I came in here with my brother looking for an air filter for mom's car. I figured I could take out the old one, which desperately needed replaced and put a new one in myself. So we picked one up here. Not a major thing. When we walked in here, there was an older heavy man sitting behind the counter. He didn't exactly greet us while we were here. My brother was the one to start the conversation. This older guy just sat behind the counter, arms crossed, looking bored and annoyed. He didn't look too thrilled that he needed to look up the part number to find the appropriate air filter. I know, we're horrible people for making an employee do their job. It's ridiculous that people come into a parts store and actually need parts that you have to find. It's just rude. This was seriously the attitude he had. We finally find the right one, and pay for it, so we could be on our way. Would I return here? No, Kenect's is right down the street, just a few blocks from here. I'd recommend going there instead.
