth. Our puppies were there the week of March 7 through the 14th. How dare you come on here and try to say that we were never there. Shame on you! He's in the video you posted while he was there! The reservation specialist was very condescending and dismissive. It felt as if I'd offended her by asking for information. I have a new puppy so I'm generally new to boarding, training, grooming, etc. Which is why I would have preferred a more clear and consistent communication of what you offer and how that could be customized to support the individual needs and preferences of each dog and their owners. I'm sure I'm not the only customer feeling this way, and the lack of transparency in pricing and what's included in the services is off putting.

Pawsitive is always sharing helpful feedback which has been so important as we worked through potty training and socialization. Viktor stays a few days every week and is always happy and sleepy when I pick him up from daycare and there is no other place that I would trust letting him spend the night. He perks up as soon as we turn down the street and wiggles non-stop with excitement to see all of his fur-friends. We can now take Moose off leash comfortably knowing she will come when called, sit and stay even in busy environments. I feel like we are happier humans and she is a happier dog thanks to Sam's help. I've parented/known many rescues in the past and never seen anything like the fear she exhibited. fully freaked out, I shot a message to Atlanta Dog Wizard with an SOS to help. Kat quickly got in touch and we had about a 30-min call, which provided me with INVALUABLE insight into my urgent situation. That information she gave me--keep in mind, I had paid no money for her advice or training to this point--gave me some practices I could use, right away, to make Raffi feel more comfortable. I still might officially use Atlanta Dog Wizard in the future, if Kat is any indication how the company does things. She has a passion for rescues and turning around challenging situations and making dogs (and humans) shine. Cannot recommend highly enough.
