I couldn't pull it down manually, so I was stuck. He answered right away, arrived quickly, and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He even oiled up our hinges while he was there. I feel like the payment process actually took longer than the repair because of the poor cell service in our area! Having a 24/7 emergency garage door service available at a moment like that is such a lifesaver. Otherwise, we would have had to leave our garage open until morning and risk having things stolen. I've always wondered why more businesses don't operate during late-night and early-morning hours. This guy is not only great at what he does, but he's also a smart businessman. He found a niche and then went even further by offering his services when people need them most. Friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. Highly recommend! We will likely go back to him for future garage services. We would eventually like to replace our tin can of a garage door.

I called a company 3 years ago called Garage Door and Gate Repair, they replaced a broken garage door spring(s) both have to be replaced. The person who showed up took advantage of the situation and sold me on purchasing "heavy duty" with an extended warranty (7 yrs). Something didn't seem right and I didn't want another problem with the springs breaking causing perhaps more damage to the opener, cars underneath, etc... so I called Dave, had him come and inspect the springs. He made some calculations and said the springs installed were actually undersized and Not heavy duty? And by law regular spring should last close to 10yrs. Had him change out the springs and paid half of what I paid the other guy and got "real heavy duty spring" and a 15 year warranty. Thanks Dave for educating me on garage spring(s) sizing and not taking advantage like the other guy. Everyone: Please do yourself a favor, go ahead and call around ask how much to replace your garage door springs, if they don't give you the price mentioned on Dave website don't do it, unless you like throwing money away?

The Liftmaster seems to rate well and he has it in stock. So far we've been very happy with it.
