I have visited this restaraunt three times and today was absolutely ridiculous. When we came in there were kids running around the entire establishment and we noticed the family we THOUGHT they all belonged to checking out to leave, so we decided to sit down and eat. One of the children didn't leave. She was running around the building again, yelling quite loudly, and bothering other families with children by tempting them to run around with her, ultimately getting those children in trouble with their parents. We said a couple things out loud about wishing she would be quiet and about where her parents were, none of which were loud enough for the child to hear nor was it derogatory. We then asked or waitress whose child she was and complained about her behavior, to which she told us it was the bartender's daughter. We were visibly a little annoyed since that meant the child would be continuing to act that way, but decided to just eat because we had already drove 2 hours to eat there. Less than a minute later, the bartender came over seething with a terrible attitude and asked us if there was a problem, to which we responded that her daughter was being very loud and annoying. She then copped an even worse attitude and told us that we were not to speak to her daughter the way we "did" (which we weren't speaking to her daughter at all) and told us to leave. She complained that she was a single parent and she couldn't find a babysitter, but I'm sorry, that's not an excuse for you to not care how your child is acting in a public place, even more-so, your place of employeement. When we asked for a manager she claimed she was the manager and then we asked for the boss to which she refused their contact information and continued to tell us to get out. When we got up to leave she persisted at us, to which my father told her she was being unprofessional. She then proceeded to step-up in his face and call him names and cuss him out, calling him unprofessional as if he worked there, not her. He stood his ground not moving and when she got closer to him, another employee stepped in and yelled at him telling him not to get in a woman's face and treat her that way when he was simply standing his ground after being harrassed. This location and employees are an embarrassment to the establishment and I do NOT reccommend the Elyson location and very much reccomend the one in Katy! read more

Slightly delayed review.. I adore the energy this place has to offer. The bacon flight was a bit of an experience and certainly worth ordering at least once, the jalapeño one didn't disappoint with delivering some heat! Fried pickles, need I say more? Can't possibly go wrong. The WAP Tacos were surprisingly tasty and so cheesy in the most perfect way. The cheese pull was intense, but the meat could use a bit more flavor. Overall a very solid dish. read more

Loud. Bar food was generous but greasy. Ribeye steak was not good but spicy grilled shrimp was tasty. The server was lovely but shared her thoughts on "people like us", hinting at racial bias, which is inappropriate and concerning. Will we return? No. read more

Please for the love of all Texans in this summer heat. FIX YOUR AC. It shouldn't feel 95 degrees inside when it's 95 degrees outside as well

The owner was so rude and the epitome of poor customer service and all over $15. He refused to listen when we explained how the waitress agreed to honor the $17.99 Steak night price advertised on their website. He was bullish and stubborn. I will never return. In addition, the forks were bent, mashed potatoes were cold (sent back twice) and the jumbo asparagus was smaller than a French green bean. The ladies room was not clean and parts of the toilet were on the floor. Safe yourself time, peace and money and go somewhere where you will receive great customer service, warm food, functional utensils and clean bathroom. This guy should not be in the service industry and with his attitude, I don't think he will be for long. read more

Absolutely amazing people! Great atmosphere, great food, great staff...so glad they opened up right outside our neighborhood! Our new go-to place for take out in a clutch!!! read more

My friend and I walked in to have a beer and eat. The bartender was non friendly and had an attitude. He didn't even ask if we wanted to see a menu. You could see and sense tension between him and the other bartender. Not a fun atmosphere. We will never go back. We went to another bar at had a fabulous time. read more

Food and service was great ! My rating is based on the HEAT in here ! Extremely hot on a day that is 100 degrees ! Our server was great and was aware of the temperature in here. We noticed the staff had little portable fans around their neck, which was cool but what about us, we are paying customers. Doubt we return until winter, if ever read more

Horrible is an absolute understatement to this places service. Waited 20 for them to get our drink orders. Having to flag down our waiter named Carlos DID NOT ATTEND TO US AT ALL! If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Food was cold and came out hours later. Not only that got our orders wrong twice wrap it up. read more

