This was my first time trying Crumbl Cookie and coincidentally, this was the first day that they rolled out their minis. A normal cookie is almost $6 and even though they are pretty big, that feels like a steep price for a cookie. However, I was able to get three minis for about $9 dollars, which felt like a good value. The interior of the place was bright and clean. The attendant working was super nice and friendly. I got the nutella cheesecake, strawberry cake cookie, and the skillet cookie. I love that they add fresh cream to the strawberry cake and skillet cookie. It was soft and fresh and definitely added to the flavor of the cookie. My favorite was definitely the Nutella cheesecake. It was creamy and chocolatey without being too sweet. The chocolate chip skillet cookie was a little hard for my liking. I should have gotten the regular chocolate chip. Now that I've had it, I'll definitely be back, although that does feel dangerous. It's fun that they swap out the menu every week or so. Always something new to try. read more

I had to try this cute little cookie shop as I have heard the hype is real! I got a box of 6 variety cookies. I would get the Chocolate Chip one again and the Mango Yogurt one. There was a line outside as it just opened a few days ago and they are taking covid protocols. They allow about 4 groups in at a time. Line goes quick. They also offer curbside pickup. I thought there was going to be a few more options available but I guess they switch them out every week. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will say the cookies are very rich and big in size. I was only able to eat about 1/4 of the Sugar cookie. It was a fun outing for our family of 4. UPDATE: I wanted to add that the cookies were extremely sweet to the point where I could only eat 1/4 without feeling sick. I love sweets and can eat a lot usually but these cookies are just too much for me personally. I changed it to a 4 star. I had cookies left over 3 days later and we have a family of 4. read more

When I first set foot into the door of Crumbl, I was blasted with a bright white light. Then I found myself in a very clean, factory-like environment that was a buzz of activity but it smelled good. They made cookies. Good-sized ones, fresh and warm. They were $5 each. This was reminiscent of the $5 dollar milkshake in Pulp Fiction. This cookie had better knock my socks off, dance with me and bring me back home in one piece after the sugar high. So, did it do just that? I ordered the cinnamon roll cookie thingy. There was a bit of a wait, I would recommend placing orders ahead. The cookie was literally presented to me in it's own box, fresh and warm. It was between a cookie and cake in consistency. I had seen literal LINES of people when this place opened, i waited it out and i was so excited to finally try Crumbl cookies. I had heard so many mixed reviews (mostly good) and so it was my time to swoop in. Ordering was a breeze as they have self serve kiosks or you can do a counter order if you have questions. They take cash, cards and apple pay/google pay. The inside was super clean and very comfortable ambiance. I ordered four cookies. They were all HUGE in size, fresh baked and priced perfectly. I wish that was my review but i am going to do each cookie individually. Chocolate Chip: It was full of chocolate chunks, SUPER, sweet, almost too sweet. The chunks were portioned perfectly. Overall 7/10 Lemon Crinkle: Tasted like a lemonhead. Had some weird crunch factor which was throwing off my palette, it was super moist and soft, came out warm as heck. Overall 8/10, it loses points because im not sure what the crunch was. S'Mores: OMG this was pure heaven. Like sex in my mouth (is that allowed?) but seriously this was probably one of the best cookies ive ever had. It was warm and gooey, literally like someone pulled a smore off the campfire and stuffed it inside a cookie. 10/10/10/10 Pink Donut: Tasted like a sugar cookie with too much icing, was very sweet, the icing didnt really have any flavor. 5/10 Overall their cookies were meh. The reason they get such low stars from me is because as quick and as fresh as these cookies were, UNFORTUNATELY they werent fully cooked. They tasted very cookie dough'y, were raw inside. Im not sure if thats what they were going for but im not really one to eat a half baked cookie. My first visit, and definitely not my last. The reviews were just ok, so I was a bit hesitant, to try. I was not at all disappointed! I like the kiosk ordering aspect, super easy and convenient. Not a huge selection, but nice variety. I opted for the cranberry white chip cookie. I placed my order and proceeded to wait for my name to be called. