Fun staff - we came in with 15 mins to close and they were great sports but we knew what we wanted and were in and out in 5 minutes. They have a ton of classic flavors as well as funky ones! I wanted to like my experience more than I did, but the options just aren't my taste. I wasn't a fan of the ice cream brand, nor the toppings used in the brownie Sunday (including brownies). I then had a cinnamon roll, which was too gooey for my tastes. The customer service, however, was great, and the atmosphere of the space was nice. I can see how it's a great place to hang out. I'm sure if I just got an ocean cream cone I would have felt more satisfied. read more

Such an awesome place with friendly people! I was in town with colleagues for a work function and one of our local colleagues suggested this wonderful place to us. While we were all stuffed from dinner before coming here, who could say no to ice cream?! I would have really liked to try to ice cream horse (or pony) shoe, but I really could not find any more room in my belly. I did get a scoop of my standard cookies-n-cream ice cream and it really hit the spot! My colleagues who did end up attempting the pony shoe really enjoyed it. Just imagine this with me - glazed donut, ice cream, crinkle-cut pound cake, topped with whipped cream. 'Nuff said. Decor and such: I've gotta be honest, kinda tacky for me and if I was rating a place in saint Louis (my other home) I would probably mark them for that. Cute little intimate ice cream shop. It used to have board games for the family to play before the pandemic, we would go play games and eat tons of ice cream. It's pretty much run by high schoolers so occasionally they make your brownie Sunday in too small of a container and still charge you the $6 you just get ripped off, bc they don't care about consistency or customer approval, but for the most part the kids working in there are good kids and follow the rules and size guides. read more

YUMMY! Visiting family in Springfield. Had lunch in Catham at Fat Willy's. Then my mother in law thought that they now had an ice cream store. Checked in Yelp and ended up here. GREAT CHOICE! My father in law had the Shipwreck, my mother in law had the black walnut and my husband and I shared their newest dessert - rustic pumpkin sweet potato tart with cinnamon and brown sugar ice cream. THEY ARE ALL FABULOUS! Plus $1 from our dessert goes to feeding America. She also told us they are currently working on an ice cream horseshoe. Always a good visit! Lot of variety for ice cream, cones and ice cream dishes. If you're looking for sugar free, I found that they have that available also...just ask. Today, me and my granddaughter both got the child scoop and enjoyed every bite. It was so good, she drank the remainder of her chocolate ice cream...she is 3 years old.
