The staff provides exceptional service, the cuisine is consistently outstanding, and the facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The establishment features multiple rooms, offering both a family-friendly environment and a dedicated space for adult trivia nights. I am particularly impressed by the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes. While I am aware of these specific offerings, I anticipate there may be additional events hosted on-site. I highly recommend this establishment. read more

Love ice cream, love donuts coffee service is amazing. Ambiance is amazing. I love socializing love getting to know people

Donuts and coffee were good but the ice cream is terrific. It's creamy and dense, and the portions are generous. The shop was crowded but they had plenty of servers and the line moved quickly. read more

Best ice cream in Springfield and Chatham. Glad we stumbled onto this place! Great prices and friendly fast service.

Scoop has great donuts and good coffee. However, the restrooms are shabby and not particularly clean. It would take only a modest effort to address this shortcoming. read more

Nice little spot in Chatham with coffee and good treats. Also a good establishment that gives back to the community.

Sung to the tune of "Les Poissons" from the Little Mermaid: Scoop Du Jour, Scoop Du Jour How I love Scoop Du Jour! Love to scoop and serve myself many scoops, First I walk in the shop Zen I stare at all the flavors Ah mais oui, ça see'est toujours delish! Scoop Du Jour, Scoop Du Jour Hee hee hee, haw haw haw! With this spoon I shovel ice cream in ma bouche. I dream about what else is inside Donuts, Coffee, Tshirt... Gosh, I love Scoop Du Jour, don't you? Okay, enough of the tribute to some of my childhood movies. Hee hee hee, haw haw haw!! Okay, now it's enough. This place has a drive thru, seating inside, and seating outside. They change up their flavors, hence scoop of the day, and they have a regular line up of favorites available. Currently, they have an ice cream that is called, Black Cow and tastes like a dreamy root bear float! Some places should just be patronized because this is a local, delightful gem! read more

Fun staff - we came in with 15 mins to close and they were great sports but we knew what we wanted and were in and out in 5 minutes. They have a ton of classic flavors as well as funky ones! I got the Superman ice cream (I'm a child!) and asked if I could add gummy bears and he ended up giving me a giant cup of them. Loved that I was able to share with my friends! read more

Everything about this place is great. Their doughnuts are top notch, their frozen coffees are amazing, and their chocolate milkshakes are always on-point. It's nice to have this place in town. read more

Love the donuts. Great friendly service. Always a smile and plenty of room to sit and enjoy your food.

Helped me create the drink I was craving. and it was so good!! Great little study space too.

Fantastic little hometown ice cream shop. The owners, Shannon and Fran are absolutely wonderful people that do a great service by employing so many of the young people of Chatham. I hope this place can stand the tests of time. read more

I wanted to like my experience more than I did, but the options just aren't my taste. I wasn't a fan of the ice cream brand, nor the toppings used in the brownie Sunday (including brownies). I then had a cinnamon roll, which was too gooey for my tastes. The customer service, however, was great, and the atmosphere of the space was nice. I can see how it's a great place to hang out. I'm sure if I just got an ocean cream cone I would have felt more satisfied. read more

Best donuts & ice cream around! So glad Fran & Shannon brought this business to Chatham!

I just moved to the area and absolutely love the quality of there treats and the friendly customer service! It is also very nice they give a discount for Titan staff! read more

This is what Chatham needed! I was just telling friends how we needed an ice cream shop and this place appeared! Location: perfect. Decor and such: I've gotta be honest, kinda tacky for me and if I was rating a place in saint Louis (my other home) I would probably mark them for that. However, Chatham needed a place like this badly! I got the blueberry waffle cone and enjoyed it. It was unique and priced well. If I'm in town again, I'll return! read more

What is not to like here? Donuts, coffee, and ice cream! Not to mention the staff is super friendly. The only negative is that they don't open until 12 on sundays so you can't get Sunday morning donuts. read more

Such an awesome place with friendly people! I was in town with colleagues for a work function and one of our local colleagues suggested this wonderful place to us. While we were all stuffed from dinner before coming here, who could say no to ice cream?! I would have really liked to try to ice cream horse (or pony) shoe, but I really could not find any more room in my belly. I did get a scoop of my standard cookies-n-cream ice cream and it really hit the spot! My colleagues who did end up attempting the pony shoe really enjoyed it. Just imagine this with me - glazed donut, ice cream, crinkle-cut pound cake, topped with whipped cream. 'Nuff said. When I am in the area again, I will definitely leave some room to have the pony shoe. read more

Omg. Huge ice cream dishes. Be careful when wanting extra scoops. They are huge scoops. My nom had black walnut ice cream. Very hard to find this anywhere. Sundaes served with whipped cream, cherries, and specialty syrup on demand. A great choice for ice cream. read more

Yummmm.. great ice cream. Wish their lactose free selections could be expanded, since that's what I'm limited to.

Price is great! The kids love it. I'm not a huge ice cream person and didn't love their ice cream. I'll be trying coffee soon! The pup loves the pup cups. read more

Cute little intimate ice cream shop. It used to have board games for the family to play before the pandemic, we would go play games and eat tons of ice cream. It's pretty much run by high schoolers so occasionally they make your brownie Sunday in too small of a container and still charge you the $6 you just get ripped off, bc they don't care about consistency or customer approval, but for the most part the kids working in there are good kids and follow the rules and size guides. read more

AWESOME! Very nice people, close to Chatham and they have a great Jamoca and a blueberry waffle cone ice cream. PLEASE support this place! They're now serving food too. Such a great addition to Chatham! read more

YUMMY! Visiting family in Springfield. Had lunch in Catham at Fat Willy's. Then my mother in law thought that they now had an ice cream store. Checked in Yelp and ended up here. GREAT CHOICE! My father in law had the Shipwreck, my mother in law had the black walnut and my husband and I shared their newest dessert - rustic pumpkin sweet potato tart with cinnamon and brown sugar ice cream. THEY ARE ALL FABULOUS! Plus $1 from our dessert goes to feeding America. She also told us they are currently working on an ice cream horseshoe. Will definitely be back when we are in town again. read more

Always a good visit! Lot of variety for ice cream, cones and ice cream dishes. If you're looking for sugar free, I found that they have that available also...just ask. Today, me and my granddaughter both got the child scoop and enjoyed every bite. It was so good, she drank the remainder of her chocolate ice cream...she is 3 years old. Also have soda available, or if you want a float. read more

This place has to be the best ice cream shop in Chatham! They have many varieties of ice cream and the are very good with their portions.