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Business was steady, but not too busy. I'm guessing it was because it was a weeknight. I love the packaging l, definitely nicer than a waxed paper bag. The cookie was huge, soft and tasty. My wife and I tried Crumbl Cookies for the first time yesterday and I must say "...not a fan...not impressed!" I got a mixed 6-pack (mind you, they only had 6 choices) to sample each. The "presentation" was nice...cookies neatly placed in a cute pink box, but that's where the positive experience ended!! NONE of them were anything to brag about. In fact, one of them was ice cold, like it had just been taken out of a freezer and not fully thawed, which was confusing since the employees were rushing around with little spatulas in their hands, grabbing "freshly baked" cookies from baking trays!! Of the 6 cookies, all of them tasted HIGHLY processed...NOT the fresh, homemade ones found at OTHER cookie joints!! My 5 stars are for this store, not the cookies. While I've never been to any other Crumbl locations, I believe this store could be considered a model Crumbl. I've been here off and on for at least a year, and the cookies and toppings have always been consistent for me, and never raw like I've seen from others on Reddit. While I do think the cookies themselves are overpriced, and after you've had one you've kind of had them all, you can find a cookie here & there that are really, really good. (However I do admit to finding recipes to make them at home myself, especially my favorites Churro & Buttermilk Pancake, google Cooking with Karli). The place inside is always clean, the employees are always friendly. The smell inside is how I'd imagine Heaven would smell. I like that you can order from the app, or the kiosks in the back, and just wait at the counter for your order. This is the ideal dessert spot if you're planning a small gathering or if the kids are having some friends over ! I feel as if the average person should be able to split one cookie up between 2-4 people. They are very decently sized and very sweet. They are mouth watering just by the sight of them. You definitely get your moneys worth. I have two teenage boys and both them and my husband devour a single cookie in one sitting. I am a huge fan of every flavor that I have seemed to try, but I have never been able to finish a single cookie let alone half of one in a sitting. These cookies are outstandingly delicious and I love the ideas that they change their flavors every week. Crumbl sells larger than average cookies (think saucer sized) in a variety of flavors that change weekly. So, on average I stop in just about every week and grab a box. Ordering experience is simple-I prefer to use the app to order and pick up curbside. They keep the standby milk chocolate chip (warm)and sugar cookies(chilled) for those who like those traditional flavors. Both are delicious. The milk chocolate cookie is perfect for dipping in a glass of milk. My first Crumbl order included Aggie Blue Mint (chilled)which was a Oreo studded cookie with a blue minty creamy icing. It's a great combination and I feel like I'm eating a sophisticated mint Oreo sandwich cookie. We've also enjoyed the Buttermilk Pancake cookie- gooey, buttery and reminiscent of a-- southern gooey butter cake! The kids and husband fought over the Red Velvet White Chocolate chip cookie. The Hot Chocolate cookie is dark chocolate, chocolate icing and studded with mini marshmallows. Another family favorite. Upon arrival the place was cute and clean. My family and I was not greeted at all or even advised how to order. They have self ordering stations at the back of the store and also a regular check out counter. Another customer came in after us and walked right up to the counter and ordered. Being my first time I was excited. The young lady preparing the orders took a customers order outside and returned back inside and proceeded to pack my cookies with the same gloves on! I politely and quietly said to her you just touched 1 of my cookies with the gloves you wore outside can you please replace it. She got an attitude and called me a 'Karen' to one of her coworkers. Workers here have no common sense. A friend ordered cookies that I agreed to pick up and the order wasn't going through even after I spoke to multiple employees saying I was here to pick up IN PERSON. They just used the excuse that I didn't press the "I'm here" button even though I was physically there. I waited almost 40 minutes inside while I watched at least 10 ppl come in, order, and leave. It would not have been an inconvenience to serve me when I ordered 40 minutes prior. I understand being busy but use your common sense and take care of a customer who has been waiting a grossly insane amount of time. I'm sure I'll be labeled as a Karen for this review but damn kids use some common sense. If I would have just cancelled the online order and ordered right when I got there I would have been in and out. How does that make sense?