I would give more stars if it wasn't so loud! We went on a Sunday afternoon and there was a DJ playing music so loud we had to yell at each other sitting next to each other. And the servers couldn't hear us when we were placing our orders. It seems like families would prefer a more relaxed atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon before the grind of the upcoming workweek or be able to hear the sporting events that were on the TVs. Even after the DJ left the jukebox music was at an ear-piercing level! The service was great and the food was good. Please turn the music down! The acoustics are not appropriate for that level of volume! read more

Better than average hamburgers. The service was good, plenty of drinks to choose from, nice sports atmosphere, plenty of TV's as in every seat has a view. Next time, we will try going there to watch a game and eat. They do not play UFC fights, but not a lot of sports bar / restaurants do. Overall good experience. read more

kids grill cheese got burn, burger done then fries come, forgot my husband wings order,

Food and service usually are great however today my sweet potato fries were completely burned and my chicken wrap that is supposed to have avocado literally only had 2 small pieces. Very disappointed. read more

This place sucks. Do not ever eat here. Everything was raw and under cooked and the waiter and manager argued over everything, then argued with us over raw chicken. This place wont be open long so go somewhere else. read more

Stopped in to catch the later college games. They had them all on tv which was awesome. Dee, Brooke and Sophie were amazing. Started off with chips and queso, wow. So good! Finished with wings which we're killer! Did the hot sauce but there are many other flavors! Will be back soon. read more

Service is SLOWWWW! It was not crowded at all. We were greeted right away but stood at the hostess stand nearly 20 minutes for them to get a table ready. Once seated, waiter was nice but slow. After taking drink orders, We asked a question if they had ribeye, she left to ask the kitchen and didn't come back until 10-15 min later. It took nearly an hr until our table got all our food. The food was delicious tho! Mac and cheese and the burgers were great!! The jalepeno margarita was not, it was so bad my husband couldn't finish it. Tasted like premixed margarita from grocery store. Overall would not dine in again but would order take out. read more

Stopped in after shopping. Nice atmosphere. Very clean. Good service. Great drink specials. Only had an appetizer- crispy green beans. Very good. Cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce was yummy. Will definitely go back and try more of their food. read more

My wife and I had some time to kill so, we decided to stop here for a few drinks. We are from out of state visiting our nephew and understand everything thing in this area is very new. This place was very clean and had a nice selection of beers. The waitress was friendly and helpful. I would give it 5 stars but, we only ordered chips and queso and didn't order from the grill. read more

Had a to go order today and they actually serve burnt fries. They had me speak to a Manager and he said "Oh, is it the sweet potato fries...sometimes they just look that way." I told him, no it taste burnt. He apologized and ask if I wanted to come back and get another one which I replied no. Won't be coming back as they were fully aware what they served and wanted me to drive back to pick up another one. read more

Food, customer service, and atmosphere, is always excellent! Definitely my weekly go to spot!

Everything was great. Food came out fast and fresh. Drinks taste good and reasonably priced. Will be back.

Service has been pretty minimal the last two visits. Food is so so. They also seem to be out of draft beer selections often as well. Probably not going back anytime soon. read more

My husband and I decided to order take out and figured we enjoyed the time we had dined in, the food was alright and the service was okay so we looked at their menu online and ordered through there website for convenience. Once we got there about 30-40 minutes after ordering (we wanted to give it time for our food to be ready) my husband is informed that they had not checked their orders from the website because that is the Host and Managers jobs but they prioritize doordash and Uber eats, which is strange to me because why allow ordering through your website if you prefer Uber eats or doordash, just link to those platforms but I digress. He says no big deal, things happen, he'd worked in restaurants for 10 years so is very understanding. They tell him 10 minutes and it'll be out. 10 minutes pass and no food. He had to wait 40 additional minutes to get food that then came out soggy, like items had been sitting for a while. The kicker, no apology for the wait or the mishap, just excuse after excuse for poor service. Like I get it, people have off nights, things happen but the lack of customer service really got me. Not a great experience and makes us question if we will be back. Very disappointed. read more

The food was horrible and the drinks were watered down. I felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. Felt very klanish.

