The good the bad and the ugly, the good is the repair or service department-super friendly and knowledgable. The not-so-good is parts department, low patience and snarky but compared to other parts departments in the state not-so-bad for getting you the correct parts. The ugly is the sales department, I'd venture to say the good reviews are the first time purchasers here and I had the same manipulation on me, like a grocery store where some things they lose money on, the staple products like coffee to get you in the door, called loss-leaders. Second purchase is wholly different, no call backs, rude and treat you like you're stupid. As a local landscaper my last few purchases have been in a pinch or major hurry to continue but cringe every time I have the buy equipment. Trading anything in to them is a joke amongst my friends the owner low balls you to point of offending you even though their service department did all the work on it. Buying anything and they think their equipment is gold, will not negotiate deals, twice of false advertising. Bought a used Kubota tractor had the deal done and showed up at my house with no attachments even though they were in the pictures, paid to much as it was and complained but of coarse they say those are not included, I was counting on the attachment so had to pay them more for that, just watch your backside when dealing with these swindlers. There is only one way a used equipment dealer grows ten times over in a short amount of time and that's from screwing the customer. read more
