I would give this two giant thumbs up, except, when we went to pay for a few items (Justin Boots are not cheap), we were informed that they do not have any Veterans Discounts. We were shocked at this discovery. My friend, who is a Veteran himself, asked me to drive him to Tractor Supply, after he discovered on their website, that Tractor Supply works with Veterans groups in our local community...or so they said. Unfortunately, even after double checking with the manager, Tractor Supply doesn't offer a Veteran discount. We left, feeling as if they falsely advertised on their website and by offering a couple parking spots to the Veterans in the community. My friend and I, will only give them three stars. Tractor Supply does offers later hours than their competitors, and yes, they still offer two Veterans parking spots. The last star, I will give them, for honoring a decent return policy, to customers that have an account with them. Really though, they get four thumbs down, for our Veterans. I know marijuana stores in town, that easily offer 20% off to our Military, on top of other discounts, for just being a valued customer.

I waited at the register and Khailee came in soon after obviously upset that I wasn't outside waiting?? Her attitude was dismissive, she knew nothing about the mowers, or about delivery information, and told me all the information was online, where I had looked before I came in. Plain and simple she was not very helpful or even nice. Just bought the same mower from Brim Tractor in Lynden today, where they were very helpful, knew their product, and were nice. Terrible Experience - Especially with the Parts Manager…read more One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, we tried to pay over the phone, which they don't allow - fair enough. So I made the trip down in person to pick up and pay for the parts. The person at the counter handed me the items and confirmed everything was there. The next day, I realized they had shorted me one of the filters. When I called to sort it out, the Parts Manager accused us of being "sketchy" because we had previously sent a courier from Load Worried ** without prepayment. When I pointed out that it was their mistake for missing the part, she doubled down and said we were difficult to deal with and that we are a PAIN FOR THEM. Her solution? Come back and pick it up, or get a refund. So now I'm stuck making a second trip because of their error and unprofessional attitude. I do not recommend doing business here - especially not with the parts manager Kate Arnold.

Don's is on 264 Street and it's the big house with all of the lawn equipment out front and you can't miss it. Him and Bruce fix things that are small engine relates from lawnmowers, string trimmers, pumps, lawn tractors, and snow blowers. They even sell equipment too. There is ample parking and they have a turnaround gravel driveway so if you have a truck with a big trailer there is plenty of room to get around. The guys here are super awesome and very knowledgeable about everything they service and sell but don't come marching in on a Saturday expecting to get something repaired on the spot as it's only two guys working there and it does get busy, really busy. Best time to go here is first thing in the morning around 9:00 am Prices are very good and the guys won't B.S. you on what your items needs in regards to repairs. If the gate to the entrance is closed that means they aren't open.

I think the fellow I spoke with was Geo. I didn't think I would get a call back, but I did. Geo called to let me know he was sending someone to see if they could fix my tractor on site. The service fellow showed up and he fixed my tractor. The mower deck was not working. I did not get his name but he was very polite, friendly, competent and pleasant. He did some checks and went through the process of hunting down the issue. When he found the problem he showed it to me and showed me what to do in the event it ever happened again. I am satisfied with Washington Tractor's service.

Called again the following morning to confirm it was there. I was told it would be there by 1030. Drove to store only to be told it was never ordered. No apologies nothing as to how can we make it right just oh well we'll have it sent down tonight. Called the next morning and was told they didn't have it sent down. Won't be there until sometime next week. Terrible customer service.