Our server was very busy but totally understandable. Everytime I come here the chips are so stale. Every single time. Aside from that, the food is great and beer is cold. I will drive farther for the Pin Oak location. read more

I have been hearing about the new location for a while and was excited to FINALLY get to visit! Upon walking in the decor is fabulous ! I love love love the design and set up! We were greeted by the most friendly bartender Zeke (also not bad on the eyes at all!!!) who was so attentive and sweet ! I could go on and on about Zeke but please go see for yourself he's amazing! Actually everyone we encountered was top notch !! So I ordered the shrimp bag nom nom nom!! Soooo good! Whatever the seasoning was -duhlish! I loved the mixture of veggies I think next time I'll get the spicy! My brother had the goomba burger and I managed to sneak a bite and whoa was it wooooo good!! I also used the bread to soak up some of the juice from my shrimp bag !! I should have just ordered a side of bread as I refused to lick my plate! Ok so maybe I did lick my plate -WORTH IT! Needless to say but I will -when I come to Katy I know where I'll go ! Oh and the all day happy hour doesn't hurt either !!! I wish I got a before pic!! read more

It was our second time in that location . Server was very nice and efficient. The problem is their food . We had burgers and they're just bad . Sliders bad. Regular burgers were bad . When the French fries were dabbed on a napkin the oil was yellow . I'm not even sure what to make of that . The queso was okay . Beer was good . We were in and out really quick . read more

We tried this on a Saturday night and were surprised it was not busy. We ordered beer, The Revolution hot dog and the Wap tacos. Started with fried zucchini. Service was great and food was really good too. It's bar food but really tasty. We liked the atmosphere with lots of tvs for college football without the raucous noise you'd find at other sports bars. We'll be back! read more

This place still has good potential, attention to detail is key. The hangover burger was disappointing, average at best and over priced. The tots however were best I ever had. Somewhat buzy but not crazy, the Service struggled, attitude is everything. Opening day started with such potential now has lost their focus. read more

I went there and tried the sloppy Joe's, tater tots, and let me tell you I am in love

Excellent service with relaxed atmosphere. Food was served quickly and hot. Above average food quality but nothing spectacular. We plan on returning as it is vey convenient to home and hope they keep up the good work. read more

