This was a great stop on a Thursday night. After leaving the theater this was a must stop. They were selling the larger size for the price of the small, so it was a must. I also ordered wings and fries to soak up the alcohol. I tried the NOLA wings and I must say they were pretty tasty. The vibe is great and there is plenty of space. This location is a great upgrade from Westheimer. I will be back for more good food and great drinks.

    Lol this ain't no salad

I ordered shrimp basket and it comes with a "salad" and the salad was a handful of lettuce a 2 pickles and a tomato slice ..... and they don't have sauce for the shrimp.. the lady looked lost when I asked for sauce.. lol she found me a sauce though it was cool but salty as hell. I don't think they should charge 15 for this basket maybe like 8-10 bucks bc this was ok. The drink was cool. 2 stars for me.

Oh yes! After running with my kids all day, I was hungry as heck and wanted something good to eat (and drink). I was almost home when I decided to check YELP and found out this was now open in my area! It was definitely worth my turn around. First of all, the set up is niiiiiiicccee! I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helped me order something great. It was amazing! I am ridiculously full. And the daquiari? I gave the waitress the green light to surprise me with a good drink and she did! I haven't had a (real) daquiari since I last went home. My only regret is that I didn't get the turkey necks! lol I will absolutely be back.

Daiquiri machines my favorite is the peach and octane

When I saw that they were opening one close to me I knew it was going to be a problem, lol. I use to drive to the Westheimer location but this one is bigger. I went to the soft opening a month ago, there was a live band and DJ. Nice crowd, good food and music. I've returned at least once a week since opening and have tried the wings, gumbo, turkey neck combo(everyone recommended it) oysters and a po boy. I really have to do better with taking pics while there. Anywho... Everything has been delicious and the Daiquiris are consistently tasty and strong! I can't wait to see how their crowd grows over time.

How did we not find this place before??? We wanted some seafood (Monday night) and looked on yelp and found this place. We almost missed it because it is hidden sort of...it wasn't busy and it took some time for the food but Oh Em Gee was it worth it...seriously we just came back from NOLA last month and the food here was better!!!!!!!! We had the gumbo, red beans and rice (my new favorite), turkey neck combo, crab legs (so good I licked all the juices off my fingers) and some garlic bread (not to mention the super strong tasty daiquiris) every single thing was so flavorful and tasty. Ended up getting 4 pralines and 2 Ooey Gooey Cakes for the road...jeezus I may go back for some more tomorrow. They had a stage and we were told they open late on the weekends and have music/DJ and a bunch of games (like the big connect four, huge uno cards, extra large dominoes...) we will definitely be back!!!!!!!

This was their response to me on social media!

Worse experience ever. They false advertise. They said they had $3.99 crawfish and turkey necks. When I arrived they didn't have any crawfish in stock, I asked for turkey necks, of course, NONE IN STOCK EITHER. I showed them how they made a Facebook post 3 hours again promoting crawfish and they said they ran out yesterday. SMH. This was the WORST experience ever but it sad because they have a lot of potential! I've counted 5 people who Walked out mad in 30 minutes because they are advertising crawfish and they DON'T HAVE ANY! MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO BETTER!

32 oz daiquiris for only $10! Amazing.

Drinks are overwhelming and taste is poor. The alcohol is so concentrated, it leaves no room for flavor. The fry entree was okay (6/10)

I always get aside of the citrus heat and dip my seafood because my person prefers the spicy Cajun. My son absolutely loves the chicken tenders and they give a great portion for a kids meal. It's enough food for a growing teenage boy. This is our go to spot and the neighborhood and we hope they stay around for a long time.! They have at least five or six TVs as well so we like to catch the game. It's a good family friendly environment.

I am saddened to say that this might be last time here :( They're currently doing $7.95/lb and also buy 5, get 1 free. Amazing deal! I ordered 6lbs citrus heat spicy and 2lbs garlic butter medium with potatoes, corn and sausage. I could barely tell the difference between the sauces. They both tasted like garlic butter. I wish there was more citrus from the citrus heat. Also, it was a bit too salty. The spice levels were good. The potatoes were boiled perfectly and so was the corn. However, the sausage was spongy. I'm not sure if they changed which sausage they used, but I remember it being not as spongy and better flavor. Overall, the crawfish was mediocre. I ordered a side of shrimp garlic noodles. Oddly, it came with a small sauce cup of blue cheese? I'm guessing for the shrimp. The garlic noodles had a smell that threw me off, maybe it was the parmesan? the blue cheese? It just wasn't the same garlic noodles that I used to order.

They have plenty of tables inside and seating at the bar. The patio area has a nice covered area with some TVs, typically with a local sports game on. Typically at least a couple of families are around, either playing a game or just enjoying the patio with a cold pint. Food & Drink - 4.75* Great local craft beer selection! Definitely give the wall a close look as there's probably something you haven't tried unless you frequent the place already. For food, they have plenty to choose from. Starter and shareables such as chips & queso, pretzels, flautas, or spinach & artichoke dip. For mains you can grab a salad or a guilty pleasure like burgers, wings, and chicken sandwiches. I've had plenty of the items and have never been disappointed. I definitely recommend the onion rings if you go with a sandwich meal. That's not to say the tots or fries are bad, it's just their onion rings are really on point. On Thursday they do ribeye night, so give it a go if you're looking for something a bit more substantial. Service - 4* I've found generally speaking the service is pretty good when ordering at the bar. They can get a little busy at times and slow, but never egregious. Everyone is quite friendly when you ask questions and looking for some recommendations. Cost - 4.25* Always subjective, for me, I find their pricing pretty good for an above average pint and burger. If I were to knock it a little, I think some of the larger brewers "easy drinking" lighter beers could carry a slightly less cost, or maybe run more "specials" to sell at volume with thinner margin. Just a suggestion. Overall, I've never been turned off by any of the pricing. It's definitely refreshing to support local brewers and a local bar more than going to some of the more corporate establishments that sit nearby. Overall - 4.5* Whether you live nearby or need a good meetup location for family and friends around the city, this is a spot I'd recommend to anyone seeking a laid back family atmosphere.

If the weather isn't too oppressively hot, they have a great outdoor area as well with covered picnic tables, and even a play space for kids. They acted giddy and happy to help us put everything together, reassuring us that they would be there to support us on our big day. That all changed the moment they got paid. On the day of the event, we only saw the owners twice, and neither time was to help us. When I walked up to the owner to thank him for having us, his response was completely unprofessional: "Are you kidding? This is for you, you paid for it." The only other time he approached us was to aggressively complain about someone taking up two parking spots--and it wasn't even one of our guests. They also explicitly promised they would check on us throughout the event to see if we needed refills on water or drinks. They completely ghosted. We never saw them, and our guests were left without service. It has been three weeks since the event, and we haven't received a single follow-up call or text to ask how things went.
