I remember having a few questions the first time we met and they simply replied "we got this, it's what we do", it was nice to go home knowing that they would handle all the details. The attendant claimed we were a "no show" for the appointment OR the car parked in one of their only 5 spots OR the key in the night drop box. We had to leave work early - in the one car we still had - to go there only to get the run around from an employee who did not know what he was talking about.