Boy oh boy did I have so many bad experiences and complaints about this place in the past but always kept it to myself until tonight. The accumulation of frustration finally met its end. I can remember when they were anticipated to be opened outside my neighborhood and eagerly awaited after months of delays of opening and kept on counting down on the days until it opened checking in frequently with neighbors and their online presence. Then, once it opened, it went all downhill from there. 1st Visit: I first went here with my wife once they finally opened for steak night. The steak was just weird and did not even have the texture of steak. If I had to describe it, it was more like grinded meat and similar to salisbury steak, the kind you buy from the frozen aisle at your local grocery store for a quick night microwave snack. The rest of the appetizers and food also wasn't good, but we told ourselves that the establishment was new and to give them another try at one point. We'd hate to lose hope so early for somewhere we were waiting for so long to open, as well as it being so close to home and staying open to late nightly. 2nd Visit: Last year, our daughter graduated from high school, and we decided to host family and friends to here before attending the graduation ceremony. Although we spent well over $1000 without tax and tips at that time, the food was still not up to par. Even our guests told us that the food there just wasn't good. As such, we decided we wouldn't come back for a long time, if at all. 3rd Visit: On 4/17/24, I decided to finally give it another go as it was one of my friend's birthday and he wanted to give the crawfish special a try. We went with a group of friends and arrived at a little past 5 pm. The crawfish was ok but the service was terribly slow as the establishment got really busy and showed signs of wear from them being understaffed. As the crowd and lines built for the Wednesday crawfish special, it got really stuffy fast. Since we were sitting by the "window" which was like a garage door made of glass that could roll up, we asked our server if they can raise that door to make it cooler and less stuffy. Our server told us that she did not think so and left it at that. At one point I asked for the manager and made the same request, and for whatever reason, he also said that it couldn't be done. Ok. Whatever, maybe it doesn't work or they had their own reason. Once again, we spent well over $1000 that night before tax and tips, and although the service was lacking, we still had a good time being surrounded with great company. 4th Visit: Today, 4/24/24, I wanted my wife to try out the crawfish. So after picking her up from work, we arrived at S&S around 9 pm. It wasn't as hectic with the crowd like the previous week as it had died down due to the time. We were at first promptly seated by the host near where I had sat the previous week with my buddies. And what do you know? Whoa and behold, that same garage door that they could not open even with the will of God was wide open, rolled all the to the top letting the breeze in. As my wife and I sat there for over 20 minutes, we watched a waitress go back and forth between tables, outside, and to the bar area while passing us up like we were completely invisible. After awhile, my wife got chilly from the draft of the miraculous garage door that God finally allowed to open so we moved to another seat nearby where the draft of wind couldn't get to us. Once again, we waited. This time, after 15 minute or so, I finally lost my patience and asked one of the worker that was sweeping nearby to see if we can get a waitress server and told him our wait and situation this whole time. He was nice and accommodating and went to get our server. Turns out, our server was the same waitress that kept passing us up like we were the invisible couple the whole time while we were at the other table! Once I complained to her and told her about the wait and situation, she asked if we sat ourselves. Hell no! We were taken in by the host. And what's more, she kept going around us to serve other tables in other areas while we were completely ignored. To add salt to the wound, by that time, she told us that it was too late and that crawfish is no longer available due to the crawfish cook leaving. Effin seriously??!!! Needless to say, I told my wife to lets just leave at this point. We ended up going to Subways a few doors down to order some sandwiches and went home instead. I normally have a tremendous amount of patience and understanding for alot of things, but this place finally made me lose it completely with all of the accumulated terrible services. Congratulations on finally making me give up on your establishment never to come back again. I gave it very fair amount of chances and spent a good amount there everytime I came around (except the 4th time, of course). Upper management needs to seriously this place before it goes out of business. read more

Have been here many times (gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because they had just opened) and each time is worse and worse. The first time, I ordered a chicken soup and it was literally so thick, it felt like I was eating a condensed soup straight out of a can. Could not even finish it. The second time, I ordered the chicken wrap and it was completely soggy/wet. And this last time I ordered the chicken tender meal (because how can that be messed up?) and the breading was falling off the chicken just picking up the tender. A complete mess. I ate bare chicken tenders because the breading fell off and broke into a million pieces. My husband's fries weren't fully cooked. Will not be giving this place another try. Surprised it has any good reviews at all, any time we have been there was a Friday/Saturday night and the place isn't even half occupied. The staff is always joking around with each other in the back, which wouldn't be an issue if the food/service were up to par. Wish this place was good, as it's right next to our house and had potential to be a cool hangout. read more

Ordered food from the elyson loction and i got Bland food every thing we tried was terrible, the Mac and cheese that advertised as "Crack" Mac, has absolutely no flavor. The shrimp tacos in the words of a 6yr old "gross", the adults agreed and added that the textures didn't match and the flavor was "off", I would review my hotdog but it never came. Keep your money in your pocket, your app or wherever you keep your money because I promise you will be upset. This was our first and positively last time trying this place read more

Sophie and the gang behind the Bar are awesome! Food it really good and never had anything bad at either location we have gone to.

Food was mid and service was lacking. Ordered the sliders and chili cheese dog for my family and I and we all got food poisoning.

Great food! Love the atmosphere, staff is always attentive giving great service! Definitely a forever customer
