She could not have been nicer, bagging up my loaves of bread, telling us to double bag any of the loaves we plan to freeze. It is disappointing that the company has raised the loyalty point level as I anticipated getting another loaf at 100 loyalty points. No one seemed to know the new level needed. I bought challah, cinnamon crunch and cheddar garlic loaves. I used to buy the challahs when the stores were in Buffalo, so know how wonderful it is. We tasted the cheddar garlic and were seduced by it. The cinnamon crunch just looks wonderful, with a nice crunchy outside. This stop in Mentor was well worth the short detour.
