I have been trying for two months, since I bought my home, to address an issue that they supposedly fixed - my master bedroom and bathroom not cooling appropriately. It was an issue in the inspection that the former owner hired them to fix - master suite not cooling or heating to temp. The former owner contacted them and they installed a new unit in the attic. We moved in and noticed the cooling is still not adequate. I called them and they came out and said it is because the duct work and vents are too small leading form the attic unit to the master suite, due to the vaulted ceilings. I asked why that wasn't addressed the first time and they claimed they were told to replace the unit. This makes no sense to me - you Honea are the experts - and your recommendation should have been the duct work and vents to begin with which is only $800 vs the new attic until you installed which is $4200! Since that conversation, I have been trying to work out a good faith arrangement with the owner, saying I would split the cost. I left numerous messages, he never called back. I had to call about seven times and he finally answered last Friday. I finally caved and said, look I will just pay the $800, when can someone come fix? He checked the schedule, had me confirm with the receptionist for an appointment today and guess what? They were a NO SHOW and NO CALL. Complete and utter incompetence. He put on shoe covers and I escorted him to a room I want to setup to be a server room (so it has some atypical cooling needs). He looked at my load center (circuit breaker), went up into the attic, and we walked around to the side of the house where my current air conditioning compressor is located. He then went out to his company truck to figure up some numbers to offer me three initial options. He provided me a quote for the ductless air conditioner I originally asked for, and two other quotes for a air conditioning systems which would be dedicated to my home office / server room. The time from first call to Randy driving away was only about 1.5 hours. However, when Mike Camille came out, his service was great, minus BSing me on a part cost to replace a temp sensor on my HVAC residential unit. "Oh that Honeywell part cost..". After getting back in town from work and some minor research, I guessed the part cost was $20-120. However, my bill was $429 (I already paid the service fee). Mike comes out and I ask why it was so much for a part that is $20-120, and he tells me it was $109 part, and bc of labor, " an hour to pick it up and then install".... He was here 40 mins. Last time I checked labor was for labor and not their time to pick up a part they already had in stock several weeks ago (pre scheduled). I warned you - customer service for price gouging.. and I won't be using you all again if this price stands. You said (pleasantly), "I'm not that technical and I'll talk to the boss about it and get back to you". Funny how I never heard back from you or the boss. Nor an email for a customer review... I guess you all forgot about a quote I asked about, as in I wanted a second unit installed in one of the attics, for $12-15k. Comical, you just lost that business and any other business of mine, over $350 worth of "labor" for 30-40 mins worth of time. Well done!

Also found out they now do electrical work now too. Mentioned my doorbell was broken, something Milestone said couldn't be fixed as it was tied into the Intercom. Terry fixed it after he fixed my furnaces for a very reasonable price. These guys are friendly, prompt, and honest. They will show you each part they replace, and explain every step to you. They won't try to up-sell you with things you don't need.
