Another 15 minutes go by and the lady that had arrived after me begins to complain, the staff decide to jump her ahead of me. Waited an hour to even be seen and the doctor didn't provide any information or results that made me walk out satisfied. The urgent care had provided me with antibiotics and the doctor was upset I couldn't remember the name of the antibiotic. Wouldn't return or recommend this place to anyone. If you want fast service complain and they'll jump you 2+ people.

Dr Luscavage's office charges $50 and waves that if you buy contacts there. Much more fair pricing structure working with what insurances pay. For my children I was not charged anything over what the insurance paid.

Shameful Customer Service…read more The glasses I purchased from Bonds Eye Care in January 2024 fell apart in June 2025, while I was cleaning them. Unfortunately, the glasses only had a 1-year warranty. I contacted Bonds immediately and sent photos of the broken glasses to see whether they could be fixed. I was told the glasses could not be fixed, so I called to make an appointment to discuss replacement glasses. When I spoke with Jeff, he informed me that, beyond the loyalty discount given to existing customers for new glasses, the company would not provide any support. Having spent over $500 on these glasses, I was hoping Bonds would stand by their products and support their customers who have purchased defective glasses. This kind of poor service is what leads people back to the big box stores instead of supporting small businesses. Shameful.

I noticed this unassuming shop on my way to my chiropractor and thought I'd see if they could help me out. They could not have been friendlier. I received a second eye exam from them. It was a night and day difference. The optometrist took her time and really made sure the prescription was right. While the other place relied on machines to tell them what to do, these people were old school in their approach and highly skilled. They had a good selection of high quality frames and provided great service at every step. If you want to make sure you're dealing with real professionals, Visionary Eyewear is a great choice. I don't normally write reviews, but this is one of those places you could walk by without even noticing and it was one of my better eye care experiences.

Between Dr. Harry Halscheid and his knowledgeable & friendly staff (hi Pam & Debbie), I have been well taken care of for all this time. I have had a long history of issues with my eyes, and was always cautioned to pay attention whenever or if I see bright flashing lights. Thankfully, I didn't travel this Thanksgiving weekend, and I was able to get Dr Reto's attention right away when I was seeing something not right. Through a series of phone calls and text messages we concluded I likely had a retinal tear or detachment. Dr. Reto came in on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving, and drew his conclusion of a retina tear and put me in touch with an on call retina surgeon (Dr. Saran). Two top notch (no interns here) on call doctors on a Sunday! This tag team surely prevented me from potentially getting a detachment and / or losing the vision in my left eye!
